Definitions
- the invention relates to a collapsible bridge, the at least one bridge section with a top chord, a lower chord, hinged to the ends of the upper chord Posts and laterally arranged, only elements that can be loaded on train, on the one hand one end of the upper chord and the other at the diagonally opposite end of the lower flange are articulated, wherein the bridge section from a transport position in which the top chord and the lower flange to maintain a low transport height are folded into a resilient position of use, in which the top and bottom chords are separated from each other at least at one end, and vice versa - is convertible.
- Such a bridge is from DE-PS 12 07 948 known.
- the known bridge usually has several Inner or normal sections and two ramp sections on, with the ramp sections of the normal sections due to uneven post height differentiate.
- To build a dismantable bridge So are always - apart from ramp tips - Two structurally different bridge sections are required. Depending on the length of the obstacle to be overcome it may happen that either too many ramp sections or transported too many normal sections become.
- the posts with each end on both the top chord as well as permanently connected to the lower flange. she are formed in the middle with a joint and can be locked in their straight position.
- the posts are stiff and must for transfer from the transport position to the carrying position be detached from the lower chord.
- EP 0 340 409 A1 also includes one of at least one bridge section existing existing bridge known, the bridge sections, if the bridge consists of at least two bridge sections, in transport condition are identical to each other and each have one as a lane trained top flange, a bottom flange and pressure-resistant diagonal struts exist, on the one hand with the ends of the upper chord and on the other hand with the lower flange are articulated in the middle.
- the bridge has the upper chords serving lane sections of the individual bridge sections another Height and / or another slope to the associated lower chord.
- the required setting can be made by telescopic and lockable Components (road slabs, diagonal struts and / or lower chords) or by components made at their ends at different distances Have coupling points. Because especially with longer bridges every lane section a different height and / or a different slope to the associated one Has lower chord, are a variety in this known bridge of settings required.
- the invention has for its object a To create a bridge that is just a single type of Has bridge sections, both multifunctional as a normal section as well as a ramp section can be used, which is also an improvement the possibility of transporting the dismountable bridge brings itself.
- the lower flange can be changed due to its length once substantially the same length like the top chord. This length is needed if the bridge section as the normal section Occupies the supporting position. With the shortened expression “Length” becomes effective here and in the following cases Length between the joints.
- the length of the lower flange can be such be shortened to the length of a post together the length of the larger cathete one in forms an essentially right-angled triangle, the Hypotenuse by the length of the upper chord and its other cathete determined by the length of a post becomes. This length is needed when the bridge section (in the resilient position of use) is used as a ramp section.
- the length of the lower flange can still be be shortened so that the sum of the lengths two posts and the length of the lower chord the length of the upper chord. This length allows the Lower chord and post directly under the upper chord to bring and so a very low transport height and to achieve a very low transport volume.
- the posts and those that can be subjected to tension Elements within the recess between the side beams and the slab above the Lower edge of the upper chord are articulated.
- the posts and the lower chord can be transported in the downwardly open, trough-like recess of the Upper chords can be taken in. Also results thereby working for a bridge section an extremely low approach height as a ramp section for the vehicles.
- the posts are preferably flat formed, the bearing surface through the hinge axis in the top chord or slightly parallel to it runs.
- the upper chord points at its center a greater height than at its ends.
- the ends are thus relatively flat.
- the bridge section 1 can also in the Spread across the entire width of the road and designed as a correspondingly wide lane element be.
- Each track carrier 2 has an upper flange 4, two posts 5, 5 ', a lower flange 6 and elements which can only be subjected to tension (hereinafter referred to only briefly as tension elements) 7, 7'.
- the upper chord 4 has a carrier 8 on each side with a constant height in the middle and an increase at both ends. Both carriers 8 are on its upper edge connected by a roadway plate 9.
- the carrier 8 and the carriageway slab 9 form together a tub-like open to the bottom Construction part with a corresponding recess 10.
- the posts 5, 5 ' have a flat shape Component, the imaginary main level essentially through the hinge axis 11 or 11 ' is determined and possibly slightly parallel to it runs.
- the posts 5, 5 ' can both - in parallel to the horizontal transverse direction of the upper chord 4 - inside the recess 10 can be housed as also, essentially by 90 ° about the axis 11 or 11 ' pivoted, protrude downwards.
- the lower flange 6 consists of each lane element 2 two straps or strands 12 and is close to it Ends hinged to the other ends of the posts 5, 5 '.
- the corresponding joint axes are shown in Fig. 1 with 13, 13 '.
- the actual ends 14, 14 ' of the lower flange 6 or the carrier 12 extend over the Articulation points 13, 13 'to a tension-resistant connection with the lower flange of the adjacent bridge section to manufacture.
- the top flange 4 also extends over the articulation points 11, 11 '. But its ends are not for a tensile Connection to the top chord of the neighboring one Bridge section provided, they rather point Printing areas 15, 15 'on.
- the tension elements 7, 7 ' are designed as ropes.
- a rope 7 ' is on both sides of the track carrier 2 its one end on the hinge axis 11 on the top chord 4 and with its other end on the hinge axis 13 'of the lower flange 6 or the post 5' articulated.
- the other rope 7 is arranged diagonally, d. H. it has one end on the hinge axis 13 and with its other end on the hinge axis 11 'hinged.
- the tension elements can also as disclosed in DE-PS 12 07 948, as telescopic Train diagonal to be formed.
- the carrier 12 of the lower flange 6 each consist of two parts 16, 16 '. While the carrier part 16 'is forked or tubular at its end facing the part 16, the part 16 has a cross section at its end facing the part 16' which can slide within the forked or tubular end. Both parts 16, 16 'have transverse bores and can be adjusted to a desired effective length of the lower flange with bolts not specifically identified.
- the effective length is understood to mean the length between the joint axes 13 and 13 '. In the case of an inner or normal field or section N shown in FIG. 1, the effective length of the lower flange 6 is equal to the effective length of the upper flange 4.
- the bridge section 1 which is identical in construction, is designed as a ramp field or ramp section R.
- the effective length of the lower flange 6 is reduced compared to that in a normal section.
- the upper flange 4 rests with its left end (hinge axis 11) on the flat post 5. Due to the extensive formation of the post here a good distribution of the burden and thus one Reduction of specific wing load achieved.
- the right end of the top chord 4 (hinge axis 11 ') is supported on the post 5', the right one Adjust the height of the right end of the top chord is slightly slanted.
- the left post 5 lies with the lower flange 6 in an imaginary plane. This is the effective length of the lower chord reduced accordingly, d. H. the parts 16, 16 'are shifted accordingly and detected.
- the post 5 Except for the slight inclination of the post 5 'corresponds to the sum of the effective Lengths of the post 5 and the lower flange 6 of the vertical projection of the effective length of the top chord 4 or, in other words, the sum of the effective Post 5 and bottom chord lengths 6 represents the greater hypotenuse of the rest of the Upper flange 4 and the post 5 'approximately formed right triangle. So that the support members 16, 16 'can take this position, the posts 5, 5 'with corresponding recesses 17, 17' for the End 14, 14 'provided.
- the tension elements 7, 7 ' are inactive in this case and rest on the lower flange 6.
- Fig. 5 is a short bridge of z. B. 5.5 m length formed from a single bridge section 1, which is moved in the transport position T.
- the short bridge lies with its two ends on the flat post 5, 5 'on the banks of a short or narrow obstacle H.
- a bridge is shown, which is formed only from two ramp sections, ie two bridge sections 1 in a ramp arrangement R , and in Fig. 7 is finally a bridge of 22 m in length composed of four bridge sections 1, which are identical in structure, from which the two end sections assume a ramp shape ( R ) and the two middle sections are designed as a normal section ( N ).
