Claims (6)
- Zange, insbesondere für Sicherungsringe, mit zwei Zangenhälften (1, 2), die miteinander über ein Gewerbe (30) verschwenkbar verbunden und jeweils am einen Ende zu einem Handgriff ausgebildet und am anderen Ende mit einem dem jeweiligen Einsatzzweck entsprechend ausgebildeten Funktionselement (4) versehen sind, wobei das Gewerbe (30) durch einen an der einen Zangenhälfte (2) angeformten Lagerzapfen (32) mit zylindrischer Mantelfläche (33) und durch eine in der anderen Zangenhälfte (1) ausgebildete zylindrische Lageröffnung (31) mit dem Außendurchmesser des Lagerzapfens (32) entsprechendem Innendurchmesser sowie durch eine Schraube (34) gebildet ist, die in den Lagerzapfen (32) eingeschraubt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zangenhälften (1, 2) aus homogenem Kunststoffmaterial bestehen, daß das Funktionselement (4) in den Kunststoff der Enden der Zangenhälften (1, 2) eingeformt ist, und daß der Schraubenkopf (35) der Schraube (34) ausschließlich an der die Lageröffnung (31) umgebenden Außenseite der Zangenhälfte (1) anliegt. - Zange nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Schraubenkopf (35) und der die Lageröffnung (31) umgebenden Außenseite der Zangenhälfte (1) eine Unterlegscheibe (36) angeordnet ist.
- Zange nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zangenhälften (1, 2) aus glasfaserverstärktem Polyamid hergestellt sind.
- Zange nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Funktionselement (4) eine Ausnehmung (41) ausgeformt ist, die durch erstarrten Kunststoff ausgefüllt ist.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Funktionselement (4) mit Hartstoff, z. B. aus TiN, TiC, WC oder BN beschichtet ist.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an nach innen weisenden Flächen der Zangenhälften (1, 2) jeweils ein Stift (5) zur Aufnahme einer Feder ausgebildet ist.
