Claims (12)

  1. Moyen de transport d'une seule pièce, fabriqué en matière plastique, notamment caisse de transport, plateau, palette ou similaire, se composant d'un double fond (1), qui est constitué d'un panneau supérieur continu (4) et d'au moins un panneau inférieur (3), qui sont reliés l'un avec l'autre à l'aide de nervures (5), et également de quatre parois latérales (2) ou bordures (27) creuses et à doubles panneaux, qui sont reliées au panneau supérieur de fond (4), les chambres créées par les doubles parois et les nervures (5) étant fermées de tous côtés, le moyen de transport étant pourvu d'un renfoncement, creux, de forme anguleuse, fermé de tous côtés, formant un bord d'empilage et disposé sur le pourtour du fond (1), ce renfoncement étant créé par une partie de paroi (10) parallèle au fond et un panneau (11) parallèle aux parois latérales, le panneau (10), parallèle au fond, du bord d'empilage étant situé à une certaine hauteur entre le panneau supérieur de fond (4) et le panneau inférieur de fond (3),
    - caractérisé en ce que le double fond (1) et les doubles parois latérales (2) ou bordures (27) sont pourvus intérieurement de nervures (5, 8), en ce que la paroi latérale inférieure (7) se prolonge par un appendice (14) en forme de nervure, qui est soudée sur le panneau (10), parallèle au fond, du bord d'empilage, en ce que le moyen de transport est réalisé en deux parties qui sont soudées solidement l'une avec l'autre, en ce que les soudures sont situées dans un plan (12) et en ce que le plan (12) dans lequel le soudage est effectué est situé très peu en dessous du panneau intérieur de fond (4) et très peu en dessous du panneau (10), parallèle au fond, du bord d'empilage (10, 11).
  2. Moyen de transport selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le panneau (11), parallèle aux parois latérales, du bord d'empilage (10, 11) est décalé vers l'intérieur de la caisse par rapport au plan dans lequel est située la paroi intérieure (7).
  3. Moyen de transport selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale intérieure (7) et la paroi latérale extérieure (6) sont reliées solidement au panneau (10), parallèle au fond, du bord d'empilage (10, 11).
  4. Moyen de transport selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que seulement la partie inférieure de la paroi latérale (2) est réalisée avec un double panneau en formant un alvéole de poignée (19) tandis que la partie supérieure est réalisée avec un seul panneau.
  5. Moyen de transport selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les soudures situées dans les parois latérales extérieures (8) forment un cordon de soudure (16) ininterrompu qui entoure la totalité de la caisse.
  6. Moyen de transport selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les soudures (17) qui assurent la liaison des nervures de fond (5) entre elles ainsi que la liaison de la nervure (14), située en dessous de la paroi latérale intérieure (7) ou bien directement à côté de la paroi latérale intérieure (7) et en dessous du plateau supérieur de fond (4), avec le plateau inférieur de fond nervuré, sont disposées à distance les unes des autres.
  7. Moyen de transport selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les nervures (5) à relier entre elles par soudures comportent sur leurs côtés frontaux des parties en retrait (18).
  8. Moyen de transport selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu dans les parois latérales (2), en leur milieu, des parties (21) qui sont réalisées seulement avec un panneau, en ce que ces parties forment des évidements dans la paroi extérieure et en ce que le bord supérieur desdites parties (21) est créé par des parties de paroi (19) sensiblement parallèles au fond et qui sont adaptées pour la prise du caisson lors de son levage et de son transport.
  9. Moyen de transport selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie à un seul panneau est disposée en dessous d'une partie à deux panneaux et en ce qu'une ouverture (23), prévue dans la partie à deux panneaux et nécessaire dans le processus de fabrication, est fermée par une partie de bordure ou de paroi (22) soudée sur ou contre elle.
  10. Moyen de transport selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales (2) sont plus étroites sur leur bord supérieur que dans leur zone inférieure et en ce que la partie de panneau (11), parallèle aux parois latérales du bord d'empilage (10, 11) est située dans un plan (imaginaire) qui s'étend entre la paroi latérale intérieure (7) et la paroi latérale extérieure (6) ou bien qui passe par le bord inférieur de la paroi latérale intérieure (7).
  11. Moyen de transport sous forme de palette selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales (28, 29), réalisées sous forme d'une pièce indépendante, ont des dimensions extérieures qui sont légèrement plus petites que les espacements mutuels des parois intérieures (7) de bordures opposées (27).
  12. Moyen de transport selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales étroites (29) sont pliables et sont situées, dans l'état replié, entre les parois latérales larges (28) et en ce que la hauteur des parois latérales (28, 29) est plus petite que l'espacement des parois intérieures (7) des bordures opposées (27) situées sur les côtés longs.
