Claims (8)

  1. Tragstruktur (1) zum Verladen von Waren auf eine Palette (13) zwecks Lagerung und/oder Transport, bestehend aus gesonderten/demontierbaren Elementen, umfassend:
    - eine erste Platte ("Unterlage") (2) zum Beladen mit den Waren,
    - eine zweite Platte ("Oberplatte") (4),
    - eine Mehrzahl Halterungen (3), in Form von Winkeleisen, deren Enden mit Mitteln zur Verbindung mit der Unterlage (2) einerseits und der Oberplatte (4) andererseits,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel in der Form von Platten vorliegen, die quer zu den Halterungen (3) angeordnet sind,
    wobei die Unterlage (6) den Fuss der Halterung bildet, wenn diese montiert ist, dass die Unterlage (2) und die Oberplatte (4) jeweils Bereiche zur Unterbringung der unteren Platten (6) und der oberen Platten (7) der Halterungen (3) umfassen, und dass die Unterlage (2) in der Form eines allgemein flachen polygonalen Gestells vorliegt, dessen Kanten relativ zur allgemeinen Ebene des polygonalen Gestells sind, um die Aufnahmebereiche für die unteren Platten unterbringen zu können, mit denen die Enden der Halterungen ausgestattet sind, wobei die Platten und Halterungen zusammen die äußere Armatur zur Ladung der Waren darstellen, wobei die Armatur völlig oberhalb der Oberseite der Palette (13) positioniert werden kann und nach dem Gebrauch demontierbar ist.
  2. Tragstruktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanten der Unterlage (2) in Form eines polygonalen Gestells in den Ecken gegenüber der allgemeinen Ebene des polygonalen Gestells erhoben sind.
  3. Tragstruktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberplatte (4) in Form eines allgemein flachen polygonalen Gestells mit peripheren Dimensionen vorliegt, die identisch mit denen der Unterlage (2) sind, wobei die Kanten - vorzugsweise in den Ecken - gegenüber der allgemeinen Ebene des polygonalen Gestells erhoben sind, um die Aufnahmebereiche unterbringen zu können, wenn sich die Halterungen (3) im montierten Zustand befinden, wobei die Enden der Halterungen mit oberen Platten (7) ausgestattet sind und die Oberplatte (4) zwischen den Halterungen auf den Platten aufliegt.
  4. Tragstruktur nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberen Platten (7), mit denen die Enden der Halterungen (3) ausgestattet sind, mit einem Positionier- und Befestigungsmittel für die Oberplatte ausgestattet sind.
  5. Tragstruktur nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Positionier- und Befestigungsmittel eine Lasche (8) umfasst, die im montierten Zustand der Struktur mit einer entsprechenden Öffnung der Oberplatte zusammenwirkt.
  6. Einrichtung zum Verladen von Waren, umfassend eine Palette und eine Tragstruktur nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Unterlage (2) der Struktur auf der Oberseite der Palette (13) aufliegt, wobei die unteren Platten (6) der Halterungen (3) geeignet sind, im montierten Zustand der Halterungen zwischen den erhobenen Kanten der Unterlage (2) und der Oberseite der Palette (13) untergebracht zu werden.
  7. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im montierten Zustand der Tragstruktur die Oberplatte (4) parallel zur Unterlage (2) angeordnet ist, die mit den vertikalen Halterungen (3) zusammengestellt ist, um die äußere Armatur zum Laden von Waren zu bilden, die auf der Oberseite der Palette (13) aufliegt.
  8. Verfahren zum Laden von Waren auf eine Palette mithilfe der Tragstruktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5,
    wobei das Verfahren die nachfolgenden Schritte in der angegebenen Reihenfolge umfasst:
    - Platzieren einer Palette (13) auf dem Boden;
    - Positionieren einer Unterlage (2) auf der Oberseite der Palette;
    - Stapeln der Waren auf der Unterlage (2); gefolgt durch
    - vertikales Positionieren der winkeleisenartigen Halterungen (3) auf der Ebene der vier Ecken der Palette und deren Ladung durch Einführen der unteren Platten (6), die Füße der Halterungen bilden, in die Gehäuse zwischen den erhobenen Eckkanten der Unterlage (2) und der Oberseite der Palette;
    - Einführen der Oberplatte (4) zwischen die Halterungen (3) über den Waren durch Platzieren von Bereichen zur Aufnahme der Oberplatte über den oberen Platten der Halterungen;
    - Überziehen der Palette samt Ladung mit einer Stretchfolie, die einen Oberteil der Palette und der darauf angeordneten Tragstruktur umschließt.
