Claims (16)
- Verfahren zum Herstellenfugenförmiger Nähte an Teilflächen von Asphaltdeckschichten durch Ausbringen eines bandförmigen Bitumenmaterials entlang der Nahtflanke einer Teilfläche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bitumenmaterial zumindest durch mechanische Einwirkung plastifiziert und über eine Formdüse in Strangform ausgepreßt und an die Nahtflanke angedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich zur mechanischen Einwirkung das Bitumenmaterial einer thermischen Einwirkung ausgesetzt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen fugenförmiger Nähte an Teilflächen in Asphaltdeckschichten durch Ausbringen eines bandförmigen Bitumenmaterials (15) entlang der Nahtflanke (13) einer Teilfläche (12), mit einem mit Rädern (2) versehenen Fahrwerk (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Fahrwerk (1) eine kontinuierlich fördernde, antreibbare Kneteinrichtung (4) angeordnet ist, die mit einer Aufgabeeinrichtung (9) für das zu verarbeitende Bitumenmaterial (10) und mit einer Formdüse (11) für das plastifizierte Bitumenmaterial versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die Kneteinrichtung (4) mit einer Heizeinrichtung versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung durch eine Wärmeübertragungsfläche gebildet wird, die von den Abgasen eines die Kneteinrichtung (4) antreibenden Verbrennungsmotors (7) beaufschlagt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Rad (2) des Fahrwerks (1) mit dem Antriebsmotor (7) der Kneteinrichtung (4), vorzugsweise in Abhängigkeit von der Ausbringgeschwindigkeit der Kneteinrichtung (4) steuerbar in Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formdüse (11) mit ihrer Ausstoßrichtung entgegen der Fahrtrichtung (21) des Fahrwerks (1) ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Fahrwerk (1) ein Andruckelement (16) für das aus der Formdüse (11) austretende bandförmige Bitumenmaterial (15) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Andruckelement (16), bezogen auf die Fahrtrichtung (21), dicht hinter der Formdüse (11) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Andruckelement (16) relativ zum Fahrwerk (1) höhenveränderbar mit diesem verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Andruckelement (16) gegen die Bodenfläche neben der Nahtfläche (13) anpreßbar geführt ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fahrwerk (1) mit an der Nahtflanke (13) anlegbaren, vorzugsweise relativ zum Fahrwerk (1) quer verstellbaren Führungselementen (22) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Führungselement (22) im Bereich des Andruckelementes (16) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufgabeeinrichtung (9) mit einer in Abhängigkeit von der Ausbringgeschwindigkeit der Kneteinrichtung (4) antreibbaren Zufördereinrichtung für das Bitumenmaterial versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zufördereinrichtung durch eine Klemmwalzenanordnung gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mündung des Auspuffs des Antriebsmotors (7), in Fahrtrichtung (21) gesehen, vor der Mündung der Formdüse (11) gegen die Nahtflanke (13) gerichtet ausmündet.
