Claims (10)
- Repetierpipette mit einer Spritzenaufnahme (6) für den Befestigungsabschnitt einer Spritze, einem Aufnahmekörper (9) mit einer Kolbenaufnahme für den Betätigungsabschnitt eines Spritzenkolbens, einer Kolbenrückschiebeeinrichtung (10) zum Rückschieben des Aufnahmekörpers von der Spritzenaufnahme weg, einer Kolbenvorschiebeeinrichtung (13, 17, 22) zum Vorschieben des Aufnahmekörpers zur Aufnahme hin in Schritten entsprechend von der Spritze auszustoßender Flüssigkeitsvolumina, und einer Schrittweitenstelleinrichtung (24-26) zum Einstellen der Weite der Schritte des Aufnahmekörpers mittels eines Einstellelements (27), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Konstantschritteinrichtung (29) die Weite des ersten Schrittes auf einen konstanten Wert unabhängig von der Einstellung des Einstellelements (27) für die Weiten nachfolgender Schritte festlegt.
- Repetierpipette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolbenvorschiebeeinrichtung eine mit dem Aufnahmekörper (9) verbundene Zahnstange (13) und eine an einem Betätigungselement (17) schwenkbar gelagerte Klinke (22) aufweist, die bei Bewegung des Betätigungselements in Vorschieberichtung (V) mit der Zahnung (14) der Zahnstange in Eingriff kommt und diese mitnimmt und bei Bewegung des Betätigungselements in Rückschieberichtung (R) außer Eingriff mit der Zahnstange kommt, und die Schrittweitenstelleinrichtung ein an der Zahnstange (13) mittels des Einstellelements (27) verschiebbares Abhalteelement (24) zum Beschränken des Eingriffs der Klinke (22) in die Zahnung aufweist, wobei die Konstantschritteinrichtung ein weiteres Abhalteelement (29) aufweist, welches zwischen einer die Klinke (22) von einem Eingriff in die Zahnstange (13) hindernden Abhalteposition und einer den Klinkeneingriff ermöglichenden Freigabeposition bewegbar ist, wobei seine Bewegung in die Abhalteposition vom Rückschieben und seine Bewegung in die Freigabeposition vom Vorschieben des Aufnahmekörpers (9) gesteuert ist, und der Aufnahmekörper (9) mit einem Anschlagelement (34, 38) verbunden ist, welches bei vollständig rückgeschobenem Aufnahmekörper (9) in den Bewegungsbereich von Klinke (22) und/oder Betätigungselement (17) eingreift und vom Betätigungselement und/oder der Klinke im Endabschnitt ihrer Bewegung unter Mitnahme des Aufnahmekörpers in Vorschieberichtung (V) gedrückt wird.
- Repetierpipette nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das weitere Abhalteelement ein Hebel (29) ist, der an einem ersten Schenkel (30) schwenkbar gelagert ist und dessen zweiter Schenkel (32) eine Abhaltefläche (33) für die Klinke (22) aufweist, und daß der Aufnahmekörper (9) eine Stützfläche (12, 36) aufweist, die beim Rückschieben gegen den ersten Schenkel (30) drückt und den Hebel (29) mit dem zweiten Schenkel (32) in die Abhalteposition schwenkt.
- Repetierpipette nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Schenkel (30) nahe seinem freien Ende schwenkbar gelagert ist und die Abhaltefläche (33) an der Innenseite des zweiten Schenkels (32) ausgebildet ist.
- Repetierpipette nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Schenkel (30) in einem Abstand von seinem Schwenklager (28) einen Nocken (31) zur Anlage an eine Stützfläche (12, 36) des Aufnahmekörpers (9) aufweist.
- Repetierpipette nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlagelement ein über das Abhalteelement (29) in Abhalteposition hinausstehender Vorsprung (34) der Zahnstange (13) ist.
- Repetierpipette nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlagelement ein vom Aufnahmekörper (9) vorstehender und in den Bewegungsbereich des Betätigungselements (17) ragender Stift (38) ist.
- Repetierpipette nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das weitere Abhalteelement (29) eine einen Klinkeneingriff in die Zahnung (14) ermöglichende Aussparung (37) im Endbereich der Bewegung der Klinke (22) in Vorschieberichtung (V) aufweist.
- Repetierpipette nach Anspruch 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (17) bei Bewegung in Vorschieberichtung (V) auf den Stift (38) trifft und nach weiterer Bewegung in derselben Richtung die Klinke (22) innerhalb der Aussparung (37) des weiteren Abhalteelements (29) in die Zahnung (14) eingreift.
- Repetierpipette nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das weitere Abhalteelement (29) eine einen Klinkeneingriff in mehrere Zähne der Zahnung (14) ermöglichende Aussparung (37) aufweist, wobei Klinkeneingriff in den in Vorschieberichtung (V) ersten Zahn ein Vorschieben des Aufnahmekörpers (9) um die konstante Weite bewirkt, und daß bei Behinderung dieses Klinkeneingriffs durch das verschiebbare Abhalteelement (24) das Betätigungselement (17) auf den Stift (38) trifft und den Aufnahmekörper (9) bis zum Klinkeneingriff in einen neben dem verschiebbaren Abhalteelement zugänglichen Zahn vorschiebt.
