Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Rasierapparatekopfes für Naßrasierer mit wenigstens einer Rasierklinge (5,5') mit einer Schneidekante (10,10'), Wenigstens einem Kunststoffteil (2 bzw. 3) und gegebenenfalls einem Abstandhalter, wobei die Kunststoffteile und die Klinge miteinander verklebt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß vorzugsweise wenigsten ein Kunststoffteil, sowie gegebenenfalls der Abstandhalter jeweils mit wenigstens einer Einkerbung (12, 14, bzw. 16) versehen sind, die einen Schacht für den Klebstoffauftrag darstellen und gekennzeichnet durch folgende Arbeitsschritte:1. positionieren eines ersten Kunststoffteiles (2) an einer ersten Station,2. positionieren einer Rasierklinge (5) auf dem ersten Kunststoffteil an einer zweiten Station,3. positionieren eines zweiten Kunststoffteiles (3) auf der Rasierklinge (5) an einer dritten Station und4. Klebstoffauftrag auf die Kanten der sich berührenden Oberflächen der Rasierklinge und des ersten und zweiten Kunststoffteiles, wobei der Klebstoff eine solche Viskosität aufweist, daß der Klebstoff mit ausreicher Erstreckung und Dicke zwischen die dauerhaft miteinander zu verbindenden Flächen dringt, bevor der Klebstoff aushärtet. - Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Arbeitsschritte:1. positionieren des ersten Kunststoffteiles (2) an der ersten Station,2. positionieren einer ersten Rasierklinge (5) auf dem ersten Kunststoffteil (2) an der zweiten Station,3. positionieren eines Abstandhalters (4) auf der ersten Rasierklinge (5) an einer dritten Station,4. positionieren einer zweiten Rasierklinge (5') auf dem Abstandhalter an einer vierten Station.5. positionieren des zweiten Kunststoffteiles (3) auf der zweiten Rasierklinge (5') an einer fünften Station, und6. Klebstoffauftrag auf die Kanten der sich berührenden Oberflächen der Rasierklingen, des Abstandhalters und des ersten und zweiten Kunststoffteiles.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einkerbung als V-förmige, zur Rückseite des Rasierapparatekopfes offene Nut (12) ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß provisorische Befestigungsmittel vorgesehen sind, um den Rasierapparatekopf vor dem Klebstoffauftrag im zusammengesetzten Zustand halten.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel als Rastnasen ausgebildet sind.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verwendete Klebstoff ein Methyl- oder Ethylcyanacrylat ist.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Viskosität des Klebstoffs weniger als 100 millipascal beträgt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Viskosität des Klebstoffs weniger als 10 millipascal beträgt.
