Claims (5)
- Einstückiges Kontaktelement mit- einem vorderen Kontaktbereich, der gebogen ist, um einen Boden (22) und zwei parallele Seiten mit doppelter Wand zu bilden, wobei eine Wand eine Kontaktblattfeder aufweist, die nach innen gerichtet ist und durch einen Abschnitt der anderen Wand von der anderen Blattfeder getrennt und unter einer anfänglichen Vorspannung gehalten wird, um einen Durchgang zum Einführen eines Messers (12) eines komplementären Verbinders zu begrenzen, und- einen hinteren Bereich mit zwei Füßen (16) zum Einklemmen der Isolierung eines Drahts, die lang genug sind, um die Isolierung einklemmen zu können,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
es ferner einen Zwischenbereich umfaßt, der gebogen ist, um zwei parallele Flanken (32) zu bilden, die jeweils mit zwei zur Längsrichtung des Kontaktelements senkrechten Flügeln versehen sind, die einen Durchgang zum Verdrängen der Kabelisolierung begrenzen, in den das Kabel parallel zur Ebene des Bodens einfügbar ist, daß die Klemmfüße (16) parallel zum Boden und parallel zu den Flanken orientiert sind, und daß die zwei Seiten orthogonal zu den Flanken sind. - Elektrischer Verbindermodul mit einem isolierenden Gehäuse (52), in dem mehrere in derselben Ebene ausgerichtete und quer zu der Ebene offene Aussparungen gebildet sind, von deren jede ein Kontaktelement (10) enthält, das mit zwei senkrecht zu dieser Ebene orientierten Flanken (32) versehen ist, die einen Verschiebedurchgang für die Kabelisolierung begrenzen, wobei der Durchgang auf die Öffnung der Aussparung mündet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes der Kontaktelemente (10) einstückig ist und aufweist:- einen vorderen Kontaktbereich, der gebogen ist, um einen Boden (22) und zwei parallele Seiten mit doppelter Wand zu bilden, wobei eine Wand eine Kontaktblattfeder aufweist, die nach innen gerichtet ist und durch einen Abschnitt der anderen Wand von der anderen Blattfeder getrennt und unter einer anfänglichen Vorspannung gehalten wird, um einen Durchgang zum Einführen einer Klinge (12) eines komplementären Steckverbinders zu begrenzen, wobei die Elemente so orientiert sind, daß die Kontaktblattfedern parallel zur Ausrichtungsebene der Aussparungen sind,- einen Zwischenbereich, der gebogen ist, um zwei Flanken (32) zu bilden, die orthogonal zur Ebene orientiert sind und einen Abisolierdurchgang (34) begrenzen, der auf die Öffnung der Aussparungen mündet, und- einen hinteren Bereich mit zwei Füßen zum Einklemmen der Isolierung eines Drahts, die parallel zum Boden sind und lang genug sind, um die Isolierung einklemmen zu können und parallel zu den Flanken orientiert sind,- wobei die zwei Seiten des vorderen Bereichs des Elements orthogonal zu den Flanken (32) sind.
- Modul nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vordere Bereich eines jeden Elements einen Käfig mit einem an zwei Seiten angrenzenden Boden bildet, wobei jede Seite eine Innenwand und eine Außenwand hat, die durch eine 180°-Biegung miteinander verbunden sind und jede Seite eine 90°-Biegung aufweist, um eine Käfigdecke zu bilden, wobei eine der Flanken in der Verlängerung der Decke und die andere in der Verlängerung des Bodens liegt und die Flanken zu den Seiten orthogonale 90°-Biegungen aufweisen.
- Modul nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Flanke durch einen Abschnitt des Elements gebildet ist, der zwei 90°-Biegungen aufweist, um an jedem Element zwei Drahtabisolierdurchgänge zu begrenzen.
- Verfahren zum Verbinden eines Moduls nach Anspruch 4 mit einem Flachbandkabel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein mit Anschlußelementen versehenes Gehäuse in einer Halterung (54) angeordnet wird, die eine Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme des Gehäuses (52) aufweist; ein Flachbandkabel plaziert wird; gegen die Halterung ein Niederhalter (58) gepreßt wird, der mit parallelen Trennwänden (60) versehen ist, die vorgesehen sind, um die Schneidflanken zurückzuhalten, ein Auseinanderbewegen dieser Flanken zu verhindern und das Flachbandkabel zwischen den Leitern dieses Kabels zu durchtrennen; durch den Niederhalter hindurch Dornen (62) eingedrückt werden, um die isolierten Drähte des Kabels zwischen die jeweiligen Isolierungsverdrängerflanken einzuführen; durch den Niederhalter hindurch Dorne (64) eingedrückt werden, um die Füße (16) auf die Isolierung des Drahts zu klemmen, und der Niederhalter zurückgezogen wird.
