Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Mauerstein-Bausatz mit den Merkmalen nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
- Bei einem derartigen Mauerstein-Bausatz, der im wesentlichen aus sogenannten Grundsteinen insbesondere in verschiedenen Längen, sowie aus Pfostensteinen besteht, denen erforderlichenfalls zur Abdeckung sogenannte Decksteine zugeordnet sind, stehen einerseits die Grundsteine miteinander und anderseits die Grundsteine mit Pfostensteinen über jeweils einstückig an den Grundsteinen und den Postensteinen einstückig angeformte spezielle teils vorsprungartige, teils nutartige Verbindungsvorrichtungen für den formschlüssigen Verbund der einzelnen Bausteine miteinander. Außerdem sind die Grundsteine und die Pfostensteine im Bereich ihrer Sichtflächen häufig mit zierenden, strukturierten Mauervorsprüngen versehen. Dabei soll sichergestellt sein, daß dort die Oberflächenstruktur mindestens eines Teils, oder der gesamten Größe der Sichtfläche einzelner, oder aller Grund- und/oder Pfostensteine, vor, oder nach der Fertigstellung eines Mauerwerks aus Gundsteinen und/oder Pfostensteinen, einfach, rationell, gediegen und wirtschaftlich gestaltbar, d.h. nachbearbeitbar ist.
- Aus der DE-U-92 18 155.4 ist ein Mauerstein-Bausatz bekannt, bestehend aus Grundsteinen, Endsteinen, Gelenksteinen, sowie aus Abdecksteinen, die in einem Rastersystem, zueinander versetzt, zu einem selbsttragenden Mauerwerk aufbaubar sind. Dabei sind die Grundsteine und die Endsteine mittels eines Verbindungssteins formschlüssig miteinander verbunden. Aus Endsteinen ist es dort vorgesehen, einen Mauerpfosten aufzubauen. Dieser Mauerwerk-Bausatz wird für normale Trag- und Trennwände, als auch als Schalungssystem eingesetzt. Die Seiten- oder Sichtwände der einzelnen Bausteine sind herstellungskonform gebrauchsfertig ausgebildet.
- Dieser Mauerwerk-Bausatz ist mit dem Nachteil behaftet, daß eine formliche Nachbearbeitung mindestens eines Teils der Sichtflächen nur unvollkommen und relativ unwirtschaftlich durchführbar ist.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde einen Mauerwerk-Bausatz der eingangsgenannten Art zu schaffen, bei dem die Sichtflächen der Grund- und/oder der Pfostensteine ganz oder teilweise, einfach, rationell, gediegen und wirtschaftlich nachbearbeitbar ausgebildet sind.
- Diese Aufgabe wird mit den Merkmalen im kennzeichnenden Teil des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst und in der Unteransprüchen sind weitere vorteilhafte Einzelheiten beansprucht.
- Vorteilhaft bei diesem neuen Mauerwerk-Bausatz ist nicht nur, daß dort die Grundsteine und/oder die Pfostensteine mit einem insbesondere hohlblockartigen, quadratischen oder rechteckigen Querschnitt mit Sichtflächen versehen sind, die teilweise als großflächige, Im wesentlichen teils flächenebene, teils profilierte, insbesondere D-förmige, Mauervorsprünge versehen sind, die als endgültige Sichtflächen ausgebildet, bei Bedarf jedoch nachbearbeitbar sind, sondern auch, daß diese erhabenen profilierten Sichtflächen teilweise auch als Verbindungsvorrichtungen für den, insbesondere formschlüssigen, Eingriff in korrespondierende nutartige Verbindungsvorrichtungen, die an den einzelnen Bausteinen vorgesehen sind. Vorteilhaft ist ferner, das an den Grund- und/oder den Pfostensteinen vorgesehene einfache, rationelle und wirtschaftliche, manuell und/oder maschinell, mittelbar mechanisch bewirkbare Abspalten dieser Mauervorsprünge bzw. der mauervorsprungartig erhabenen, insbesondere D-förmigen, Verbindungsvorrichtungen, zur Schaffung eines ästhetisch wirksamen, gediegenen, bruchrauhen Sichtmauerwerks im Bereich der ursprünglichen Mauervorsprünge bzw. der erhabenen Verbindungsvorrichtungen. Dabei ist es vorgesehen, daß das Abspalten dieser Mauervorsprünge bzw. der vergleichbaren erhabenen Verbindungsvorrichtungen auch nach der Fertigstellung eines derartigen Mauerwerks ausführbar ist. Zum fixierten und positionierten Abspalten dieser Mauervorsprünge bzw. der erhabenen Verbindungselemente sind, erforderlichenfalls Soll-Bruchstellen vorgesehen die zweckmäßigerweise als ästhetische Strukturelemente des Ganzen ausgebildet, zueinander auf den einzelnen Bausteinen abgestuft angeordnet, In der Tiefe, Breite und Länge den Erfordernissen entsprechend bemessen vorgesehen sind.
- Ausführungs- und Anwendungsbeispiele der Neuerung sind in den Zeichnungen dargestellt und werden im folgenden näher erläutert. Es zeigen

- Die Fig. 1 bis 5 zeigen, insbesondere hohlblockartig ausgebildete, Grundsteine 1 mit einem im wesentlichen rechtechigen Längsquerschnitt. 2 bezeichnet Sichtflächen, die dort teils mit strukturierten Flächenstreifen 3, teils mit relativ großflächigen Mauervorsprüngen 4 versehen sind.
- Wie aus der Fig. 1 näher ersichtlich, ist auf der einen Stirnseite 5.1 ein D-förmig ausgebildeter Mauervorsprünge 6 vorgesehen, der einseitig und einstückig am Grundstein 1 angeordnet ist. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Stirnseite 5.2 ist eine nutartige D-förmige Vorrichtung 7 angeordnet, deren D-förmiger Querschnitt dem Querschnitt des Mauervorsprungs entspricht und die als formschlüssige Verbindungsvorrichtungen für die einzelnen Bausteine untereinander vorgesehen sind.
- Aus der Fig. 3 ist ersichtlich, daß auf beiden Stirnseiten 5.2 nutförmige Vorrichtungen 7 an einem Grundstein 1 angeordnet sind. Es liegt hier im Rahmen der Neuerung, daß anstelle von nutartigen Vorrichtungen 7 auch Mauervorsprünge 6 mit einem, den Vorrichtungen 7 entsprechendem Querschnitt, zweckmäßigerweise vorgesehen sein können.
- Die Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen einen Grundstein 1 bei dem die Mauervorsprünge 4 und/oder 6 der Sichtflächen 2.1 flächig abgespaltet sind, sodaß eine ästhetische, bruchrauhe Oberfläche gebildet wird. Das Abspalten des Mauervorsprungs 4 kann manuell und/oder maschinell mittels geeigneter Meisel oder sonstiger Brecheisen einfach und zweckmäßig erfolgen.
- Um ein räumlich und flächig hinreichend präzises Abspalten eines derartigen Mauervorsprungs 4 zu erzielen, ist es vorgesehen, daß Im Stoßbereich der einseitigen Mauervorsprünge 4 und 6 Soll-Bruchstellen 15 vorgesehen sind, die insbesondere rillenförmig ausgebildet sein können und in der Tiefe, Breite und Länge den Erfordernissen entsprechend bemessen angeordnet sind. Es ist In diesem Zusammenhange auch vorgesehen, daß äußerlich nicht sichtbare Soll-Bruchstellen im Rahmen des Herstellungsprozesses der Steine, insbesondere durch ein Anbrechen der Mauervorsprünge 4 und/oder 6 eingearbeitet sind.
- Aus der Fig. 5 ist desweiteren ersichtlich, daß im Bereich der Oberseite 10 und der Unterseite 11 des Grundsteins 1 Eingriffselemente 12 und 13 vorgesehen sind, die den Sichtflächen 2.1 benachbart, hinreichend parallel zueinander verlaufend angeordnet sind. Dabei sind die Eingriffselemente 12 zweckmäßigerweise als sogenannte Federn und die Eingriffselemente 13 als mit dem Querschnitt der Federn korrespondierende Nuten ausgebildet. Diese Eingriffselemente 12 und 13 dienen der Lagenfixierung der einzelnen Grundsteine 1 zueinander und zu Decksteinen 16 nach Fig. 10 u. 11, beim Aufbau eines derartigen Mauerwerks.
- Die Fig. 6 bis 8 zeigen einen insbesondere hohlblockartigen, sogenannten Postenstein 9, der insbesondere einen quadratischen Querschnitt besitzt. 6 bezeichnet, insbesondere D-förmige, Mauervorsprünge, die in einer Pfostensteinausführung gemäß der Fig. 6 auf jeder der dortigen vier Sichtflächen 2 über die gesamte Pfostensteinhöhe verlaufend angeordnet sind. Die Eckbereiche 14 der Pfostensteine 9 sind insbesondere längsverlaufend strukturiert. 15 bezeichnet Soll-Bruchstellen, als Hilfselemente beim Abspalten der Mauervorsprünge 6. 12 bezeichnet halbrunde Eingriffselemente, die dort auf der Oberseite 10 des Pfostensteins 9 parallel zueinander verlaufend angeordnet sind. Der räumliche Abstand der beiden Eingriffselemente 12 entspricht dem Abstand der entsprechenden Elemente 12 der Grundsteine 1 aus den Fig. 1 bis 5.
- Aus der Fig. 7 ist ersichtlich, daß auf zwei der vier Sichtflächen 2 die Mauervorsprünge 6 abgespaltet sind. Die aus der Abspaltung entstandenen ästhetisch bruchrauhen Sichtflächen 2.1 sind aus der Fig. 8 ersichtlich. 1 bezeichnet den Pfostenstein, 6 einen D-förmigen Mauervorsprung und 12 die auf der Oberseite 10 vorgesehenen Eingriffselemente.
- Bei dem, aus der Fig. 9 ersichtliche, Pfostenstein 9 sind auf allen vier Sichtflächen 2.1 die Mauervorsprünge im Bereich der Soll-Bruchstellen 15 abgespaltet. 11 bezeichnet die Unterseite des Pfostensteins 9 mit dort vorgesehenen halbrunden nutförmigen Eingriffselementen 13, deren Querschnitt und deren räumlicher Abstand der Ausführung und Anordnung der Eingriffselemente 12 auf der Oberseite 10 entspricht.
- Es liegt im Rahmen der Erfindung, daß Grundsteine 1 und/oder Pfostensteine 9 in jeder beliebigen Abmessung und Ausbildung herstellbar sind. So ist es vorgesehen, daß die Pfostensteine 9 die gleiche räumliche Breite, wie die Grundsteine aufweisen können. Auch ist es vorgesehen, daß die Pfostensteine 9 einen gleichschenklich dreieckigen, oder einen fünf-, sechs- oder vieleckigen Querschnitt aufweisen können, und daß auf jeder der vorgesehenen Sichtflächen 2 Mauervorsprünge 4 und/oder 6 vorgesehen sind.
- Auch liegt es im Rahmen der Erfindung, daß die abspaltbaren Mauervorsprünge 4 und 6 der Grundsteine 1 und/oder der Postensteine 9 jede zweckmäßige Ausbildung und Abmessung aufweisen können. Insbesondere ist es vorgesehen, daß durch eine entsprechende Werkstoffkörnung und/oder Farbe, der aus einem Guß, insbesondere aus einem Betongemisch hergestellten Steine 1, 9 und 16, die Struktur und/oder Farbe der bruchrauhen Sichtfläche 2.1 vorwählbar ist. Die bruchrauhe Sichtfläche 2.1 sind erforderlichenfalls granuliert. Außerdem ist es vorgesehen, daß die übrigen Sichtflächen 2 der Grundsteine 1, der Postensteine 9 und der Decksteine 16 zur ästhetischen Sichtflächengestaltung wassergestrahlt, oder sandgestrahlt und/oder mit Stahlkugeln beschossen sind.
- Die in den Fig. 10 und 11 dargestellten Mauerwerke aus Grundsteinen 1, Pfostensteinen 9 und aus teilweise vorgesehenen Decksteinen 16, zeigen klar die teils abgespalteten bruchrauhen Sichtflächen 2.1. 6 kennzeichnet die D-förmigen Mauervorsprünge, die dort teilweise mit den nutartigen D-förmigen Vorrichtungen 7 formschlüssig, erforderlichenfalls gelenkartig in Eingriff stehen, wie dies aus der Fig. 11 ersichtlich ist.
- So ist es möglich, wie aus der Fig. 11 ersichtlich ist, mittels der Pfostensteine 9 und deren D-förmigen Verbindungsvorrichtungen oder Mauervorsprüngen 6, Maueranschlüsse von 90o + 18o herzustellen. Mauerabwinkelungen von bis zu 18o sind mittels der D-förmigen Verbindungsvorrichtungen, bzw. der Mauervorsprünge 6 an den Steinen 1 und/oder 9 möglich, die dort, wie bereits zuvor erwähnt in den nutartigen D-förmigen Vorrichtungen 7 formschlüssig in Eingriff stehen. 15 bezeichnet dort Soll-Bruchstellen, die endlos um einen Mauervorsprung 4 und/oder 6 herumverlaufend angeordnet sein können.
- Ein derartiges Mauerwerk ist nicht nur hinreichend selbsttragend aufbaubar, sondern es ist vorgesehen, daß die Hohlräume 17 in den Grundsteinen 1 und/oder den Pfostensteinen 9 erforderlichenfalls armiert und mit Beton ausgießbar sind. Andererseits ist es auch vorgesehen, daß ein Teil der Hohlräume 17 als Zierpflanzentröge einsetzbar sind. Dabei können dort die Sichtflächen 2 spezifisch ausgebildeter, räumlich tieferer Zierpflanzentröge, die bruchrauhen Sichtflächen 2.1 der übrigen Mauersteine 1 und/oder 9 einseitig überragen.
Claims (6)
- Mauerstein-Bausatz, bestehend aus Grundsteinen (1) und/oder aus Postensteinen (9), die jeweils einen quadratischen, oder einen rechtekkigen Querschnitt aufweisen können und die auf den Sichtflächen (2) und auf den Stirnseiten (5.1 und/oder 5.2) mit Mauervorsprüngen (4 bzw. 6) versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mauervorsprünge (4) auf den Sichtflächen (2) und/oder die Mauervorsprünge (6) auf den Stirnseiten (5.1 und/oder 5.2) in ihrer räumlichen Tiefe teilweise oder vollständig mechanisch abspaltbar ausgebildet und angeordnet sind.
- Mauer-Bausatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich des einseitigen Stoßes der Mauervorsprünge (4 und/oder 6) mit den Grundsteinen (1) und/oder den Pfostensteinen (9) Soll-Bruchstellen (15) vorgesehen sind.
- Mauer-Bausatz nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Soll-Bruchstellen (15) endlos um den jeweiligen Mauervorsprung (4 und/oder 6) herum verlaufend angeordnet sind.
- Mauer-Bausatz nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Soll-Bruchstellen (15) als strukturierte Rillen ausgebildet sind.
- Mauer-Bausatz nach 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Soll-Bruchstellen (15) bei der Herstellung der Grundsteine (1) und/oder der Pfostensteine (9) angebrochen sind.
- Mauer-Bausatz nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch das Abspalten der Mauervorsprünge (4 und/oder 6) gebildeten bruchrauhen Sichtflächen (2) hinsichtlich der Werkstoffkörnung und/oder der Farbe der Werkstoffkörnung vorwählbar sind.
