Claims (3)

  1. Carter de vilebrequin pour moteurs à combustion interne dans lequel est prévue une plaque de renforcement (1) située entre une bride carter de vilebrequin (2) et une bride d'un carter à huile (3), tandis qu'entre la bride du carter de vilebrequin (2) et la plaque de renforcement (1) d'une part et la plaque de renforcement (1) et la bride du carter à huile (3) d'autre part, sont prévus des agents d'étanchéité et qu'un bord circulant (7) de la plaque de renforcement (1) comprend des entretoises transversales (8) en dessous des paliers de vilebrequin, de même que la plaque de renforcement (1) est raccordée au moyen de vis passantes (4) à la bride du carter de vilebrequin,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la plaque de renforcement (1) est réalisée en pièce de fonte, avec un bord circulant (7) dont les longerons longitudinaux sont reliés par des entretoises transversales (8) qui possèdent de même que le bord (7) une grande hauteur en comparaison à leur/son épaisseur de paroi, et entre la bride du carter de vilebrequin et la plaque de renforcement (1) sont prévus comme agent d'étanchéité une garniture hydraulique connue.
  2. Carter de vilebrequin selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les entretoises (8) de la plaque de renforcement (1) ont une section transversale en forme de U, ouverte vers le carter à huile (6).
  3. Carter de vilebrequin selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la plaque de renforcement (1) dépasse, en vue de dessus, au moins partiellement la bride du carter de vilebrequin, au point qu'
    a) on peut appliquer sur la face supérieure en saillie des pièces du moteur et/ou des équipements auxiliaires et/ou des dispositifs de fixation pour ceux-ci,
    b) dans la zone en saillie on peut installer des dispositifs, par exemple pour un remplissage d'huile, pour loger une jauge de niveau d'huile et un retour d'huile d'une turbosoufflante à gaz d'échappement, et
    c) sur la zone de bord de la face inférieure en saillie on peut appliquer un carter à huile en une ou plusieurs parties, agrandi de manière adéquate en volume, ou réduit en hauteur, mais restant de volume égal.
