Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for cutting hair with a first knife and with a back and forth parallel to a drive direction hereby drivable second knife, the first knife and the second knife are held pressed together parallel to a pressure direction, and with a back and forth drivable drive part for driving the second knife and with a hinge device between the drive part and the second knife, over the one driving force from the drive part to the second knife, namely in essentially in the area of the point of attack of the resultant of the frictional forces between the two knives, is transferable.
- a device for example from DE 27 47 383 A1.
- the known device acts it is a razor for cutting whiskers.
- This shaver is the first knife through a curved screen shear foil and the second knife formed by a lamellar knife in a vaulted plastic part has embedded steel blades.
- the drive part is through a drive pin formed, which has a head at its free end, the shape of a part of a Ball corresponds.
- This head is in an undercut cylindrical recess of the plastic part of the slat knife added.
- the head and the recess form the joint device for transmitting the driving force from the Drive pin on the slat knife.
- the drive pin should be relatively long and its head far into the Protrude inside of the arched plastic part of the lamellar knife, in order to be as close as possible to the blades interacting with the Siebscher film to attack the plastic part of the slat knife.
- the reciprocable tooth knife a tooth cutting device with two flat tooth knives lying against each other in the way to drive that the driving force in the area of the point of attack Resulting of the frictional forces between the two tooth knives is transmitted because this point of attack in the area of the two adjacent treads two flat tooth knives and none in this area of the tread Ball head of a drive pin can protrude.
- the invention has for its object the above Eliminate difficulties and create a device for cutting hair at such restrictive conditions for the design of the device, in particular the drive part and the knife which can be driven by the drive part, such as not exist in the device known from DE 27 47 383 A1.
- Rear door is that Invention characterized in that the hinge means two for Pressure direction has oppositely inclined webs, each with the Drive part and the second knife are each articulated via a joint, and that the two connecting lines through the two joints of each web are in essentially in the area of the point of application of the resultant of the frictional forces between cut the two knives.
- the second knife has a knife carrier
- the knife carrier and the two webs as well as the drive part made of one piece from plastic are formed and the joints are formed by film hinges. This is in With regard to training with as few individual parts as possible and with regard to the simplest possible assembly advantageous.
- Another advantage is that possible miniaturization of such training and in that the knife holder and the drive part are connected to one another without play via the joint device.
- Knife which are held pressed against each other parallel to the pressure direction can ensure, for example, the first knife against the second by means of spring force Knives are kept pressed. It has proven to be advantageous if the Drive part in addition to its back and forth adjustability also parallel to Pressure direction is held adjustable and by means of at least one spring in the direction to the first knife. This has turned out to be a good one The two knives lie next to each other and also on a particularly simple one constructive training proved to be favorable.
- a spring with which the drive part towards the first knife is pressed, can directly attack the drive part.
- the drive part by a compared to a stationary depository by means of a Pivot bearing device pivotally mounted drive lever is formed and the Pivot bearing device running essentially transversely to the pressing direction has another web, which with part of the stationary bearing and the Drive lever is articulated via a joint.
- This is with regard to one particularly simple, adjustable mounting of the drive part together with it via the Connected drivable knives advantageous.
- FIG. 1 shows an oblique view of a razor according to a first embodiment of the Invention with a short hair cutter and a long hair cutter.
- the Figure 2 shows schematically a long hair trimmer as the device according Fig.1 and which is designed as a tooth cutting device with two tooth knives is, and the essential part of the invention of a drive device for the drivable Tooth knife of the tooth cutting device.

- the shaving device 1 has a Long hair cutting device 7 for cutting long whiskers, but also Head hair, which is formed by a tooth cutting device.
- the Tooth cutting device 7 is in the region of a side wall 8 of the housing 2 in the longitudinal direction of the device 1 held back and forth to move between one in Fig.1 shown rest position and a not shown in Fig.1, closer to the Short hair cutter 5 lying operating position can be moved.
- the device 1 has a slide button 9 on.
- the tooth cutting device 7 has a first knife 10, which is designed as a tooth knife with a row of cutting teeth 11 and on a carrier, not shown, for the entire tooth cutting device 7 is stationary is captured. Furthermore, the tooth cutting device has a second knife 12, which is also designed as a tooth knife with a row of cutting teeth 13 and back and forth parallel to a drive direction indicated by an arrow 14 can be driven here. The first knife 10 and the second knife 12 parallel to a pressure direction indicated by a further arrow 15 kept pressed together.
- the second knife 12 is one Knife carrier 16 worn on which a compression spring 17 engages, which is on a stationary counter bearing 18 on the carrier for the entire tooth cutting device 7 supports.
- the tooth pitch of the two rows of cutting teeth 11 and 13 of the Dental knife 10 and 12 is different.
- a back and forth drivable drive part 19 is provided, which can be pivoted, for example, by a mounted drive lever is formed.
- a Joint device 20 is provided, via which a driving force from the drive part 19 on the second knife 12, essentially in the area of the point of attack the resultant of the frictional forces between the two knives 10 and 12, transferable is.
- the joint device 20 now has two to the pressure direction 15 oppositely inclined webs 21 and 22, each with the drive part 19 and the second knife 12, in the present case the knife carrier 16, are connected via a joint 23 and 24 or 25 and 26.
- the two connecting lines 27 and 28 intersect through the two Joints 23 and 25 or 24 and 26 of each web 21 and 22 in the area of Point of attack 29 of the resultant of the frictional forces between the two knives 10 and 12.
- the area of the point of action 29 of the resultant of the frictional forces lies in essential also the point of attack of the resultant of the cutting forces between the two knives 10 and 12.
- the point of attack of the resultant forces of inertia the drivable knife 12 and the knife carrier 16 is due to the flat Training very close to the point of application 29 of the resultant of the frictional forces.
- the knife carrier 16 and the two webs 21 and 22 and the Drive part 19 are formed in one piece from plastic and the joints 23, 24, 25 and 26 are formed by film hinges. This is an education received with as few individual parts as possible, making it as simple as possible Assembling in device manufacture is achieved. Furthermore, this is one training achieved without play.
- FIG. 3 shows an actual embodiment variant for a Drive lever 19 for driving one carried by a knife carrier 16 drivable tooth knife 12 of a tooth cutting device 7, as shown in Fig.2 is shown schematically.
- the drive lever 19 is - as already with reference to Fig.2 described - connected to the knife carrier 16 via the joint device 20 to which the reciprocable knife 12 is attached.
- the drive lever 19 is in addition to its back and forth adjustability parallel to Pressure direction 15 held adjustable and by means of the compression spring 17 in the direction the stationary first knife 10, not shown in FIG.
- the Compression spring 17 engages on the one hand on the knife carrier 16 and on the other hand on the stationary counter bearing 18.
- the pivotally mounted drive lever 19 is opposite one stationary bearing point 30 can be pivoted by means of a pivot bearing device 31 stored.
- the stationary bearing point 30 has one of the carrier, not shown for the entire tooth cutting device protruding trapezoidal bearing pin 32 and a pressed on this bearing pin 32 trapezoidal bearing ring 33, the the thrust bearing 18 is the ring section closest to the two knives 10 and 12 forms for the compression spring 17.
