Description
- La figure 1 est une vue en coupe transversale médiane selon le plan commun de béquille et de montée du marchepied selon l'invention en position fermée ;
- La figure 2 est une vue en élévation du marchepied en position d'ouverture ;
- La figure 3 est une vue en perspective de la pièce d'articulation des montants des plans de béquille et de montée du marchepied selon l'invention ; et
- La figure 4 est une vue en coupe schématique de la pièce d'articulation recevant le tube de maintien;
Claims (9)
- Marchepied du type comportant un plan de montée (1) articulé à un plan de béquille (5), le plan de montée (1) étant constitué de deux montants (9) auxquels sont fixés des marches (3), et le plan de béquille (5) constitué de deux montants (11) reliés rigidement l'un à l'autre dans ce même plan, les éléments de liaison (13) des montants du plan de béquille n'interfèrant pas avec les marches (3) du plan de montée à la fermeture, lesdits plans étant articulés l'un à l'autre selon un axe (b) confondu avec leur ligne d'intersection géométrique et étant conformés avec une distance entre montants déterminée, de telle manière que, en position de fermeture du marchepied, le plan de montée (1) s'inscrive à l'intérieur du plan de béquille (5), caractérisé en ce que les plans de montée (1) et de béquille (5) sont articulés au moyen d'éléments d'articulation (17) prévus sur chaque paire de montants latéraux voisins (9, 11) des plans, disposés chacun au niveau de la partie d'extrémité supérieure des montants (11) du plan de béquille et en ce que les éléments d'articulation (17) consistent chacun en une pièce monobloc à forme générale de collier, de dimensions en section équivalentes au jeu près à celles de la section des montants (9, 11) pour être emmanchée dans ceux-ci à leur extrémité, portant sur l'une de ses faces (22) une partie tubulaire (29) formant entretoise ou palier d'articulation entre les montants voisins accouplés (9, 11), de longueur égale à au moins vingt cinq millimètres (25 mm), et pourvue de deux trous de perçage (21) coaxiaux avec la partie tubulaire (29) formés sur deux faces opposées (22), ces trous recevant l'axe d'articulation (23) des montants.
- Marchepied selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un plan de symétrie transversal médian P.
- Marchepied selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les montants (9, 11) des plans de béquille et de montée sont des profilés rectilignes tubulaires de même section, les montants (9) du plan de montée étant de longueur plus importante, reliés l'un à l'autre par un tube de maintien supérieur (15) des personnes.
- Marchepied selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les montants (9) du plan de montée convergent l'un vers l'autre en hauteur.
- Marchepied selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'axe d'articulation (23) est un rivet ou une vis enfilé(e) dans les trous de perçage (21) de l'élément d'articulation (17) et dans la partie tubulaire (29) et monté(e) traversant(e) dans les montants (9, 11) prépercés à cet effet, ledit rivet ou ladite vis étant appliqué(e) par sa tête (27) dans un renfoncement (25) d'une face de la pièce d'articulation (17) et serré(e) par embouti ou par un boulon à son extrémité (35), respectivement, verrouillant ainsi l'élément d'articulation (17) en position à l'extrémité du montant du plan de montée.
- Marchepied selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie tubulaire (29) de l'élément d'articulation (17) est cylindrique de diamètre légèrement supérieur (au jeu près) à celui du tube de maintien (15) du marchepied, de sorte que ledit élément d'articulation peut être monté emmanché à l'extrémité supérieure des montants (9) du plan de montée pour recevoir par leur partie tubulaire (29) le tube de maintien (15) monté traversant dans la face interne de ces montants.
- Marchepied selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'articulation (17) est issu de moulage en matière plastique et comporte une découpe supérieure (19) conformée pour recevoir une pièce d'embout de protection (33) engagée dans l'extrémité creuse du montant.
- Marchepied selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif de frein à son extrémité inférieure verrouillant la fermeture du plan de béquille (5) sur le plan de montée (1), par exemple un patin de friction (37) disposé sur la face interne des montants (11) du plan de béquille et qui permet l'arrêt du montant en alignement du montant (9) du plan de montée.
- Elément d'articulation pour marchepied selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un corps à forme de collier apte à être emmanché à l'extrémité des montants (9, 11) des plans de béquille (5) et de montée (1) du marchepied et une partie tubulaire (29), de longueur égale à au moins vingt cinq millimètres (25 mm) destinée à former entretoise d'articulation entre deux montants voisins articulés (9, 11) des plans et tube récepteur des extrémités du tube de maintien (15) du marchepied monté à l'extrémité supérieure des montants (9) du plan de montée.
