Claims (13)

  1. Boîte de distribution de serviettes, notamment de serviettes nettoyantes humidifiées en non-tissé, comportant
    - un contenant (2),
    - un couvercle (3), qui ferme le contenant (2) de préférence de façon étanche à l'humidité,
    - un orifice de prélèvement (6) dans le contenant (2) ou dans le couvercle (3), et
    - un rouleau (7) de serviettes constitué d'une bande (8) qui est subdivisée en sections (10, 10') de feuilles détachables par des perforations (9),
       une broche d'enfilage (11) destinée à faire passer la bande (8) par l'orifice de prélèvement (6) étant fixée sur la première section (10') de feuille de la bande (8), caractérisée en ce que, dans une partie de tige (18), la broche d'enfilage (11) est munie de griffes (19) qui dépassent latéralement, qui traversent la section (10') de feuille et dont les extrémités (20) sont aplaties à la manière d'une liaison rivetée.
  2. Boîte de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la broche d'enfilage (11) est constituée d'une matière thermoplastique, et en ce que ses extrémités (20) de griffes sont aplaties par effet de chaleur et/ou de pression.
  3. Boîte de distribution selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les griffes (19') sont munies alternativement de flancs obliques (54) orientés dans des directions opposées de telle sorte que les extrémités (20') des griffes soient respectivement recourbées dans des directions opposées à l'état aplati.
  4. Boîte de distribution selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la broche d'enfilage (11) comporte un rétrécissement de préhension (22) en amont de son extrémité d'insertion (13).
  5. Boîte de distribution selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la broche d'enfilage (11) est disposée au niveau du bord (12) qui s'étend parallèlement à la direction longitudinale (L) de la section (10') de feuille, et en ce que son extrémité d'insertion (13) dépasse à angle droit par rapport à celui-ci.
  6. Boîte de distribution selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la broche d'enfilage (11) est disposée au centre du rouleau (7) de serviettes et dépasse du rouleau (7) vers le haut concentriquement à l'axe (14) d'enroulement.
  7. Recharge pour une boîte de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle le rouleau (7, 7') de serviettes comportant une broche d'enfilage (11) sur la première section (10') de feuille est disposé dans un emballage, de préférence scellé dans un emballage (16) en film souple, caractérisée en ce que l'emballage (16) comporte une excroissance (17) destinée à recevoir la broche d'enfilage (11) qui dépasse du rouleau (7, 7') de serviettes.
  8. Dispositif destiné à la fabrication d'un rouleau de serviettes pour une boîte de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, ou pour une recharge selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par un dispositif d'amenée (27) pour la bande (8) constituant le rouleau (7, 7') de serviettes, un dispositif de perforation (28) destiné à perforer la bande (8) à écartements réguliers, un dispositif de liaison (34) destiné à fixer les broches d'enfilage (11) sur chaque première section (10') de feuille du rouleau (7, 7') de serviettes, et un dispositif d'enroulement (38) destiné à enrouler la bande (8), étant précisé que le dispositif de liaison (34) comporte un tambour (39) de palier sur la surface périphérique (40) duquel peut être fixée une broche d'enfilage (11), et qui par la rotation du tambour (39) peut être mise en mouvement synchrone avec la bande (8) défilant sur le tambour (39), et que les griffes (19) de la broche d'enfilage (11) sont passées à travers la bande (8) pendant le mouvement synchrone, étant précisé par ailleurs qu'un cylindre d'application (cylindre à brosse 51) est disposé dans la zone du mouvement synchrone de la broche d'enfilage (11) et de la bande (8) pour appliquer la bande (8) contre la broche d'enfilage (11), et qu'un cylindre enclume (52), qui peut le cas échéant être chauffé, est associé au tambour (39) pour aplatir les griffes (19) de la broche d'enfilage (11) qui traversent la bande (8).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre d'application est un cylindre à brosse (51).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'amenée (43) est associé au dispositif de liaison (34) pour l'amenée des broches d'enfilage (11) sous la forme d'un ruban (44) constitué de broches d'enfilage (11) reliées côte à côte entre elles.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de découpe (50) est associé au tambour (39) pour dissocier du ruban (44) la broche d'enfilage (11) fixée sur le tambour (39).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que, au niveau de sa surface périphérique (40), le tambour (39) de palier comporte au moins une fente (42) qui est mise sous vide afin de fixer chaque broche d'enfilage (11) sur le tambour (39) de palier.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'enroulement (38) est conçu pour enrouler plusieurs bandes (8) disposées directement côte à côté dans la direction longitudinale (L) de la bande, étant précisé que lors du processus d'enroulement, la broche d'enfilage (11) fixée sur la première section (10') de feuille de l'un des rouleaux (7) de serviettes s'engage dans le rouleau de serviettes voisin.
