Claims (11)
- Formmaschine mit einem Ständer (1), mit einer am Ständer (1) angeordneten, sich daran abstützenden Verdichtungseinrichtung (9), mit einer Hubeinrichtung (4) für einen Formkasten (12, 13), welcher Formkasten (12, 13) von einem am Ständer (1) um eine Vertikalachse verschwenkbar gelagerten Formkasten-Drehtisch (10) der Hubeinrichtung (4) zugeführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ständer (1) eine weitere um eine zweite Vertikalachse verschwenkbar gelagerte Drehtischeinheit (5) vorgesehen ist, die der Hubeinrichtung (4) Modelle (7a, 7b) zuführt.
- Formmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Modell-Drehtischeinheit (5) jeweils das dem von der Formkasten-Drehtischeinheit (10) zugeführten Ober- oder Unterformkasten (13, 22) zugeordnete Oberkasten- oder Unterkastenmodell (7a, 7b) zuführt.
- Formmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkasten-Drehtisch (10) und der Modell-Drehtisch (5) auf unterschiedlicher Höhe angeordnet sind.
- Formmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Modell-Drehtisch (5) unterhalb des Formkasten-Drehtisches (10) angeordnet ist.
- Formmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkasten-Drehtisch (10) mit einer im Arbeitsbereich des Drehtisches (10) angeordneten Greif- und Hubvorrichtung (16, 17) zusammenarbeitet, welche leere Formkästen (13, 22) dem Formkasten-Drehtisch (10) zuführt und fertige Formen (12, 14) abtransportiert.
- Formmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greif- und Hubvorrichtung (16, 17) im Schwenkbereich des Formkasten-Drehtisches (10) angeordnet ist.
- Formmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greif- und Hubvorrichtung (16, 17) im Arbeitsbereich einer Zuführstrecke (19) für leere Formkästen (13, 22) und einer Transportstrecke (20) für fertige Formen (12,14) angeordnet ist und mit diesen zusammenarbeitet.
- Formmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greif- und Hubvorrichtung (16, 17) hydraulisch betätigt ist.
- Formmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greif- und Hubvorrichtung (16, 17) einen Wagen (18) aufweist, der zu ihrer Hin- und Herbewegung zwischen der Zuführstrecke (19) und dem Formkasten-Drehtisch (10) bzw. zwischen dem Formkasten-Drehtisch (10) und der Transportstrecke (20) dient.
- Formmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Greif- und Hubvorrichtungen (16, 17) vorgesehen sind.
- Formmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkasten-Drehtisch (10) und der Modell-Drehtisch (5) synchron arbeiten, so daß sich immer gleichzeitig ein Formkasten (12, 13) und ein zugeordnetes Modell (7a, 7b) in der Formmaschine befinden.
