Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif de formage ou de pré-formage de flans pour des emballages, en particulier de flans (13) destinés à des boîtes à rabats ayant des arêtes longitudinales (11, 12) arrondies ou polygonales, avec un poste de formage (17) dans lequel les flans (13) sont formés au moyen d'outils de formage mobiles, en particulier au moyen de rouleaux de formage (26, 27) en liaison avec des plaques de formage (23), puis soumis à la continuation du transport, caractérisé en ce que le poste de formage (17) présente au moins deux groupes de formage (28, 29) équipés de tels outils de formage, avec des moyens conçus pour amener alternativement à l'un et à l'autre groupe de formage (28, 29), les uns après les autres, les flans (13) transportés dans le poste de formage (17). .
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que deux groupes de formage (28, 29) sont disposés l'un a côté de l'autre dans un plan commun, horizontal ou descendant légèrement obliquement, en particulier à côté d'une piste à flans (20), les flans (21) étant susceptibles d'être amenés à l'un ou à l'autre groupe de formage (28, 29), au moyen de déplacements latéraux.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les flans (13) arrivants sont susceptibles d'être amenés à un porte-flan - plaque de formage (23) - dans la zone de la piste à flans (20) et d'être déplacés latéralement avec le porte-flan, jusqu'à un ou l'autre groupe de formage (28, 29).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un outil de formage qui reste fixe, lors du formage du flan (13), en particulier une plaque de formage (23), est susceptible d'être déplacé transversalement à titre de porte-flan pour supporter un flan (13) dans la zone de piste à flans (20) et pour assurer le transfert au groupe de formage (28, 29).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le porte-flan, en particulier les plaques de formage (23) des deux groupes de formage (28, 29) sont disposées sur un support commun en particulier sur un pont (38) et sont déplaçables transversalement conjointement et simultanément au moyen de ce support, de manière que toujours une plaque de formage (23) se trouve avec un flan (13) dans la position de réception, dans la zone de la piste à flans (20) et que l'autre plaque de formage (23) se trouve avec un flan (13) dans la zone du groupe de formage (28, 29) associé.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou l'une des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que les flans (13) sont susceptibles d'être amenés, les uns à la suite des autres, le long de la piste à flans (20), à la face inférieure de la plaque de formage (23) se trouvant dans la position de réception et sont susceptibles d'être fixés, au moyen d'organes de maintien, en particulier au moyen d'organes aspirants (36), sur une surface d'appui inférieure (35) de la plaque de formage (23).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou l'une des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que les flans (13) non traités, susceptibles d'être amenés dans une plaque de formage (23), sont susceptibles d'être transportés et orientés au moyen de rouleaux de guidage (46, 47), agissant dans la zone initiale de la plaque de formage (23), les rouleaux de guidage (46, 47) disposés dans un plan médian étant reliés à la plaque de formage (23) respective, et le rouleau de guidage supérieur (46) pénétrant à travers une fente (48) ménagée dans la plaque de formage, de manière que les rouleaux de guidage (46, 47) agissent sur la face inférieure de la plaque de formage (23).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou l'une des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce qu'à faible distance, au-dessous de la plaque de formage (23) se trouvant dans la position de réception, est disposée une plaque à bande (50) fixe faisant partie de la piste à flans (20), plaque sur laquelle le flan (13) chaque fois amené, peut être déposé en vue d'être supporté par la plaque de formage (23).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que le flan (13) déposé dans la zone de la piste à flans (20), en particulier sur la plaque à bande (50), est susceptible d'être évacué après le travail de formage au moyen d'un organe d'expulsion, dans la direction de la piste à flans (20), en particulier au moyen d'une fourche de poussée (53) susceptible d'être déplacée dans un sens et dans l'autre, agissant sur une arête arrière (52) du flan (13).
