Claims (18)
- Récipient à boisson, en particulier sachet à boisson, un seul matériau ou en un matériau composite à plusieurs couches, pourvu d'une ouverture par perforation pour enfiler une paille à boire, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture par perforation (2) est réalisée par estampage à travers toutes les couches (4, 5, 6) du matériau ou du matériau composite et une feuille de fermeture (7) supplémentaire est posée autour de l'ouverture par perforation (2) sur la face intérieure du matériau ou du matériau composite (3), et est exposée vers l'extérieur à travers l'ouverture par perforation (2), la feuille de fermeture (7) étant soudée à un premier emplacement de soudure autour de l'ouverture de perforation (2), si bien qu'est constituée une fermeture plus étanche, et étant soudée à au moins un deuxième emplacement de soudure sur les cordons latéraux (12) du récipient à boisson.
- Récipient à boisson, en particulier sachet à boisson, réalisé en un seul matériau ou en un matériau composite à plusieurs couches, pourvu d'une ouverture par perforation pour enfiler une paille à boire, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture par perforation (2) est réalisée par estampage à travers toutes les couches (4, 5, 6) du matériau ou du matériau composite (3) et, une feuille de fermeture (11) supplémentaire, est posée autour de l'ouverture par perforation (2), sur la face intérieure du matériau ou matériau composite (3), et est exposée vers l'extérieur à travers l'ouverture par perforation, la feuille de fermeture étant rapportée par soudage sous forme de "rapiéçage", sur l'ouverture par perforation (2).
- Récipient à boisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture par perforation (2) est estampée à la façon d'une fente en croix, dans le matériau ou le matériau composite (3).
- Récipient à boisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture par perforation (2) est estampée sous la forme d'un trou produit par perforation.
- Récipient à boisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une mono-feuille est prévue comme feuille de fermeture (7, 11).
- Récipient à boisson selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que du polyéthylène ou du polypropylène ou des copolymères sont prévus comme matériaux de la feuille de fermeture (7, 11).
- Récipient à boisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une feuille composite est prévue comme feuille de fermeture (7, 11).
- Récipient à boisson selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de fermeture (7, 11) présente la structure ci-après : matériau de scellage/adhésif/couche barrière/adhésif/matériau de scellage.
- Récipient à boisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de fermeture (7, 11) présente la structure ci-après : matériau de scellage/adhésif de contre-collage/couche barrière/adhésif de contre-collage/matériau de scellage.
- Récipient à boisson selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que la couche barrière consiste en EVOH ou en des polyamides ou en alcool polyvinylique.
- Récipient à boisson selon l'une des revendications 8, 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que du polyéthylène ou du polypropylène ou des copolymères sont prévus comme matériau de scellage.
- Récipient à boisson selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de fermeture (7, 11) a une épaisseur entre 20 et 120 µm.
- Récipient à boisson selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de fermeture (7, 11) a une épaisseur supérieure à 60 µm.
- Récipient à boisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la feuille (7) est réalisée sous forme de bande et le au moins un deuxième emplacement de soudure est formé sur les cordons latéraux (12) du récipient à boisson (1), par des points de soudure (9).
- Récipient à boisson (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que la bande de feuille (7) est d'une largeur la faisant ressortir dans la zone du cordon de scellage de tête (10).
- Récipient à boisson (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le matériau composite (3) à plusieurs couches est une feuille composite triple, qui est constituée d'une feuille de polyester (6), d'une feuille d'aluminium (5) et d'une feuille de polyéthylène (4), la feuille de polyester (6) ayant une épaisseur de 9 à 15 µm et la feuille d'aluminium (9) ayant une épaisseur de 6 à 12 µm, et la feuille de polyéthylène ayant une épaisseur de 80 à 100 µm.
- Récipient à boisson selon la revendication 15 ou 16, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de polyéthylène (4) de la feuille composite triple est d'une épaisseur inférieure à 80 µm.
- Récipient à boisson selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de polyester (6) et la feuille d'aluminium (5) sont collées avec un adhésif sans solvant.
