Definitions
- the invention relates to a massager for roller massage of skin and Reflex zones on the human body, one on one Handle seated axis with freely rotating massage rings or rolling bodies, each with in the circumferential direction protrusions arranged evenly distributed, which preferably consist of needle tips.
- a massage device of this type is already known from EP-B1-0 142 132 and has proven itself in practical use. It has namely, an acupuncture-like mode of action, therefore brings in selective massage effect and can therefore in self-treatment can be used for rolling massage of skin and reflex zones.
- the handle is relative to the axis supporting the massage rings or rolling elements around a transverse joint at least limited angle adjustment from the axial alignment trained because this ensures an optimal surface rolling massage in Self-treatment also in such painful parts of the body or on reflex zones to be treated is made possible if these are difficult are accessible, e.g. lying in the back area.
- the the massager holding and / or guiding hand can make the necessary movements carry out without reaching extreme positions which the desirable intensive handling complicate and thus the therapeutic effect could affect.
- DE-U-90 10 455 and EP-A1-0 465 758 is a massage device of the type mentioned above, which one Has structure in which the massage rings or rolling elements supporting axis laterally of the handle in a pivotable by a pivot axis with the handle connected fork part is arranged and the Swivel axis in the middle of the fork part and thus also in the middle of the Massage rings or rolling elements runs.
- This configuration of a massage device is intended to make it possible be that there is no risk of skin injury even with stronger curved body parts is easy and effective to use.
- the handle is such a distance from the one to be treated Body area receives that touch of the skin through the handle is excluded during the massage.
- the swinging suspension the axis that supports the massage rings or rolling elements on the side the handle should make it possible that their position during the Massage even with constant angular position of the handle Automatically adjusts the course of the skin areas to be massaged so that ensures the best possible support of the massage rings or rolling elements becomes.
- the massage device known from DE-U-90 10 455 and EP-A-0 465 758 has the features of the preamble of claims 1 and 2.
- a massage device in which a relative long dimensioned roll body around a parallel to the longitudinal plane of the handle extending axis is rotatable.
- the axle ends of the Roll body held in the legs of a fork part, which is one-piece and rigid is carried out with the handle.
- Each leg of the fork part points in the direction from its main level extending slot for the engagement of the axle ends of the Roll body on and inside there is a coil spring, which the Adjacent neighboring axis plane of the rolling body resiliently supported.
- the moveable Connection of the fork part with the handle can, however, only be relative difficult to accomplish. It is not just the introduction of the Roll axis in the longitudinal slots of the legs of the rigid fork piece problematic, rather it is also very difficult to focus on the axle ends of the Rolling spring elements acting in the cavities of the legs of the to accommodate rigid fork part.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of being technically simple To create a massager mentioned above and one Possibility to show with the sensitivity or sensitivity in the Handling of massagers can be improved whether they are have one or the other of the types described.
- the one exerted on the massager via the handle Contact pressure should not only be as even as possible over the entire length of the Massage rings or rolling element bearing axis are distributed, but at the same time also in their effect on the body parts being treated and / or Get the optimal dosage in reflex zones. In a way, it should be in the flow of power from the handle to the axis carrying the massage rings or rolling elements Sensors are provided which measure the differential pressure on the massage rings or Rolling bodies as protrusions present needle tips on the skin and treating Brings reflex zones to the therapeutically most effective level.
- this object can be achieved in a surprisingly simple manner Way with those specified in the characterizing part of the independent claims Achieve characteristics.
- This makes it extremely economical in terms of production technology allows elastic storage of the fork part carrying the rolling element.
- the order and training of the massage rings or rolling elements can be made so that the their limited elastic compliance elements (helical compression springs, Leaf spring clip, elastomer block) between the movable fork part and which this carrying handle are arranged and therefore very easy can be handled when the fork part passes through its longitudinal slots Bolt inside the bag is connected to the handle.
- the aforementioned elements serving the elastic support if necessary, especially if the extent is desired to vary the elasticity of the support connection. It continues to improve desired sensitivity of the therapy effect cheaper because the fork part in one side open pocket of the handle is added and in the pocket in Receives an exact support through two dimensions undesirable side forces are kept away from the elastomer block and / or the springs become.
- a massage device 10 can be seen, the one Has handle 12, the front end 14 of a thickened or has increased training. It is in the thickened or raised end 14 a pocket 16 open to a longitudinal side is formed.
- this Pocket 16 inserts with a block-like rear part 18 Fork part 20, in whose two fork legs 22 an axis 24th is held.
- On this axis 24 are each freely rotatable Larger number of massage rings or rolling elements 26 stored from which everyone across its perimeter with a variety of evenly distributed and each forming a needle tip Projections 28 is occupied. At least everyone designed as a needle point Projection 28 of the massage rings or rolling elements is included a precious metal coating, for example made of silver or gold.
- An essential training feature of the massager 10 after Figure 1 is that the block-like rear part 18 of the fork part 20 is received by the pocket 16 of the handle 12 so that it is only parallel to its main plane and essentially limited to the axis 24 can be shifted.
- the fork part acts for this purpose 20 with the front end 14 of the handle 12 each of one Bolt 30 in the transverse direction through elongated holes 32 together.
- the bolts 30 in holes in the block-like rear part 18 used and act with slots 32 in the pocket 16 bounding side walls of the front end 14 together. Also the reverse arrangement of bolts 30 and slots 32 is of course possible.
- the fork part 20 acts with the front end 14 of the handle 12 via two bolts 30 and associated slots 32 together. Instead, it would also be conceivable to use only one bolt 30 with associated elongated holes 32 and these functional elements then halfway through the fork part 20 and to arrange the pocket 16.
- An essential training feature for the massager 10 after Figure 1 is that the massage rings or rolling elements 26th load-bearing axis 24 with the handle 12 in a transverse to it Longitudinal direction at least limited elastic resilient support connection is held.
- this resilient Support connection it is possible between the block-like rear part 18 of the fork part 20 and the bottom of the pocket 16 at the front end 14 of the handle 12 to use several helical compression springs 34.
- two helical compression springs 34 are each in the Proximity of the guide and consisting of bolts 30 and slots 32 Holding connection provided. It has proven to be beneficial proven the compression coil springs 34 each in a blind hole to engage that to the rear end face of the block-like The rear part 18 is open.
- a massage device 10 is shown, which in its essential structure with the massage device 10 according to FIG. 1 matches.
- a leaf spring clip 38 taken into use, which lies in the pocket 16 and is on the one hand against the Bottom of this pocket 16 and on the other hand against the rear end surface of the block-like rear part 18 is supported.
- the use of Leaf spring clips 38 are recommended as an elastically flexible support element especially when it comes down to the fact that elasticity behavior to vary. It is then possible in the ground to provide the pocket 36 adjusting screws 40, with the help of which can influence the elastic bias of the leaf spring bracket 38.
- the leaf spring bracket 38 to give an approximately W-shaped basic shape and the bent free ends 42 of the two W-legs 44 against the bottom of the bag 16 or against the adjusting screws 40 seated therein.
- the relatively flat and trapezoidal cranked middle section 46 of the leaf spring clip 38 engages positively with a hump 48 which protrudes from the back of the block-like rear part 18 on the fork part 20.
- the bump 48 is preferably located in the area one of the lateral guide of the leaf spring bracket 38 serving longitudinal groove, which are incorporated into the back surfaces of the block-like rear part 18 is. It is only under the effect of its pretension that Leaf spring clip 38 between the bottom of the pocket 16 and the back the fork part 20 permanently in its proper functional position held.
- leaf spring clip designed and arranged in this way A constant material cross-section over its entire length has an optimal durability, i. that is, he leaves practical under the influence of load changes occurring in use not to break.
- each Handle 12 is only equipped with a fork part 20 that on its axis 24 carries the massage rings or rolling element 26
- Figure 3 shows an embodiment of such a massage device 10 see where the handle 12 is equipped with two fork parts 20 , each of which is on the axis held in its legs 22 24 the massage rings or rolling elements 26 with the needle tips executed projections 28 carries.
- each of the two fork parts 20 is in on its own same way limited resiliently flexible with the handle 12 connected, as is the case with the examples according to the figures 1 and 2 is shown.
- the interaction of the fork parts 20 with the handle 12 can also still other than the way shown in Figures 1 and 2 can be achieved.
- the bolts 30 and Elongated holes 32 existing holding and guide connections too replace by that in the front end 14 of the handle 12 by Holes in the bottom of the bag 16 head bolts and then be anchored in the block-like rear part 18 of the fork piece 20. These head bolts can then be aligned with the Arrange helical compression springs 34.
- FIG. 4 of the drawing shows a massage device 100 in which a headpiece 104 with a base plate on a handle 102 106 connects that on a level below the handle 102 lies, which preferably to its main direction of expansion extends at a relatively acute angle.
