Claims (18)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Positionierung einer Filmspule, die mit mehreckigen Flanschen versehen ist, die auf dem Dorn der Spule angebracht sind, für ihre Stapelung oder ihren Transport, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zumindest ein Aufnahme- und Haltemittel (3, 4) für eine Seite jedes Flansches (11, 12) und zumindest ein Mittel (13, 14) zum festen Verbinden in einstellbarer Weise eines Aufnahme- oder Haltemittels (3, 4) eines Flansches (11, 12) mit den gegenüberliegenden Aufnahme- und Haltemittel (3, 4) des anderen Flansches (11, 12) aufweist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahme- und Haltemittel (3, 4) durch eine Stange (3, 4) gebildet ist, die eine ebene Auflagefläche (5, 6) für eine Seite des Flansches (11, 12) und zumindest eine vertikale Wand (7, 10) aufweist, die gegen die Oberfläche des Flansches (11, 12) außerhalb der Spule in Kontakt gelangt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (3, 4), welche das Aufnahme- und Auflagemittel bildet, ein L-Profil aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (3, 4), die das Aufnahme- und Auflagemittel bildet, ein U-Profil aufweist, in welchem die Seite des Flansches 11, 12 gelagert bzw. aufgenommen wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vertikalen Wände (7, 8, 9, 10) der U-förmigen Stange unterschiedliche Höhen aufweisen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vertikalen Wände (7, 8, 9, 10) der U-förmigen Stange gleiche Höhe aufweisen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fläche der ebenen Oberfläche der Aufnahme- und Haltestange (3, 4), die nicht in Kontakt mit dem Flansch (11, 12) steht, rutschverhindernde Mittel (17, 18) aufweist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rutschverhindernden Mittel (17, 18) durch Vorsprünge gebildet sind, die auf der Fläche aufliegen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rutschverhindernden Mittel (17, 18) Rillen oder Nuten sind, die auf der Fläche gebildet sind.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel (13, 14) für die zwei Aufnahme- und Haltemittel (3, 4) durch zumindest einen Stab gebildet ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel (13, 14) für die zwei Aufnahme- und Haltemittel (3, 4) durch zumindest einen Stab gebildet ist, dessen Länge einstellbar ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stab (13, 14), dessen Länge einstellbar ist, ein Teleskopstab ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Blockiermittel für die Vorrichtung auf einem Tragesockel (19) aufweist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in abnehmbarer oder nichtabnehmbarer Weise auf dem Tragesockel befestigt ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Elemente aufweist, die einen Tragesockel bilden und Mittel zum Manipulieren der Einheit.
  16. Verfahren zum Verpacken einer Filmspule mit mehreckigen Flanschen, die auf einem Dorn befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es darin besteht, die Unterseite von jedem Flansch in das Aufnahme- und Haltemittel von wenigstens einer Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 anzuordnen, die auf einem Tragesockel angeordnet ist, und die Einheit aus Spule und Positioniervorrichtung mit dem Tragesockel fest zu verbinden.
  17. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es darin besteht, zumindest eine Positioniervorrichtung gemaß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 auf den Oberseiten der Flansche anzuordnen.
  18. Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es darin besteht, eine Stange zwischen den unteren Positioniervorrichtungen und den oberen Positioniervorrichtungen anzuordnen, um ein Haltemittel für die Flansche auf dem Dorn der Spule zu bilden.
