Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Scharnierband für einen Fenster- oder Türladen oder -flügel, das aus zwei aus Blech geformten Bandteilen, nämlich einem ersten Bandteil mit zwei im Abstand vorgesehen Lappen mit an ihrem Ende vorgesehenen, zylindrische Lagerhülsen bildenden Rollen mit Längsschlitzen und einem zweiten Bandteil mit einem zwischen die Lappen des anderen Bandteiles passenden Lappen mit an seinem Ende vorgesehener zylindrischer, eine Lagerhülse bildender Rolle, und ferner mit einem die Lagerhülsen durchsetzenden Bolzen besteht, der an seinem Umfang mit einem Stift oder einer Nase versehen ist, die in Ausnehmungen der Lagerhülsen eingreifen.
Bekannt ist ein Scharnierband aus Gußmaterial, bestehend aus zwei Bandteilen, die an ihrem aneinander zugekehrten Enden Rollungen zur Aufnahme eines Bolzens aufweisen, durch den die beiden Bandteile gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind. Um ein unbefugtes Herausziehen des Bolzens in der Scharnierstellung für den geschlossenen Laden zu verhindern, weisen die Rollungen an ihrer zylindrischen Innenfläche Längsrillen auf, die in einer bestimmten Stellung der Bandteile fluchten und in dieser Stellung das Hineinstecken bzw. Herausziehen des Bolzens, der eine radial vorspringende, in den Rillen gemeinsam mit dem Bolzen gleitend bewegbare Nase aufweist, ermöglichen. In jeder anderen Stellung des Scharnierbandes, insbesondere in der Stellung für den geschlossen Laden sind die Rillen in der ladenseitigen Rollung gegenüber den Rillen in der stockseitigen Rollung versetzt und ein Herausziehen des Bolzens ist nicht möglich, da die radial vorspringende Nase gegen den keine ausmündende Längsrille aufweisenden Rand der Rollung stößt. Eine derartige Sicherung zeigt die DD-PS 7951.
Die Übertragung dieser Bolzensicherung bei einem Scharnierband aus Gußteilen auf Scharnierbänder aus Blech ist nicht möglich. Einerseits müßten in die aus Blech geformten Bandteile nachträglich Längsnuten eingefräst werden, was herstellungstechnisch nicht in die Fertigung von aus Blech geformten Scharnierbändern paßt und zudem zeit- und kostenmäßig zu aufwendig wäre. Anderseits ist die Dicke des Bleches zu gering, um in die Rollungen der Bandteile Längsnuten ohne unzulässige Schwächung der Bandteile einfräsen zu können.
Aus der DE-PS 245 073 sind Scharnierzapfen bekannt, die zur Verdrehsicherung über exzentrische Vorsprünge, wie etwa Nasen, verfügen, welche in Ausnehmungen am Rand der Bandhülsen eingreifen.
Ziel der Erfindung ist die Bereitstellung eines Scharnierbandes aus aus Blech geformten Bandteilen, bei dem ohne besonderen herstellungstechnischen Aufwand und unter Beibehaltung der ursprünglichen Festigkeit der Bandteile eine Entfernung des die Rollungen der Scharnierbandteile durchsetzenden Bolzens in der Scharnierbandstellung für den geschlossenen Laden oder Flügel nicht möglich ist.
Dieses Ziel wird mit einem Scharnierband der eingangs angegebenen Art erreicht, bei dem erfindungsgemäß die längsseitigen Stirnflächen der zylindrischen Rollen des ersten Bandteiles im Abstand vom ersten Bandteil unter Ausbildung des Längsschlitzes enden, daß am Rand der zylindrischen Rolle des zweiten Bandteiles eine Ausnehmung vorgesehen ist, die in der Scharnierbandstellung für den geschlossenen Laden oder Flügel außerhalb des Bereiches des Längsschlitzes liegt, und daß der Bolzen mit seinem Stift oder seiner Nase in die randseitige Ausnehmung eingreift.
Bei diesem Scharnierband ist in der Scharnierbandstellung für den geschlossenen Laden oder Flügel der die zylindrischen Rollen durchsetzende Bolzen in einwandfreier Weise gegen ein unbefugtes Herausziehen gesichert. Die Herstellung des Bandes ist im Rahmen des üblichen Herstellungsverfahrens ohne besonderen Aufwand denkbar einfach. Es ist lediglich notwendig, beim Einrollen der Lappenenden des Bandteiles mit den zwei Lappen darauf zu achten, daß die Rollen nicht vollständig geschlossen sind, sondern zwischen dem Bandteile selbst und dem Rollenende ein Schlitz frei bleibt, und in den Rand der Rolle des Bandteiles mit einem Lappen eine kerbenartige Ausnehmung vorzusehen. Außerdem ist der die Lagerhülse durchsetzende Bolzen mit einem vorspringenden Stift oder einer radial vorspringenden Nase zu versehen.
Nach einem weiteren vorteilhaften Merkmal der Erfindung weist die zylindrische Rolle des zweiten Bandteiles an ihren beiden axial einander gegenüberliegenden Rändern je eine Ausnehmung für den Eingriff des bzw. der an die Lagerhülsen durchsetzenden Bolzen vorgesehenen Stiftes oder Nase auf. Auf diese Weise ist das Scharnierband sowohl als linkes als auch als rechtes Scharnierband verwendbar.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung an Hand der Zeichnung, in der eine Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt ist, näher erläutert.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen stockseitigen Scharnierbandteil in Vorderansicht, Fig. 2 einen ladenseitigen Scharnierbandteile in Vorderansicht, Fig. 3 den Bolzen, der zur Verbindung der beiden Scharnierbandteile dient, Fig. 4 die beiden Scharnierbandteile in einer einen Winkel von 90° einschließenden Stellung in Draufsicht und Fig. 4 ein montiertes Scharnierband in Schließstellung in Draufsicht.
Der in Fig. 2 gezeigte, aus Blech geformte, erste Scharnierbandteil 1 weist zwei Lappen 2 auf, die an ihren Enden mit Rollen versehen sind, die Lagerhülsen, 3, 4 bilden. Wie aus Fig. 4 ersichtlich ist, liegen die Längsstirnflächen der Rollen nicht vollständig an der Vorderseite der Lappen 2 an, sondern befinden sich im Abstand von dieser, sodaß ein Längsschlitz 5 gebildet ist. Der ladenseitige, aus Blech geformte, zweite Scharnierbandteil 6 gemäß Fig. 2 weist einen Lappen 7 auf, der an seinem Ende mit einer Rolle versehen ist, die eine Lagerhülse 8 bildet. Der Lappen 7 paßt zwischen die beiden Lappen 2 des ersten Scharnierbandteiles 1. In den beiden Rändern der Lagerhülse 8 ist je eine kerbenartige Ausnehmung 9 vorgesehen. Der Bolzen 10 weist zur Sicherung gegen unbefugtes Herausziehen einen Stift 11 auf. Die Länge und Dicke des Stiftes 11 sind so bemessen, daß ein Einführen des Bolzens 10 in die Lagerhülse 3, 4 der beiden Lappen 2 möglich ist. Um den Bolzen 10 in die Lagerhülsen 3, 4; 8 einführen zu können, muß der Bolzen 10 gegenüber den Lappen 2 eine Stellung einnehmen, daß der Stift 11 entlang des Längsschlitzes 5 geführt werden kann. Gleichzeitig muß sich die Ausnehmung 9 unterhalb des Längsschlitzes 5 befinden, sodaß der Stift 11 in die Ausnehmung 9 geschoben werden kann und in diese eingreift. Bei Verschwenken des ladenseitigen Scharnierbandteiles 6 wird der in die Ausnehmung 9 eingreifende Stift 11 mitgenommen und gelangt außerhalb des Bereiches des Längsschlitzes 5. Sobald sich der Stift außerhalb des Bereiches des Längsschlitzes 5 befindet, liegt er an der Unterkante der Lagerhülse 3 an und dient als Sicherung gegen ein unbefugtes Herausziehen des Bolzens 10. Um ein Herausziehen des Bolzens 11 bei geschlossenem Laden zu verhindern, darf sich natürlich die Ausnehmung 9 in der Scharnierbandstellung für den geschlossenen Laden nicht unterhalb des Längsschlitzes 5 befinden. In dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist am stockseitgen ersten Scharnierbandteil 1 ein Zapfen 12 und im ladenseitigen zweiten Scharnierbandteil 6 ein Durchtrittsloch 13 vorgesehen. In Schließstellung des Scharnierbandes befindet sich der Zapfen 12 im Durchtrittsloch 13, wodurch der Laden zusätzlich gegen Herausheben gesichert ist.
In Fig. 5 ist das Scharnierband im montierten Zustand und in Schließstellung gezeigt. Die Scharnierbandteile 1, 6 sind im Stock 14 bzw. im Laden 15 mittels Schrauben befestigt; eine Schraube 16 ist zur Veranschaulichung gezeigt. Für die Befestigung weisen die Scharnierbandteile 1, 6 Durchtrittslöcher 17, 18 auf.

Claims (2)

  1. Scharnierband für einen Fenster- oder Türladen oder -flügel, das aus zwei aus Blech geformten Bandteilen, nämlich einem ersten Bandteil (1) mit zwei im Abstand vorgesehen Lappen (2) mit an ihrem Ende vorgesehenen, zylindrische Lagerhülsen (3,4) bildenden Rollen mit Längsschlitzen (5) und einem zweiten Bandteil (6) mit einem zwischen die Lappen (2) des anderen Bandteiles (1) passenden Lappen (7) mit an seinem Ende vorgesehener zylindrischer, eine Lagerhülse (8) bildender Rolle, und ferner mit einem die Lagerhülsen durchsetzenden Bolzen (10) besteht, der an seinem Umfang mit einem Stift (11) oder einer Nase vorgesehen ist, die in Ausnehmungen der Lagerhülsen eingreifen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die längsseitigen Stirnflächen der zylindrischen Rollen des ersten Bandteiles (1) im Abstand vom ersten Bandteil (1) unter Ausbildung des Längsschlitzes (5) enden, daß am Rand der zylindrischen Rolle des zweiten Bandteiles (6) eine Ausnehmung (9) vorgesehen ist, die in der Scharnierbandstellung für den geschlossenen Laden oder Flügel außerhalb des Bereiches des Längsschlitzes (5) liegt, und daß der Bolzen (10) mit seinem Stift (11) oder seiner Nase in die randseitige Ausnehmung (9) eingreift.
  2. Scharnierband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zylindrische Rolle des zweiten Bandteiles (6) an ihren beiden axial einander gegenüberliegenden Rändern je eine Ausnehmung (9) für den Eingriff des bzw. der an die Lagerhülsen (3, 4; 8) durchsetzenden Bolzen (10) vorgesehenen Stiftes (11) oder Nase aufweist.
