Claims (15)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung aniontensidhaltiger Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel durch Granulierung in einem Mischer, wobei in dem Mischer ein Feststoff vorgelegt wird, gekennzeichnet durch(a) separates Herstellen einer aniontensidhaltigen Mischung, welche bis mindestens 20 °C fließ- und pumpfähig ist, durch teilweise Neutralisation eines oder mehrerer Aniontenside in ihrer Säureform mit einem basisch wirkenden, anorganischen oder organischen Neutralisationsmedium,(b) Zugabe dieser aniontensidhaltigen Mischung zu einem in einem Mischer vorgelegten Feststoff oder einer Feststoffmischung und(c) Granulierung der Bestandteile zu einem schütt- und rieselfähigen Granulat,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aniontensidhaltige Mischung im Schritt (a) durch Neutralisation eines oder mehrerer Aniontenside in ihrer Säureform mit einem flüssigen, basisch wirkenden organischen Neutralisationsmedium, vorzugsweise einem Amin, insbesondere Dimethylamin, Monoethanolamin, Diethanolamin, Triethanolamin oder Mischungen aus diesen, hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aniontensidhaltige Mischung im Schritt (a) durch die Neutralisation eines natürlichen C8-C18-Fettsäuregemisches mit Monoethanolamin oder Triethanolamin hergestellt wird, wobei das Mischungsverhältnis Aniontensid in Säureform : Mono- bzw. Triethanolamin so zu bestimmen ist, daß nach der Neutralisation des Aniontensids in seiner Säureform eine Flüssigphase erhalten wird, die noch zwischen 5 und 20 °C, vorzugsweise zwischen 8 und 15 °C fließ- und pumpfähig ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Herstellung der aniontensidhaltige Mischung im Schritt (a) zunächst eine Mischung aus ethoxylierten Niotensiden und Aniontensiden in ihrer Säureform hergestellt wird, wobei vorzugsweise die ethoxylierten Niotenside vorgelegt und die Aniontenside in ihrer Säureform hinzugegeben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mischung aus Aniontensiden in ihrer Säureform und den ethoxylierten Niotensiden in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 1 : 0,5 bis 1 : 30, vorzugsweise bis 1 : 20, hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aniontensidhaltige Mischung im Schritt (a) durch teilweise Neutralisation einer Mischung aus einem oder mehreren Aniontensiden in Säureform und ethoxylierten Niotensiden mit einem festen oder flüssigen, basisch wirkenden, anorganischen Neutralisationsmedium hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Schritt (a) eine aniontensidhaltige Mischung hergestellt wird, die 60 bis 95 Gew.-% Aniontensid in Säureform und 5 bis 40 Gew.-% Aniontensid, jeweils bezogen auf die Menge des ursprünglich eingesetzten Aniontensids in Säureform, enthält, wobei die aniontensidhaltige Mischung bei Temperaturen zwischen 5 und 20 °C, vorzugsweise zwischen 8 und 15 °C fließ und pumpfähig ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als anorganisches Neutralisationsmedium festes Natriumhydroxid oder eine wäßrige Natriumhydroxidlösung, vorzugsweise eine konzentrierte wäßrige Natriumhydroxidlösung eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Feststoff oder als Bestandteil der Feststoffmischung im Schritt (b) mindestens ein alkalisches anorganisches Salz aus der Gruppe Alkalicarbonat, Alkalibicarbonat und Alkalisilikat mit einem molaren Verhältnis M2O zu SiO2 von 1 : 1 bis 1 : 4,0 eingesetzt wird, wobei M vorzugsweise Natrium oder Kalium bedeutet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Schritt (b) eine anorganische Feststoffmischung vorgelegt wird, wobei die Mischung Alkalicarbonat oder eine Mischung aus Alkalicarbonat und Alkalisilikat mit einem molaren Verhältnis von 1 : 1 bis 1 : 3,5 und gegebenenfalls mindestens einen weiteren Feststoff, beispielsweise einen Feststoff aus der Gruppe der Buildersubstanzen, wie Phosphate, vorzugsweise Natriumtripolyphosphate, und Zeolith, oder Sulfat, vorzugsweise solche Feststoffe enthält, die bei der Zugabe einer im Schritt (a) erhaltenen teilneutralisierten aniontensidhaltigen Mischung keine chemische Veränderung erfahren.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur ein Teil, etwa 30 bis 70 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise etwa 35 bis 60 Gew.-% der insgesamt vorhandenen Feststoffe im Schritt (b) vorgelegt wird und der Rest der Feststoffe nach der vollständigen Neutralisation der im Schritt (b) noch vorhandenen Aniontenside in ihrer Säureform im Schritt (c) vorzugsweise portionsweise hinzugegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Granulat mit Niotensiden beaufschlagt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Granulat mit der Menge an Niotensiden beaufschlagt wird, welche der theoretischen Aufnahmekapazität der Granulate entspricht, wobei die Verarbeitbarkeit der Granulate nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel hergestellt wird, das bis 30 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 10 bis 25 Gew.-%, an anionischen und nichtionischen Tensiden sowie 50 bis 80 Gew.-% der in den Schritten b) und c) vorgelegten oder hinzugegebenen Feststoffe enthält, wobei der Anteil der ethoxylierten Niotenside etwa bis zu 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 5 bis 18 Gew.-% und insbesbesondere mehr als 10 Gew.-% beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel hergestellt wird, das bis 30 Gew.-% und vorzugsweise 0 bis 25 Gew.-% Zeolith, bezogen auf wasserfreie Substanz, enthält.
