Claims (5)
- Procédé pour réaliser, remplir et sceller des sachets (35) dans lequel une bande pelliculaire plastique sans fin (14) est, par l'action d'un dispositif de formage de tuyau (10) et d'un dispositif de soudage longitudinal en cordon (13), transformée en un tuyau (16) que fait avancer au moins un dispositif de tirage (18), des sachets (35) étant, au cours de la poursuite de l'avancement du tuyau formés et séparés du tuyau par un dispositif de soudage transversal en cordon (32) auquel est relié un dispositif de coupe,
caractérisé en ce quele tuyau (16) avance en continu,une embouchure (20) se déplace en va-et-vient pendant une partie définie de la course d'avancement du tuyau (16), à l'intérieur du tuyau, parallèlement à lui et à la même vitesse,pendant cette partie définie de la course d'avancement, un dispositif de pliage (30) réalise, par pliage en appui sur le fond (21) de l'embouchure (20) d'une partie dépassante du tuyau (16), un fond fixe,le dispositif de pliage (30) se déplace, en même temps que le dispositif (32) de soudage transversal qui lui est relié, à la même vitesse que le tuyau (16),ensuite l'embouchure (20) est ramenée à sa position initiale en haut et pendant ce temps un matériau de remplissage est introduit dans le tube ainsi formé (16). - Dispositif pour réaliser, remplir et sceller des sachets (35), comprenant un dispositif (10) de formage d'un tuyau constitué d'un épaulement de formage (11) et d'un tube de formage (12) pour former un tuyau à partir d'une bande pelliculaire plastique sans fin (14), un dispositif (13) de soudage longitudinal en cordon, au moins un dispositif (18) de tirage du tuyau formé (16), un dispositif (32) de soudage transversal en cordon, ainsi qu'un dispositif de pliage (30) pour former chaque fois, à l'extrémité du tuyau un fond fixe,
caractérisé en ce quesur le dispositif (10) de formation du tuyau sont montés un tube intérieur (19) mobile en va-et-vient et une embouchure (20) qui lui est reliée,l'embouchure (20) est adaptée dans sa forme, à une extrémité au tube de formage (12) et à lautre extrémité au fond fixe qu'il faut plier,l'embouchure(20) au niveau de son fond (21) comporte une ouverture (22) destinée au passage du produit de remplissage,à l'embouchure (20) est associé un dispositif (36) qui entraíne cette embouchure, pendant une partie de l'avancement de tube (16), en synchronisme avec le tuyau et dans la même direction ,le dispositif de pliage (30) est solidaire du dispositif (32) de soudage transversal en cordon,le dispositif de pliage (30) ainsi que le dispositif (32) de soudage peuvent être élevés et abaissés le long du parcours d'avancement du tuyau (16). - Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que
l'embouchure (20) au niveau (17) où elle sort du tube de formage (12), est entourée par celui-ci avec quasi une combinaison de formes. - Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif assurant le déplacement de l'embouchure (20) est constitué d'au moins deux dispositifs de pincement (36), montés de part et d'autre de l'embouchure (20), et solidairement avec le dispositif (32) de soudure transversale en cordon, ces dispositifs de pincement (36) comprenant des mâchoires de maintien (37) mobiles transversalement par rapport à la direction d'avancement du tuyau (16) et dont les faces frontales (38) sont adaptées, par combinaison de formes, à l'embouchure (30). - Dispositif selon une des revendications 2 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que
le tube intérieur (19) est relié par une tige (23) à un vérin de réglage permettant de faire monter le tube intérieur (19) dans le tube de formage.
