Claims (14)

  1. Dalle jumelée comportant une première plaque (1) et une deuxième plaque (3), qui forment entre elles un espace de fuite (2), et plusieurs nodules d'ancrage (5) qui sont reliés par l'une de leurs extrémités à la dalle jumelée, les nodules d'ancrage (5) traversant la deuxième plaque (3) limitrophe des extrémités libres (5c) des nodules d'ancrage (5), tandis que leurs extrémités de raccordement (5b) traversent les ouvertures (7) et sont raccordées à la première plaque (1),
       caractérisée en ce que
    a) la deuxième plaque (3) présente des dépressions (4) dans la direction de la première plaque (1) avec les ouvertures (7) pour les nodules d'ancrage (5), la deuxième plaque (3) reposant sur la première plaque (1) au niveau des dépressions (4),
    b) les nodules d'ancrage (5) entre les extrémités de raccordement (5b) et les extrémités libres (5c) présentent des élargissements (5a) en forme de soucoupe, qui reposent sur les dépressions (4), et
    c) la profondeur de la dépression (4) définit la largeur de l'espace de fuite (2).
  2. Dalle jumelée avec une première plaque (1) et une seconde plaque (3) qui forment entre elles un espace de fuite (2), et plusieurs nodules d'ancrage (5) qui sont raccordés par l'une de leurs extrémités à la dalle jumelée, les nodules d'ancrage (5) traversant la deuxième plaque (3) limitrophe des extrémités libres (5c) des nodules d'ancrage (5), les extrémités de raccordement (5b) traversant les ouvertures (7)
       et étant raccordées par les extrémités de raccordement (5b) avec la première plaque (1),
          caractérisé en ce que
    a) la deuxième plaque (3) présente des dépressions (10) dans la direction de la première plaque (1) avec des ouvertures (7) pour les nodules d'ancrage (5), la deuxième plaque (3) reposant sur la première plaque (1) au niveau des dépressions (10),
    b) les nodules d'ancrage (5) sont raccordés latéralement aux dépressions de la deuxième plaque (3), et
    c) la profondeur de la dépression (10) définit la largeur de l'espace de fuite (2).
  3. Dalle jumelée selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les plaques (1 et 3) et/ou les nodules d'ancrage (5) sont réalisés à partir d'un matériau thermoplastique.
  4. Dalle jumelée selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu des gorges circulaires périphériques (9) dans le plan de la deuxième plaque (3) en liaison avec les nodules d'ancrage (5).
  5. Dalle jumelée selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que le raccordement des nodules d'ancrage (5) avec les plaques (1 et 3) est réalisé par soudage par friction.
  6. Dalle jumelée selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que le raccordement des nodules d'ancrage (5) avec les plaques (1 et 3) est réalisé par soudage au moyen d'éléments de chauffage ou d'ultrasons.
  7. Dalle jumelée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le raccordement des nodules d'ancrage (5) avec les plaques (1 et 3) s'effectue par collage.
  8. Dalle jumelée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le raccordement des nodules d'ancrage avec les plaques (3 et 1) s'effectue par des joints (6a ou 6b).
  9. Dalle jumelée, en particulier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'espace de fuite (2) est divisé par les éléments d'étanchéité (12) entre la première plaque (1) et la deuxième plaque (3) en plusieurs sections étanches au fluide.
  10. Dalle jumelée selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que les sections présentent des systèmes d'évacuation de liquide, d'amenée de liquide et d'aération (13 ou 14) de sorte que la dalle jumelée ou un système de dalle jumelée peut être contrôlé en étanchéité par sections.
  11. Dalle jumelée selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que les éléments d'étanchéité (12) sont soudés entre la première plaque (1) et la deuxième plaque (3).
  12. Récipient, constitué de plusieurs dalles jumelées selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11.
  13. Procédé pour la préparation d'une dalle jumelée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le raccordement des nodules d'ancrage (5) avec les plaques (1 et 3) s'effectue en une seule étape.
  14. Procédé pour la préparation d'une dalle jumelée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le raccordement des nodules d'ancrage (5) avec les plaques (1 et 3) s'effectue en deux étapes séparées.
