Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Zerkleinern und Mischen von Gut (4) mit einem rotierenden Messer (12), das in den Arbeitsraum (2) eines Zerkleinerungs-Behälters (3) einbringbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Arbeitsraum (2) des Zerkleinerungs-Behälters (3) während des Zerkleinerns und Mischens von seiner Oberseite her im Volumen verkleinert wird, und dass das rotierende Messer (12) gleichzeitig von oben nach unten abgesenkt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Zerkleinern und Mischen von Gut (4) mit einem in einem Arbeitsraum (2) eines Zerkleinerungsbehälters (3) rotierenden Messer (12) mit einer Einrichtung (13, 17) zum Verkleinern des Arbeitsraumes (2) während des Zerkleinern und Mischens des Guts, welche Einrichtung (13, 17) an das Gut (4) drückbar ist, wobei das Messer (12) an einer rotierenden Welle (11) in den Zerkleinerungsbehälter (3) absenkbar angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil des Arbeitsraums in radialer Richtung einerseits durch die rotierende Welle und andererseits durch die Innenwand des Zerkleinerungsbehälters definiert wird, und dass sich der Schneidebereich des Messers im Arbeitsraum von der rotierenden Welle ausgesehen radial nach aussen erstreckt, wodurch das Gut mit der Einrichtung (13, 17) zum Verkleinern des Arbeitsraumes im Schneidebereich des Messers (12) haltbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zum Verkleinern des Arbeitsraums einen im Zerkleinerungs-Behälter (3) verschiebbar angeordneten Kolben (13) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (13) absenkbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (11) und der Kolben (13) an einer absenkbaren Halterung (10) befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (13, 17) zum Reduzieren des Arbeitsraums (2) mittels einer Federanordnung (15) derart federnd gelagert ist, dass sie beim Vorschub oder Absenken auf das Gut (4) in einem vorbestimmbaren Arbeitsbereich federnd gegen das Gut drückbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die rotierende Welle (11) und die Federeinrichtung (15) an einer gemeinsamen Halterung (10) befestigt und mit dieser in den Zerkleinerungs-Behälter (3) absenkbar sind.
