Claims (6)

  1. Penture d'articulation pour portes battantes en verre, dotée d'un élément de penture fixe (1) et d'un élément de penture de vantail(3) relié à celle-ci en charnière autour d'un axe d'articulation (2), et un dispositif de blocage en position, doté d'au moins un cran de blocage (4) prévu dans ledit élément de penture fixe (1) et d'une pièce de blocage (6) guidée en translation, en s'opposant à l'action d'un ressort (5), à l'intérieur de l'élément de penture de vantail(3), ladite pièce venant s'engager, sous l'action du ressort, en position de blocage dans le cran de blocage (4), l'élément de penture de vantail (3) comportant une pièce support (7) pouvant se placer dans un évidement d'une plaque de verre et deux plaques de serrage (8, 8'), en porte-à-faux sur la pièce support (7) et munies d'un revêtement amortissant, entre lesquelles la vitre peut être immobilisée par serrage,
       caractérisée en ce que la pièce de blocage (6) est montée sur une douille (9) qui est guidée à l'intérieur d'un alésage (10) de la pièce support (7) dont le diamètre est à peu près égal ou supérieur à l'écartement des plaques de serrage (8, 8') avec leur revêtement amortissant, la partie de la pièce support (7) recevant la douille (9) présentant, dans la direction perpendiculaire au plan des plaques de serrage (8, 8'), une partie de section transversale plus large (11) en prise dans un évidement (12) de l'une au moins des plaques de serrage (8, 8'), le ressort (5) étant un ressort hélicoïdal logé en partie dans l'alésage (10) et en partie dans la douille (9).
  2. Penture d'articulation pour portes battantes en verre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'une des plaques de serrage (8 ou 8') ne forme qu'une seule pièce avec la pièce support (7).
  3. Penture d'articulation pour portes battantes en verre selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que l'évidement (12) est continu sur l'une des plaques de serrage (8, 8'), ou sur les deux et en ce que la surface de la partie de section transversale plus large (11) affleure la surface extérieure des plaques de serrage (8 ou 8').
  4. Penture d'articulation pour portes battantes en verre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le cran de blocage (4) est ménagé à la périphérie d'une pièce rotative (13) qui est montée en rotation dans l'élément de penture (1) autour de l'axe d'articulation (2) et ajustable au moyen d'une vis de réglage (14) accessible par un côté de la penture d'articulation.
  5. Penture d'articulation pour portes battantes en verre selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la vis de réglage (14) peut être ajustée contre une pièce de pression (15) par sa pointe conique qui repose à la périphérie de la pièce rotative (13) et qui est guidée dans un perçage prévu dans l'élément de penture (1) en direction de la pièce rotative (13).
  6. Penture d'articulation pour portes battantes en verre selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la pièce de pression (15) est une bille et en ce que la vis de réglage (14) peut être guidée de façon réglable dans un trou fileté disposé à angle droit par rapport à l'axe d'articulation (2), la pointe conique étant contre la bille, du côté opposé à la pièce rotative (13).
