Claims (5)

  1. Abwickelvorrichtung für Band zur Versorgung einer Umschnürungsmaschine, die im Bereich der Verpackung eingesetzt wird, die eine horizontale Platte (2) umfasst, die drehbeweglich um eine Vertikalachse (10) ist, die eine Palette (13) tragen kann, auf der mehrere Spulen (5) waagerecht gestapelt sind, die im Verhältnis zur Drehachse (10) der Platte (2) zentriert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (2) ein Zentriersystem der Palette (3) auf der Platte (2) umfasst, das zumindest zwei Anschlagmittel (4) umfasst, die derart angeordnet sind, dass zwei gegenüberliegende Kanten der Palette (3) blockiert werden, um diese in zentrierter Position im Verhältnis zur Drehachse der Platte (2) zu halten.
  2. Abwickelvorrichtung für Band nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Anschlagmittel (4) des Zentriersystems aus einer Einheit mit zwei Anschlägen (40,40';45) besteht, zwischen denen eine Kante im rechten Winkel der Palette (3) eingeschoben ist.
  3. Abwickelvorrichtung für Band nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Anschlag (40,40') die Gestalt einer senkrechten Platte mit rechteckiger Form annimmt, wobei die Platten derart lotrecht zueinander orientiert sind, dass sie sich auf die eine der Seiten (30,30') der entsprechenden Kante im rechten Winkel der Palette (3) stützen, die sie in zentrierter Position im Verhältnis zur Drehachse der Platte (2) halten.
  4. Abwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Anschlag die Gestalt von zumindest zwei Klötzen (45) vorzugsweise mit rundem Querschnitt annimmt, wobei jedes Anschlagmittel (4), das dazu dient, eine Kante der Palette (3) zu blockieren, in diesem Fall aus vier Klötzen (45) besteht, wobei zwei Klötze die eine der Seiten (30,30') der Kante berühren.
  5. Abwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein senkrechtes Gitter umfasst, das mit der Drehplatte (2) verbunden ist, die die Palette und die Spulen (5) über eine niedrige Höhe oder eine hohe Höhe bewickelt, je nachdem, ob sich die Abwickelvorrichtung im Bereich der Fertigungslinie oder außerhalb dieses Bereichs befindet.
