Zeichnungdrawing

An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and is explained in more detail in the following description. 1 shows a device for producing, filling and closing of bags simplified in front view and the Fig.2 to Figure 6 shows the device of Figure 1 during various phases of Bag production simplified in front views.

Beschreibung des AusführungsbeispielsDescription of the embodiment

The device (FIG. 1) has a tube forming device 10, consisting of a shaped shoulder 11 and a shaped tube 12, and a longitudinal seam sealing device 13, with which a plastic film web 14 is formed into a tube 16 in a known manner. A pull-off device in the form of a vacuum-assisted conveyor belt 18 for the hose 16 is arranged on each side of the shaped tube 12 at the level of the longitudinal seam sealing device 13. An inner tube 19, which can be moved up and down within a certain range, for example 20 mm, with a mouthpiece 20 connected thereto is arranged in the shaped tube 12. The length of the inner tube 19 with the mouthpiece 20 is greater than the length of the shaped tube 12. One side of the mouthpiece 20 is adapted to the shape of the shaped tube 12 at the outlet 17 at the lower end of the shaped tube 12, that is, for example, has a round shape, and is enclosed by this almost form-fitting. Thus, in particular, there are no edges possibly damaging the hose 16 during the transition from the molded tube 12 to the mouthpiece 20. The side of the mouthpiece 20 opposite the inner tube 19 has one
Floor 21, the shape of which is adapted to a block floor to be folded, that is to say in particular has a rectangular shape. Furthermore, there is an opening 22 in the bottom 21 for the filling material. The area between the two sides of the mouthpiece 20 is designed such that a continuous transition between the two round or rectangular sides is created.
The inner tube 19 or the mouthpiece 20 is coupled via a linkage 23 to an actuating cylinder 25, for example pneumatically operated and firmly connected to the device.
A cross seam jaw housing 27 which can be moved up and down in the conveying direction of the hose 16 is arranged below the mouthpiece 20. A packaging material device 30 with side folding spoons 31 is fastened on this. The packaging material device 30 is movable transversely to the conveying direction of the hose 16 on the cross-seam jaw housing 27. Furthermore, a transverse seam sealing device 32 with transverse seam jaws 33 is arranged on the transverse seam jaw housing 27, the closing movement of which is synchronized with the movement of the side folding buckets 31 via a cam mechanism. The transverse seam sealing device 32 is associated with a cutting device (not shown) for separating bags 35 from the hose 16.
Above the packaging material device 30 there is a clamping device 36 on both sides of the mouthpiece 20, which are also firmly connected to the cross seam jaw housing 27. The clamping devices 36 have, for example, pneumatically operated holding jaws 37, the end faces 38 of which face the mouthpiece 20 are positively adapted to the mouthpiece 20.

The operation of the device according to the invention is in the Fig. 2 to Fig. 6 are shown in simplified form, for the sake of simplicity in particular, a representation of the hose 16 and the bag 35 was waived.

In an initial position of the device (FIG. 2), the inner tube 19 with the mouthpiece 20 is in a raised position, so that only the mouthpiece 20 emerges from the molded tube 12. This is achieved by applying a corresponding negative pressure to the actuating cylinder 25. The conveyor belts 18 continuously convey the hose 16, which was formed from the plastic film web 14 by the longitudinal seam sealing device 13, via the molded tube 12 and the mouthpiece 20. At the same time, the transverse seam jaw housing 27 moves upward from the lowered position counter to the conveying direction of the hose 16 , wherein the transverse seam jaws 33 previously located in a wide open position and the packaging material device 30 coupled to them begin to close shortly before the top dead center of the movement path of the transverse seam jaw housing 27 is reached. During the downward acceleration phase of the cross-seam jaw housing 27 which follows after the upper turning point has been reached, the conveying speed of the hose 16 is adjusted to the speed of the cross-seam jaw housing 27 by means of the conveyor belts 18. If the speed of the transverse seam jaw housing 27 and that of the hose 16 are the same, the protrusion of the hose 16 required to form the block bottom is below the bottom 21 of the mouthpiece 20. At the same time, the holding jaws 37 of the clamping devices 36 previously in a retracted position are actuated and come with the interposition of the hose 16 in positive contact with the mouthpiece (Fig.3).
The actuating cylinder 25 is then vented and the mouthpiece 20 is moved by the transverse seam jaw housing 27 together with it at a speed corresponding to the conveying speed of the hose 16 (FIG. 4). This results in a constant overhang of the tube 16 with respect to the bottom 21 during the downward movement of the mouthpiece 20 and the transverse seam jaw housing 27. In this phase, the packaging material device 30 folds a block bottom with the overhang of the tube 16 and with the aid of the bottom 21, and then a transverse seam is formed by the transverse seam jaws 33. The formation of the transverse seam is accompanied by the formation of a head transverse seam on the previously produced bag 35 and its separation from the hose 16 by the cutting device. Furthermore, as soon as the transverse seam jaws 33 are closed, a filling material is introduced into the hose 16 through the inner tube 19. Then the holding jaws 37 are moved back into their original position, and by means of a corresponding negative pressure on the actuating cylinder 25, the mouthpiece 20 begins to rise until it has reached its original, raised position in the shaped tube 12 again (FIG. 5). The transverse seam jaw housing 27 is now shortly before its lower reversal point, during which the side folding spoons 31 of the packaging material device 30 are pivoted back (FIG. 6), and the transverse seam jaws 33 begin to open. In the lower reversal point of the transverse seam jaw housing 27, the transverse seam jaws 33 are completely open. The transverse seam jaw housing 27 now begins its upward movement again, the further course being repeated as described above.

In addition, it is pointed out that the transverse seam in the bottom of the Bag 35 by an additional mechanical device or by means Compressed air can be thrown, which creates a flat floor becomes.
