Claims (7)
- Elastische Schienenlagerung mit offenem oder geschlossenem Oberbau für Schienenfahrzeuge, bei der die Schienen (10) beidseitig über formschlüssig angesetzte Elastomer-Profile (18) oder dergleichen von Tragprofilen, z. B. Winkelblechen (16), vertikal beweglich mit vertikalem Abstand (A) über einem bodenseitigen Tragkörper (11) aus z. B. Betonplatten, Rosten oder Schwellen gehalten sind, wobei die Tragprofile am bodenseitigen Tragkörper mittels Ankerbolzen (13) befestigt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) die Tragprofile bzw. Winkelbleche (16) für die Schienen (10) mit horizontalen Abschnitten (17) auf beidseitig der Schiene mit Abstand angeordneten Abstützkörpern (15) aufgelagert und durch Klemmplatten (19) an diesen fixiert sind,b) in einer Bohrung (21) in jeder Klemmplatte (19) eine Exzenterbuchse (22) drehbar gelagert ist, die Mittel zur Drehmitnahme aufweist,c) die Ankerbolzen (13) sich durch Bohrungen (14) in den Abstützkörpern (15) und Exzenterbuchsen (22) nach oben erstrecken undd) die Exzenterbuchsen (22), Klemmplatten (19) und Abstützkörper (15) durch auf die Ankerbolzen (13) aufgedrehte Muttern (24) arretiert bzw. befestigt sind. - Elastische Schienenlagerung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beidseitig und parallel zu bzw. neben jeder Schiene (10) mit geringem Abstand zu dieser Eindeckungskörper (27) für die Abstützkörper (15), Klemmplatten (19), Exzenterbuchsen (22) und Ankerbolzen (13) angeordnet sind, die sich auf den Klemmplatten (19) und dem bodenseitigen Tragkörper (11) abstützen.
- Elastische Schienenlagerung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragprofile bzw. Winkelbleche (16) die Eindeckungskörper (27) in ihren Einbaupositionen festhalten.
- Elastische Schienenlagerung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rillen zwischen der äußeren Seite von Vignol-Schienen (10) und den Eindeckungskörpern (27) oder die Rillen zwischen Außen- und Innenseiten von Rillenschienen und den Eindeckungskörpern (27) durch Füllstreifen (32) z.B. aus Kunststoff ausgekleidet sind.
- Elastische Schienenlagerung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eindeckungskörper (27) aus Kunststoff, Gummi, Beton oder Metall bestehen.
- Elastische Schienenlagerung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Exzenterbuchsen (22) die Klemmplatten (19) mit einem Ringbund (23) übergreifen.
- Elastische Schienenlagerung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstützkörper (15) aus umgekehrten U-Schienenstücken, Vierkantrohrstücken oder Kunststoffkörper bestehen, die quer zur Schienenlängsachse auf dem bodenseitigen Tragkörper (11) angeordnet sind.
