Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Halterung eines Markisentuches, welche, im wesentlichen, folgende Bauteile aufweist:
    - mindestens zwei Tragplatten (1), die eine Halterung der Vorrichtung an eine Wand des Gebäudes, an welchem die Vorrichtung angebracht werden soll, gewährleisten;
    - ein Gehäuse (2), welches gegenüber besagten Tragplatten (1) geschwenkt werden kann und seitlich von zwei Abdeckschildern (10) begrenzt wird;
    - eine Aufrollwalze (3) des Markisentuches, welche in eben genanntem Gehäuse (2) gelagert ist;
    - ein Verkleidungsprofil (4) zur Abdeckung des Markisentuches (20), welches formschlüssig mit dem Oberteil des Gehäuses (2) verbunden ist;
    - mindestens zwei Gelenkarme (5), die mit eben genanntem Gehäuse (2) verbunden sind und gleichzeitig mit diesem geschwenkt werden können;
    - eine tragende Saumstange (6), mit den freien Enden der Gelenkarme (5) verbunden, dessen Profil, bei aufgerolltem Markisentuch, den von Verkleidungsprofil (4) und Gehäuse (2) gebildeten Raum abschließt, so daß die zusammengeklappten Gelenkarme (5) in diesem Raum gelagert werden;
    - eine Winkelplatte (7), zwischen jedem seitlichen Abdeckschild (10) des Gehäuses (2) und den Tragplatten (1) gelegen;
    - Mittel, die eine Drehung des genannten Gehäuses (2) und damit der gesamten Vorrichtung des Markisentuches gegenüber eben genannter Winkelplatte (7) ermöglichen und welche aus einem Lager (8) einer Hohlwelle (9) auf besagtem Abdeckschild (10) bestehen, wobei das Lager (8) zusammen mit kreisabschnittförmigen Langlöchern (11) arbeitet, die dem Durchgang von Schrauben (12) dienen, welche dann in Gewindelöcher (13) des Abdeckschildes (10) eingeschraubt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese einen Bügel (14a) auf einem flügelförmigen Absatz (14) aufweist, der die Hinterseite der Winkelplatte (7) rechtwinklig verlängert und eine Kehlung (15) formt, die als Gleitführung gegenüber einem Profil (16), das aus einer Oberkante auf der Halteplatte (1) herausragt, dient, wobei dieser eine korrekte Ausrichtung von Gehäuse und Markisentuch gegenüber besagten Halteplatten (1) ermöglicht, die eine erste Lochgruppe (41) und (42) zur Anbringung an eine Wand oder Dach und eine zweite aus Langlöchern (19) bestehende Gruppe aufweisen, welche als Durchgang von Schrauben (44) vorgesehen sind, die ebenso Bohrungen (17) auf dem Absatz (14) durchqueren, so daß obig erwähnte Winkelplatte (7) in der gewünschten Lage dadurch festgestellt wird, daß besagte Schrauben (44) in Bohrungen (38) einer Platte (37), die sich in einer Kehlung (40) an der dem Profil (16) gegenüberliegenden Kante der Halteplatte (1) befinden, geschraubt werden.
  2. Vorrichtung zur Halterung eines Markisentuches nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes seitliches Abdeckschild (10) einen Hohlraum (21) im Inneren der Achse (9) aufweist, welcher als Lager mittels einer Lagerbuchse (34) der Welle (22) der Aufrollwalze (3) agiert.
  3. Vorrichtung zur Halterung eines Markisentuches nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes seitliche Abdeckschild (10) ein Anschlag (33) aufweist, welches als Abstützung ersteren auf der Winkelplatte (7) dient.
  4. Vorrichtung zur Halterung eines Markisentuches nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteplatte (1) an eine senkrechte Fläche oder Wand angebracht wird und die Winkelplatte (7) diese Platte (1) mittels eines U-förmigen Teiles (46) umfaßt, wobei eines seiner Schenkel in der Kehlung (40) eingeführt wird und der andere Schenkel den flügelförmigen Absatz (14) umfaßt.
  5. Vorrichtung zur Halterung eines Markisentuches nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese erste Mittel zur Führung zwecks einer fehlerlosen Ausrichtung der Saumstange (6) beinhaltet, wobei Oberseite (6b) und Unterseite (6c) besagter Saumstange (6), welche dessen Höhlung (6a) begrenzen, unmittelbar und bündig an Oberseite oder Abdeckblech (4), beziehungsweise, an Unterseite des Gehäuses (1) zu liegen kommen und daß diese zweite Mittel beinhaltet, welche verhindern, daß die Winkelgelenke (47) der Markisenhaltearme in eben genannte Saumstange (6) einrasten, wobei erste und zweite Mittel Teile aufweisen, die mit der Innenseite der Saumstange (6) verbunden werden können, wobei die Innenseite gegenüber der Längsöffnung (1a) des Gehäuses liegt, und wobei eben genannte Teile, bei eingefahrener Markise, direkt gegenüber der Gelenkpunkte (23, 48) der Armenden (5) liegen, wobei erste Mittel die Gelenkabschnitte (23, 48) aufnehmen, und zweite Mittel die Winkelgelenke (47) aufnehmen.
  6. Vorrichtung zur Halterung eines Markisentuches nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teile, welche erste Führungsmittel zur Positionierung der Saumstange darstellen, bei eingefahrener Markise, einen Abschnitt formen, welcher an der Oberkante (6b) eben genannter Saumstange (6) anliegt und diese teilweise mit einem Profilabschnitt des Auflagebereiches auf dieser Stange verlängern, so daß auf der Außenseite ein Gleitkufen (49) mit mindestens zwei verschiedentlich geneigten Flächen (49a, 49b), wobei erstere, welche aus einem abgerundeten Bereich abgeht, eine stärkere Neigung aufweist und mit der zweiten Fläche mittels einer abgerundeten Kante verbunden ist.
  7. Vorrichtung zur Halterung eines Markisentuches nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zweitere Mittel, die ein Einrasten der Gelenkarme (5) verhindern sollen, Teile (50) beinhalten, welche an die Innenseite der Saumstange (6) in einer vorbestimmten Lage befestigt werden und enge, der Saumstange (6) entsprechenden Profile aufweisen, auf welcher Innenseite, gegenüberliegend zur Längsöffnung (1a) des Gehäuses (1), diese aufliegen, wobei sie von deren Oberkante (6b) bis zu deren Unterkante (6c) erstrecken und wobei diese zwei konvergente Rampen (50a, 50b) und ein Mittelstück (50c) aufweisen, welcher einen Raum begrenzt, der etwas größer ist als das Winkelgelenk (47) der Gelenkarme (5), das in eben genanntem aufgenommen werden soll, dabei werden besagte Rampen und Mittelstück durch eine abgerundete Kante verbunden.
  8. Vorrichtung zur Halterung eines Markisentuches nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenwandung der Saumstange (6) ihrer Länge nach verlaufende Führungen (51a, 51b) engen Profils aufweist und daß die Profile (50), die ein Einrasten der Gelenkarme verhindern sollen, elastische Fortsätze (52, 53) aufweisen, die in eben genannte längslaufende Führungen eingesetzt werden, so daß diese eine längenmäßige Gleitbewegung ausführen können und die Winkelgelenke (47) jeder Gelenkarmpaare (5) dermaßen positionieren, daß diese gegenüberliegend ausgerichtet werden.
  9. Vorrichtung zur Halterung eines Markisentuches nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platten (16), die als Abdeckung der Enden der Saumstange (6) dienen und welche mittels Absätze (54a, 54b) in die Enden eben genannter Führungen (51a, 51b) besagter Saumstange (6) eingesetzt werden, an ihrer Oberseite einen seitlichen Fortsatz (55) aufweisen, dessen Vorderseite obig erwähnten Gleitkufen (49a) formt und dessen Hinterseite sich an der Oberkante (6b) der Saumstange (6) abstützt.
  10. Vorrichtung zur Halterung eines Markisentuches nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Einbeziehung eines dritten Gelenkarmpaares (5), ein enges Profil (56), mit einem der Saumstange (6) entsprechenden Querschnitt, vorgesehen ist, gegen welche Innenseite, gegenüberliegend zur Längsöffnung, dieser zu liegen kommt, wobei die gesamte Fläche von der Oberkante (6b) bis zur Unterkante (6c), ähnlich wie bei den die Einrastung verhindernden Profilen, abgedeckt wird, wobei aber dieses an dessen Oberseite einen Fortsatz (57) aufweist, dessen Vorderseite ebene genannte Gleitkufe (49a) formt und dessen Hinterseite sich an der Oberkante (6b) der Saumstange (6) abstützt.
  11. Vorrichtung zur Halterung eines Markisentuches nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese eine Zwischenhalterung des Gehäuses (2) beinhaltet, welche aus zwei Halterungsstücke (58) besteht, die mit Langlöchern (59) versehen sind, die sich an eine kreisbogenförmige Zwischenhalterung (60) anpassen, welche ebenso querlaufende Bohrungen (61) aufweist, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß genannte Halterungsstücke (58) einen flügelähnlichen Absatz (63) an dessen Oberseite aufweisen, welcher eine Kehlung bildet, die als Gleitführung gegenüber einer Schiene (16) dient, welche aus einer der Kanten der Halteplatte (1) herausragt, wobei erwähnte Zwischenhalterung (60) sich an dessen Unterseite bis zur Vorderkante des Gehäuses (2) erstreckt und in Nähe ihres Endabschnittes eine Durchgangsbohrung (64) zur Feststellung einer Halterung (65) aufweist, die ein Gelenkglied (66) zu einem zusätzlichen Gelenkarm trägt, wobei diese einen durchgebohrten Ansatz (67) aufweist, welcher durch eine Nut an der Vorderseite des Gehäuses eingeschoben wird und an die Halterung (60) mittels einer Schraube (68) fixiert wird, und wobei eine Platte (69), mit einem nach innen gekrümmten Querschnitt, eben erwähnte Halterung (65) abdeckt, so daß eine Berührung des Markisentuches verhindert wird.
