  • the inventive design a significant reduction in the transmission of vibrations from the engine to the oil pan can be achieved. This not only enables the number of second connection means to be reduced, but also improves the acoustic impact of the sump. Moreover, it is possible with the present invention to achieve an acoustic decoupling, which already starts at very low frequencies, even at frequencies less than 180 Hz. Finally, the present invention not only allows a bearing of the first component on the second component, but also a seal of the two components against each other.
  • the first and / or second support body are substantially rigid and in particular consist of metal. In this way, in particular a reliable fixing and sealing of the device according to the invention on the first component or the second component can be achieved.
  • first and / or second support body are formed as a rotating body.

  • recesses are provided which extend through the second support body and at least a portion of the elastic body. This has the advantage that the stiffness of the elastic body can be adjusted to the Transmission of vibrations of the engine block to reduce the oil pan. In particular, by adjusting the stiffness of the elastic body, a vibration decoupling in the desired frequency range can be achieved. Another advantage of the recesses is that the weight of the device according to the invention is reduced.
  • the recesses are sealed to the engine block and sealed off from the space enclosed by the oil sump by the elastic body.
  • a further improvement is achieved in that the recesses are formed such that a tool is insertable through the recesses in order to support the first support body. This is particularly advantageous during assembly, since bending of the first support body can be avoided when connecting the first support body to the oil sump (first component). This is especially true in the design according to the invention, in which the first support body has tabs, which are bent for connecting the oil pan and the first support body.
  • a particularly good support of the first support body during assembly can be achieved in that at least some of the recesses are arranged adjacent to the first connection means.
