Claims (2)

  1. Procédé pour fabriquer un noyau cylindrique pour un système de clé de serrure, comportant un noyau cylindrique (6) monté de manière à pouvoir tourner dans un boîtier cylindrique et dans le canal de clé duquel peut être insérée une clé plate (1) qui, par sa face qui possède des encoches de fermeture sur une étendue en hauteur, introduit des tiges, mobiles radialement, des paillettes, dans des perçages du noyau cylindrique et qui possède, au niveau des côtés larges, une variation de profil, selon lequel il est prévu une nervure (3) qui s'étend à partir de chaque côté large (2), dans la zone du dos de la clé et qui fait, avec les côtés larges (2) de la clé plate (1), un angle différent de 90°, tandis que sur les faces latérales (4) des nervures (3) sont également prévues des variations de profil, qui coopèrent avec des rainures longitudinales et des nervures longitudinales, correspondantes, formées sur les parois latérales du canal de passage de la clé, et selon lequel le noyau cylindrique est formé de deux parties, à savoir une douille (5) ainsi qu'un insert (6), que l'on usine toutes deux d'une manière indépendante l'une de l'autre, et selon lequel on forme par fraisage, dans la douille du noyau cylindrique, les rainures longitudinales ou les nervures longitudinales, qui correspondent à la variation de profil au niveau de la face supérieure des nervures (3) de la clé, indépendamment de cela on usine l'insert (6) du noyau cylindrique en aménageant des rainures longitudinales et des nervures longitudinales fraisées, qui correspondent aux variations de profil présentes sur la face inférieure des nervures (3) de la clé et on introduit ensuite l'une dans l'autre la douille et l'insert du noyau cylindrique et on les relie entre eux.
