Claims (9)
- Einpreß-Federleiste zum Einpressen in Bohrungen einer Leiterplatte,
mit jeweils aus einem Blechstreifen hergestellten Kontaktfedern, die in Verlaufsrichtung der Streifen jeweils aus einem Einpreßteil (2), einem Befestigungsabschnitt und einem Kontaktteil (1) bestehen, und mit einem zweiteiligen Isolierstoffkörper (4, 6), in dem die Kontaktfedern jeweils einzeln in Kammern angeordnet und befestigt sind, wobei die Kontaktfedern 2-reihig angeordnet sind, and wobei die Befestigungsabschnitte mindestens bereichsweise zwischen einem inneren (4) und einem äußeren (6) Isolierstoffkörper parallel zu den Einpreßteilen (2) klemmend geführt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,a) daß die Kontaktfedern im Befestigungsabschnitt mit jeweils einer rechteckförmigen Ausnehmung (3) versehen sind,b) in die quer zu den Einpreßteilen (2) der innere Isolierstoffkörper (4) jeweils mittels einer Nase (5) eingreift, undc) daß der innere Isolierstoffkörper (4) sich als Zentralkörper zwischen den beiden Reihen erstreckt und der äußere Isolierstoffkörper (6) hutartig auf die Kontaktfedern und den inneren Isolierstoffkörper (4) aufgeschoben ist. - Einpreß-Federleiste nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktfedern im Kontaktteil (1) als Doppelkontakte ausgebildet sind. - Einpreß-Federleiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktfedern mittels jeweils einer im Befestigungsabschnitt vorgesehenen Ausprägung (7) klemmend zwischen den beiden Isolierstoffteilen (4, 6) gehalten ist. - Einpreß-Federleiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktfedern im Bereich zwischen den Einpreßteilen (2) und den dazu parallel geführten Bereichen der Befestigungsabschnitte jeweils S-förmig gekröpft sind. - Einpreß-Federleiste nach Anspruch 3 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsabschnitte der Kontaktfedern jeweils in Reihenfolge der Verlaufsrichtung vom Einpreßteil (2) zum Kontaktteil (1) eine S-förmige Kröpfung, eine Ausnehmung (3), eine Einprägung (7) und einen nur durch zwei schmale parallele äußere Stege gebildeten Bereich (11) aufweisen. - Einpreß-Federleiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einpreßteile (2) elastisch und in ihrer Querschnittsgeometrie so ausgebildet sind, daß für die beim Einpressen einwirkenden Verformungskräfte ein großer Hebelarm entsteht. - Einpreß-Federleiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Verwendung als Subminiatur-Steckverbinder auf den äußeren Isolierstoffkörper (6) ein Vorblech (8) aufgeschoben ist, wobei die beiden Isolierstoffteile (4, 6) mittels am Vorblech (8) angeformter Blechlaschen (9) zusammengeklammert sind. - Einpreß-Federleiste nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb des Vorblechs (8) ein bis zur Leiterplatte hinabreichender metallischer Schirmkäfig (12) vorgesehen ist. - Verfahren zum Einpressen einer Einpreß-Federleiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spitzen der Einpreßteile (2) auf die Bohrungen einer Leiterplatte aufgesetzt werden, und daß danach mit einem flachen Stempel solange in Richtung Leiterplatte auf den äußeren Isolierstoffkörper (6) gedrückt wird, bis Abstandsfüßchen (10) auf die Leiterplatte anschlagen.
