Description

Beim Sieben eines Schüttgutstroms ist es üblich, den Schüttgutstrom von oben auf die Siebfläche zu geben, auf der er sich schichtförmig verteilt. Durch Vibration und/oder Gefälle kann die Schicht in Bewegung gehalten und der Siebüberlauf abgefördert werden. Auch wenn die Schicht durch Vibration in Bewegung gehalten wird, befindet sie sich in einem vergleichsweise dichten Schüttzustand.
Aus der US-A 2 200 472 ist eine Siebvorrichtung zum Befreien eines Gummigranulats von Staub und groben Fremdkörpern bekannt, in welcher das Gut über eine geneigt angeordnete Siebfläche geleitet wird, die von unten nach oben von einem Gasstrom durchquert wird, der Staub und spezifisch leichte Fremdkörper stärker anhebt als das Granulat, welches weniger stark angehoben wird und nach dem Durchqueren des Schüttgutstroms auf das Sieb zurückfällt. Im Bereich des Luftstrahls selbst kann das Granulat nicht gegen dessen Wirkung durch das Sieb hindurchfallen. Ob es sich anschließend an den Luftstrahlbereich in einem Zustand befindet, der die Siebwirkung begünstigt, wird in der Schrift nicht offenbart.
Auch aus der DE-A 22 19 179 ist es bekannt, aus einem zu siebenden Schüttgutstrom leichte Anteile durch einen von unten nach oben hindurchgehenden Blasstrom auszuscheiden. Die Siebbarkeit der verbleibenden Teilchen wird dadurch nicht verändert, da diese beim Durchqueren des Luftstroms die Berührung mit der Förderfläche nicht verlieren.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Siebvorrichtung, in welcher ein Schüttgutstrom zum größten Teil eine Siebfläche durchfließen soll, während lediglich Fremdkörper wie Metallteile oder Materialklumpen zurückgehalten werden. Es liegt ihr die Aufgabe zugrunde, die dafür benötigte Siebfläche zu verringern.
Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung besteht darin, daß der Siebfläche ein Belüftungsboden im Förderweg des Schüttgutstroms mit etwa gleicher Förderrichtung vorgeschaltet ist. Dadurch gelangt der Schüttgutstrom als Wirbelbett auf die Siebfläche. Im Zustand des Wirbelbetts ist das Schüttgut (zumindest sein feinkörnigerer Anteil) fließfähig. Dies erleichtert die mit dem Siebvorgang verbundenen Bewegungsvorgänge, nämlich zum einen den Durchgang des Siebunterlaufs durch die Sieböffnungen und zum anderen die Separation innerhalb des Gutbetts. Die Siebleistung je Flächeneinheit der Siebfläche wird dadurch vergrößert; die benötigte Ausdehnung der Siebfläche wird verringert. Damit verringert sich gleichzeitig der Höhenbedarf. Bei der Wirbelbettförderfläche kann es sich um eine herkömmliche pneumatische Förderrinne handeln, durch deren porösen Boden Gas in das auf der Förderfläche liegende Gutbett eingeleitet wird, wodurch dieses in fließfähigen Zustand versetzt wird. Die Förderbewegung kann durch entsprechendes Gefälle der Förderfläche veranlaßt sein.
Der Wirbelbettzustand läßt sich oberhalb der Siebfläche nicht langfristig aufrechterhalten, weil das den Wirbelzustand begründende, die Partikeln voneinander trennende Gas leicht nach oben und unten abfließen kann. Es ist deshalb zweckmäßig, daß die Siebfläche in Förderrichtung im Verhältnis zur Fördergeschwindigkeit so kurz ist, daß der Wirbelbettzustand des Siebüberlaufs erhalten bleibt. Genauer gesagt, soll sich das Schüttgutbett am Ende der Siebförderstrecke in einem Zustand befinden, in welchem es noch so fließfähig ist, daß es von der Siebfläche abfließen kann. Dabei sind die übrigen Betriebsbedingungen mit in Betracht zu ziehen, insbesondere Gefälle und eine etwa vorgesehene Vibration der Siebfläche. Diese Einflüsse wirken begünstigend auf die Förderung und die Fließfähigkeit des Gutbetts. Wenn Gefälle oder Vibration hinzutreten, braucht daher der Wirbelzustand am Ende der Siebstrecke nicht so ausgeprägt zu sein, daß das Gut alleine aufgrund dieses Wirbelzustands noch abfließen könnte.
Aufgrund dieser Umstände sind der Länge der Siebstrecke, wenn dort nicht eine Auffrischung des Wirbelzustands durch Gaszufuhr erfolgt, Grenzen gesetzt. Es kann daher sein, daß die Siebstrecke kürzer ist als es zum Absieben des gesamten Feinanteils erforderlich wäre. In diesem Fall kann man nach der Erfindung mehrere Wirbelbettförderflächen und Siebflächen hintereinander anordnen. Die gesamte Siebvorrichtung stellt sich dann als eine Folge mehrerer Abschnitte von pneumatischen Förderrinnen im Wechsel mit vorzugsweise in derselben Ebene zwischengeschalteten Siebabschnitten dar, wobei die Siebabschnitte jeweils so kurz gehalten sind, daß die Weiterförderung darauf nicht stockt, während die pneumatischen Förderrinnenabschnitte so lang sind, daß darauf der erforderliche Wirbelschichtzustand wieder hergestellt werden kann.
Um den Durchfluß des fließfähigen Guts durch die Siebflächen zu beschleunigen, kann eine Einrichtung zur Erzeugung eines den Siebdurchgang fördernden Differenzdrucks vorgesehen sein. Die Anwendung eines Differenzdrucks an einer Siebfläche ist an sich bekannt (GB-A 671 232).
Die Erfindung wird im folgenden näher unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung erläutert, die ein vorteilhaftes Ausführungsbeispiel schematisch veranschaulicht. Darin zeigen:

In dem Beispiel gemäß Fig. 1 ist an den Auslauf eines Schütgutbehälters 1 eine pneumatische Förderrinne 2 angeschlossen. Dabei handelt es sich um ein bekanntes Förderelement, der als Boden eines geschlossenen Förderkanals eine luftdurchlässige Platte aufweist, die von einem darunter befindlichen Luftzuführungskanal mit Druckluft beaufschlagt ist, die nach dem Passieren des Bodens in das darauf liegende Gutbett eindringt und es als Wirbelschicht in fließfähigen Zustand versetzt. Aufgrund leichten Gefälles gelangt es in Förderbewegung.
An die pneumatische Förderrinne 2 ist über einen elastischen Kompensator 3 die allgemein mit 4 bezeichnete Siebeinrichtung angeschlossen, deren Unterlauf von einer pneumatischen Förderrinne 5 weitergeführt wird, die über einen elastischen Kompensator 6 an die Siebeinrichtung angeschlossen ist. Der Überlauf wird seitlich bei 7 abgeführt. Die Siebeinrichtung 4 ist auf Stützen 8 mittels Schwinglagern 9 angeordnet und mit Unwuchtmotoren 10 ausgerüstet, die sie nach bekannten Grundsätzen in Vibration versetzen.
Der Aufbau der Siebeinrichtung ergibt sich aus Fig. 2. Darin erkennt man einen Sieboberraum 11, dessen Boden fluchtend über den Kompensator 3 an den Belüftungsboden der Förderrinne 2 anschließt. Darunter befindet sich ein Siebunterraum 12, der als pneumatische Förderrinne mit einem Belüftungsboden 13 und einem Belüftungsraum 14 zur Abförderung des Siebunterlaufs ausgeführt ist. An die pneumatische Förderrinne dieses Siebunterraums ist die pneumatische Förderrinne 5 über den Kompensator 6 fluchtend angeschlossen.
Zwischen dem Oberraum 11 und dem Unterraum 12 befindet sich der Boden 15, der sich - wie aus der Draufsicht Fig. 3 erkennbar - aus vier Siebflächen 16 und dazwischen fluchtend angeordneten Belüftungsböden 17 zusammensetzt, denen Druckluft von einer Leitung 18 mit geeigneten Stellorganen her über die Belüftungsräume 19 zuführbar ist. Diese Belüftungsböden sowie der Belüftungsboden der Förderrinne 2 wurden oben mit dem allgemeineren Ausdruck Wirbelbettförderfläche bezeichnet.
An die letzte Siebfläche 16 schließt sich eine Schurre 20 an, die den Siebüberlauf abführt und mit verschlußklappen 21 versehen ist, um nötigenfalls den Zu- und Abstrom von Luft zu verhindern.
Damit das Gut über der Siebeinrichtung nicht durchschießt, kann über dem Anfang des Bodens 15 der Siebeinrichtung eine Pendelklappe 22 vorgesehen sein.
Das Gutbett tritt von der pneumatischen Förderrinne 2 im Zustand der Wirbelschicht in die Siebeinrichtung ein. Aufgrund ihres fluidisierten Zustands, des Gefälles und der Vibration läuft sie großenteils über die erste Siebfläche 16 hinweg. Diese Siebfläche ist kürzer bemessen, als es für die Vollendung des Siebvorgangs erforderlich wäre. Über der folgenden Belüftungsstrecke wird der Fluidisierungszustand der Wirbelschicht wieder aufgefrischt, so daß sie im fluidisierten Zustand die folgende Siebstrecke erreicht und überläuft, und so fort. Der Siebüberlauf wird durch die Schurre 20 am Ende der Siebeinrichtung abgeführt.
Wenn lediglich Grobgut aus dem Förderstrom ausgesiebt werden soll, haben sämtliche Siebflächen 16 gleiche Öffnungsgröße. Es versteht sich, daß man die Einrichtung auch so abwandeln kann, daß sie zum Klassieren benutzt werden kann.

Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Sieben eines Schüttgutstroms, die einen Förderweg über eine Siebfläche hinweg bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Förderweg mindestens ein Belüftungsboden und mindestens eine Siebfläche (16) mit gleicher Förderrichtung hintereinander angeordnet sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Belüftungsböden (17) und Siebflächen (16) hintereinander angeordnet sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Siebfläche(n) (16) mit einem Vibrationsantrieb (10) verbunden ist (sind).
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Belüftungsböden/die Belüftungsböden (17) und Siebfläche(n) (16) zu einer gemeinsam vibrierbaren Einheit zusammengefaßt sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung zur Erzeugung eines den Siebdurchgang fördernden Differenzdrucks.
