Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif pour la manipulation de lisses dans les machines à rentrer les fils de chaîne, avec des tringles (15) pour stocker les lisses et avec des moyens de transport (28, 29) pour amener celles-ci à un étage séparateur (ST) auquel a lieu une individualisation des lisses pour les préparer pour le rentrage des fils de chaîne, caractérisé en ce que chaque tringle (13) est tenue par plusieurs pinces commandées (Kn) et que de ce fait le trajet de transport des lisses sur les tringles est divisé en plusieurs sections pour recevoir respectivement un paquet de lisses, et en ce que le transport des lisses a lieu par paquets de section en section, la pince se trouvant entre les sections respectives étant ouverte.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pinces (Kn) sont commandées de façon que parmi deux pinces qui se suivent seulement une peut être ouverte.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les pinces (Kn) présentent une pince de serrage constituée de deux mâchoires de serrage (35, 36) et en ce que, pour ouvrir et fermer la pince, les deux mâchoires de serrage sont actionnées.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les deux mâchoires de serrage (35, 36) sont entraînées par une commande commune (33, 37), une mâchoire de serrage étant constituée d'un guidage (35) de la tringle (13) fixé à une pièce de levage (38) reliée à la commande précitée, et l'autre mâchoire de serrage est constituée d'un levier pivotant (36).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de levage (38) est guidée dans une pièce de guidage fixe (34) et est en prise avec le levier pivotant (36) et en ce que le levier pivotant est logé à la pièce de guidage.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est associé à chaque paire de pinces (K1 - K6) au moins un détecteur (32) pour détecter la présence de lisses au voisinage des pinces.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le détecteur (32) est disposé respectivement à la pince supérieure (K1 - K6).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que sont prévus à la paire de pinces (K6) avoisinant l'étage séparateur deux détecteurs (32), un à la pince supérieure et un à la pince inférieure.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les détecteurs (32) présentent un levier de capteur déplaçable (42) faisant saillie dans la trajectoire des lisses et un capteur (44) détectant le déplacement de celui-ci.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le capteur (44) est constitué par un capteur inductif.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le levier de capteur (42) est réalisé avec deux bras et est mis dans une position de repos où une extrémité de levier (45) fait saillie dans la trajectoire des lisses et l'autre extrémité de levier (46) se trouve dans la zone d'action du capteur inductif (44).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par un ressort (47) poussant le levier de capteur (42) dans la direction de la position de repos contre une butée (48).
