Claims (14)

  1. Métier à tisser multiphasé à foule linéaire, caractérisé en ce qu'un premier bâti (2), un rotor de tissage (3) et un agencement (4) pour l'avancement du tissu forment un premier module (1), en ce qu'un deuxième bâti (6) et un agencement (7) pour le déroulement de la chaîne forment un deuxième module (5), en ce qu'un dispositif d'enroulement (8) est prévu et en ce que plusieurs dispositifs de surveillance de chaîne et un dispositif d'insertion, chacun configurés comme modules (16, 18), sont associés à un module (1, 5) ou peuvent être transférés d'un module (1, 5) à un autre.
  2. Métier à tisser selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de réception (57) pour l'unité d'insertion (18) est disposé sur le premier module (1) de manière à pouvoir être ajusté.
  3. Métier à tisser selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par un dispositif de pose (52) qui est relié au dispositif de réception (57) pour déplacer l'unité d'insertion (18) entre une position de reprise et une position de fonctionnement.
  4. Métier à tisser selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par un dispositif de maintien (51) pour l'unité d'insertion, qui peut être déplacée par rapport au rotor de tissage (3) entre une première position servant à préparer l'unité d'insertion (18) pour sa reprise dans le dispositif de réception (57), et une deuxième position servant à préparer l'unité d'insertion (18) pour un changement d'article.

Métier à tisser selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'unité (16) de surveillance des fils de chaîne est disposée sur le dispositif de retenue (51) de telle sorte que l'unité (16) de surveillance des fils de chaîne prenne dans une première position la position de fonctionnement et dans une deuxième position la position de changement d'article.

Métier à tisser selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'unité (16) de surveillance des fils de chaîne est disposée dans le premier module (1), et en ce que le dispositif de retenue (51) est destiné à amener l'unité (16) de surveillance des fils de chaîne depuis la position de fonctionnement jusque dans la position de changement d'article.
  7. Métier à tisser selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de retenue (51) est associé au deuxième module (5).
  8. Métier à tisser selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'unité (16) de surveillance des fils de chaîne est montée dans le deuxième module (5).
  9. Métier à tisser selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de pose (52) est monté sur le premier module (1).
  10. Métier à tisser selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de pose (52) est monté sur le deuxième module (5).
  11. Métier à tisser selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de pose (52) présente un agencement à levier (59).
  12. Métier à tisser selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de pose présente un dispositif d'entraînement (58) choisi dans le groupe constitué d'un cylindre de travail, d'un moteur électrique, d'un accumulateur de force, etc.
  13. Métier à tisser selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'agencement (4) pour l'avancement du tissu contient un dispositif d'extraction du tissu (12), un barreau d'élargissement (11) et un régulateur de largeur (10).
