Claims (8)
- Kampffahrzeug mit einem Fahrzeuguntergestell, auf dem ein Fahrerhaus angeordnet ist, sowie eine Abschußvorrichtung für Artillerieraketen, die einen Werferrahmen zur Aufnahme der Raketen aufweist, der in Elevation schwenkbar auf einer Oberlafette angeordnet ist, die über einen Zwischenrahmen und einen Drehkranz in Azimut schwenkbar auf dem Fahrzeuguntergestell gelagert ist, wobei die Schwenkbewegung in Elevation durch zwischen Oberlafette und Werferrahmen angeordnete elektromechanische Hebeeinrichtungen bewirkt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschußvorrichtung einschließlich dem Werferrahmen (3), der Oberlafette (4), dem Zwischenrahmen (6) und dem Drehkranz (7) als selbständige Einheit ausgebildet ist, die lediglich über von der Fahrzeugaußenseite her bedienbare Verriegelungsvorrichtungen und gegebenenfalls elektrische Steckvorrichtungen mit dem Fahrzeuguntergestell (1) gekoppelt ist.
- Verfahren zur Verladung des Kampffahrzeugs nach Anspruch 1 in Transportflugzeuge, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Abschußvorrichtung (3, 4, 6, 7) und Fahrzeuguntergestell (1) in unterschiedliche Transportflugzeuge verladen werden, wobei folgende Verfahrensschritte ablaufen:Verschwenken der Abschußvorrichtung (3) bei Elevation 0° in Azimut in eine Stellung von 90° zwischen Fahrzeuglängsrichtung und Abschußrichtung;Überfahren des Fahrzeugs im Bereich der Abschußvorrichtung (3) mit einem fahrbaren Transportgestell (8), das mindestens drei Hub-Fahrstützen (10.1, 10,2, 10.3) aufweist;Befestigung der Abschußvorrichtung (3, 4, 6, 7) am Transportgestell;Trennung der Abschußvorrichtung (3, 4, 6, 7) vom Fahrzeuguntergestell (1) durch Entriegeln der Verriegelungsvorrichtungen und gegebenenfalls Lösen der elektrischen Steckverbindungen;Anheben des Transportgestells (8) mit der Abschußvorrichtung (3, 4, 6, 7) mittels der Hub- und Fahrstützen (10.1, 10.2, 10.3);Entfernen des Fahrzeuguntergestells (1);Absenken des Transportgestells (8) mit der Abschußvorrichtung (3, 4, 6, 7) mittels der Hub- und Fahrstützen (10.1, 10.2, 10.3) in eine Fahrposition;Verladen der Abschußvorrichtung (3, 4, 6, 7) mittels des Transportgestells (8) zusammen mit dem Transportgestell (8) in ein Transportflugzeug;Verladen des Fahrzeuguntergestells (1) in ein Transportflugzeug.
- Transportsystem zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet durch ein Transportgestell (8) mit einem aus mindestens einem Längsträger (9.2) und einem Querträger (9.1) aufgebauten Oberrahmen zur Aufhängung des Werferrahmens (3) der Abschußvorrichtung über Befestigungselemente (18.1, 18.2, 18.3) und einem aus mindestens zwei Längsträgern (9.7, 9.8) und zwei Querträgern (9.9, 9.10) aufgebauten mit dem Oberrahmen verbundenen Unterrahmen zur Abstützung der Oberlafette (4) der Abschußvorrichtung, sowie mit mindestens drei Hub- Fahrstützen (10.1, 10.2, 10.3), an denen der Oberrahmen und der Unterrahmen anheb- und absenkbar befestigt ist und die mit um jeweils eine vertikale Achse schwenkbaren Räderpaaren (11) ausgerüstet sind.
- Transportsystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Ober- und/oder Unterrahmen zerlegbar ausgebildet sind, indem sie aus lösbar miteinander verbundenen Längs- und Querträgern (9.1- 9.12) aufgebaut sind.
- Transportsystem nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, gekennzeichnet durch einen Oberrahmen mit einem Querträger (9.1) am Heck des Transportgestells (8) und einem in der Mitte des Querträgers (9.1) angelenkten Längsträger (9.2), wobei sich der Querträger (9.1) über vertikale Stützen (9.4, 9.5) auf zwei Tragarmen (13.1, 13.2) abstützt, die jeweils an einer von zwei Hub-Fahrstützen (10.1, 10.2) anheb- und absenkbar geführt sind, während sich das vordere Ende des Längsträgers (9.2-9.3) an der Bugmitte über eine vertikale Stütze (9.6) auf einem Tragarm (13.3) abstützt, der an einer dritten Hub- Fahrstütze (10.3) anheb- und absenkbar geführt ist.
- Transportsystem nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Unterrahmen am Heck des Transportgestells (8) an den vertikalen Stützen (9.4, 9.5) aufgehängt ist, während die vorderen Enden seiner beiden Längsträger (9.7, 9.8) über Verbindungsträger (9.11, 9.12) mit der an der Bugmitte angeordneten vertikalen Stütze (9.6) verbunden sind.
- Transportsystem nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (18.1, 18.2, 18.3) zur Aufhängung des Werferrahmens (3) an den beiden Enden des Querträgers (9.1) sowie am vorderen Ende des Längsträgers (9.3) des Oberrahmens angeordnet sind.
- Transportsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Hub- Fahrstütze (10.1, 10.2, 10.3) eine vertikale Säule (12) aufweist, an deren unterem Ende die Räderpaare (11) angeordnet sind und an der eine Zahnstange (12.1) befestigt ist, in welche mindestens ein Ritzel eingreift, das Teil eines am Tragarm (13.1, 13.2, 13.3) angeordneten Untersetzungsgetriebe (14.1, 14.2, 14.3) ist, dessen Eingangselement mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung (15.1, 15.2, 15.3) verbunden ist.
