Claims (6)
- Module pour la réalisation d'une façade tout verre du type appelé "structural glazing", constitué d'un encadrement en tôle d'acier inoxydable profilée, de manière à réaliser d'une part, une battée (1) destinée à recevoir un double vitrage (2) et, d'autre part, un élément raidisseur (3) ayant une extrémité recourbée en forme de crampon vers l'intérieur du module, capable de retenir l'ensemble -cadre (1-3) et vitrage (2)- dans une structure métallique (5) porteuse de la façade, caractérisé en ce que, pour la fixation directe du module dans la structure métallique (5) porteuse, l'extrémité recourbée vers l'intérieur du module en forme de crampon est associé à une première patte (4) d'acier inoxydable formant bec à ressort portée directement par un profilé tubulaire de la structure métallique (5) porteuse et assurant le clipsage du cadre fixe (1-3).
- Module suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas de cadre ouvrant, (1'-3), l'élément raidisseur (3') est associé à un profilé de réception (10) en tôle d'acier inoxydable porté par la structure métallique (5) porteuse.
- Module suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le double vitrage (2) est disposé dans la battée (1) sur un joint calibré (6) permettant de réaliser la section nécessaire du silicone spécial "structure glazing" (7) tiré sur tout le périmètre extérieur et intérieur de la battée (1).
- Module suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, pour permettre le clipsage du module sur la structure (5), portant la première patte (4) d'acier inoxydable formant bec à ressort assurant le clipsage du cadre fixe (1-3), on dispose un élément élastiquement déformable contre une âme de l'élément raidisseur (3).
- Module suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément élastiquement déformable, pour permettre le clipsage du module sur la structure (5) de la première patte, constitue les extrémités d'un ressort plat en tôle d'acier inoxydable en forme de chaise, riveté en son centre à la structure, la première extrémité du ressort servant à l'accrochage du module et la seconde extrémité assurant la poussée élastique.
- Module suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, pour permettre le clipsage du module sur la structure (5) équipée de la première patte (4) d'acier inoxydable, une seconde patte (11) d'acier inoxydable disposée dans le prolongement de la première patte (4), de manière à former les becs à ressort d'une ancre élastiquement déformable, dont le premier bec réalise le clipsage et le second facilite le montage de l'ensemble -cadre et vitrage- (1-3).
