In general, the safes constructed according to the state of the art offer an imposing structure for its adjustment in inclination of the complicated tasks taking into account the size of the blind or costly because they involve means to simplify this adjustment of means such as axes threaded, tilting parts, etc. who require a precise finish and resistance of the means used which lead to an increase in the general cost of the assembly.

Patent DE-A-23 59 132 describes a blind comprising lateral flanges connected with the possibility of rotation to angular stirrups for fixing to the wall, said flanges supporting the axis of the canvas winding tube and the articulated arms connected to the bar of load, so as to adjust the blind tilt.

However, this blind as well as the other cities impose complicated assembly tasks, in particular for an adequate alignment of the assembly (it must be taken into account that their length can be 3 to 5 meters or even longer) compared to brackets for attachment to the wall or on a projecting surface or ceiling.

In addition, in blinds with a continuous chest or box enclosing said characteristics, it can happen that the closing of the blind by the load bar in the rolled up canvas position does not occur completely or is obtained in an insufficient manner, this which is due to a faulty positioning with incorrect centering of the load bar relative to the front opening of the boot, caused by the play which occurs in the articulation points of the arms to the boot and in the articulation elbows, taking into account the length of these arms, an effect which is particularly significant from 2.5 m and considering repetitive movements, the weight of the arm-canvas-load bar assembly and the necessary tolerances imposed by the movements of 'extension and folding.

The object of the invention is to remedy these drawbacks and, essentially, to construct a chest for very compact adjustable tilt blinds, having an affordable price and offering very simple mounting conditions, making it possible to ensure a fair arrangement at all points. installation, either fixed on a vertical wall or on a projecting surface or ceiling and very simple adjustment using mechanical means for winding or unwinding the blind. The trunk according the invention also has first guide means which assist in the positioning of said load-spar bar with correct closure of the boot and second guide means which prevent the articulation elbows of the awning support arms s 'fit into the said spar.

The trunk is essentially characterized in that it comprises a part with a special configuration, which is arranged interposed between the lateral flanges of the trunk and a support part for attachment to the wall or to a projecting surface or ceiling, as well as to a particular connection between said lateral flanges and said intermediate piece which allows the pivoting of this box, an angle of predetermined amplitude, and a locking on said box in this situation.

Concerning the said first and second guide means, they consist of parts connected to the inner face of the load bar-spar opposite the front longitudinal opening of the trunk, arranged in points directly opposite, when the blind is folded to the maximum, with the articulation sectors of the ends of the arms to support parts integral with the trunk, in the first means, and with the articulation elbows of each set of support arms for the blind in the second means.

The invention will be better understood using the detailed description of an embodiment with a few variant embodiments, taken as a nonlimiting example and illustrated by the appended drawings, in which:

  • an intermediate piece inserted between each lateral flange -10- of the boot -2- and each support piece -1-,
  • means allowing the pivoting of said trunk (2) and with it of the canvas support assembly, relative to said intermediate piece (7) comprising a housing -8-, making the bearing office for an axis -9- tubular belonging to said lateral flange -10-, said housing -8- being associated with enlarged openings -11-, fraction-circular, which serve for the passage of screws -12-, which pass through threaded holes -13- of said lateral flange - 10- and which are screwed into nuts -43- retained inside the notches of said flange -10- (Figure. 5), to allow immobilization of the trunk at a desired inclination.

The safe according to the invention is characterized in that it further comprises:
  • a stirrup -14a- defined by a flange -14- which orthogonally extends the intermediate piece -7-, and which defines a groove -15-, which serves as a sliding guide, relative to a rail -16- which exceeds one of the edges of the support piece -1- for attachment to the wall, intended to allow correct positioning of the entire trunk and blind with respect to said support pieces -1- which have first holes -41- and -42- for fix them on a wall or ceiling and widened openings -19-, straight, serving as a passage for screws -44- (Figure 3) which also pass through holes -17- belonging to the flange -14- to allow the immobilization of said intermediate piece -7- in the desired position, by screwing said screws -44- in holes -38- of plates -37- which are housed in a groove -40- near the edge of the support -1- opposite the rail - 16-.

The flange -10- has recesses -32- which form stops -33- delimiting (see FIG. 5) the entry of the tubular axis -9-, in the housing -8- of the part -7- and remaining this flange -10- resting on said part -7-.

Chaque flasque latéral -10- comporte un logement-21- situé à l'intérieur de l'axe -9-, faisant l'office de palier, par l'intermédiaire d'une douille de friction -34- de l'axe -22- du tube enrouleur -3-.Each lateral flange -10- has a housing -21- located inside the axis -9-, acting as a bearing, by means of a friction sleeve -34- of the axis - 22- of the hose reel -3-.

Par ailleurs le flasque latéral -10- a un support-23- solidaire, situé sur la face intérieure dudit flasque, servant pour la fixation articulée de l'extrémité intérieure du bras -5-.Furthermore, the lateral flange -10- has a support-23- secured to it, situated on the inner face of said flange, serving for the articulated fixing of the inner end of the arm -5-.

Chaque flasque latéral -10- est fixé au coffre -2- et audit profil de protection -4- en assurant sa liaison, par l'intermédiaire de vis -39- qui traversent des trous -24-.Each lateral flange -10- is fixed to the trunk -2- and to said protection profile -4- while ensuring its connection, by means of screws -39- which pass through holes -24-.

On each of the external faces of the intermediate piece -7- a cover -26- is fixed, which defines a housing capable of housing a drive mechanism -35- of the winding drum -3- which is fixed by a screw - 36- and a nut -21- (see figure 5). This arrangement of the drive mechanism allows it to act through it as regulator of the inclination of the boot -2- setting it in motion by rotation of its tubular axes -9-, placed in the housings -8-, by simply loosening the screws -12-, and once the canvas -20- is completely rolled up, because at this moment the activation of this mechanism will cause the whole canvas-trunk to rotate. This cover, shown in Figure 4, is fixed by screws -45- which are arranged through holes -30- of the cover and orifices -31- of the intermediate piece -7-.

The load bar -6- of the blind has two grooves -27- and -28- to fix the free edge of the fabric, fixing, for example, in the innermost the free edge of the fabric and the outside housing a joining means which contributes to making the closure hermetic, when the assembly is folded. This bar also has a groove -29- on its lower edge.

Le coffre -2- comporte un développement en section semi-périphérique prolongé en aval par un plan en porte-à-faux et le profil -4- est disposé en parallélisme à ladite portion en porte-à-faux, en la dépassant nettement et étant articulé par son bord arrière au bord libre du coffre -2-.The trunk -2- has a development in semi-peripheral section extended downstream by a cantilever plane and the profile -4- is arranged in parallel to said cantilevered portion, clearly exceeding it and being articulated by its rear edge to the free edge of the boot -2-.

As shown in the variant of FIG. 6, the trunk -2a- and the load bar -6a- have double-walled portions, and the first defines a curved-concave interior housing, with a completely smooth surface.

As it is also indicated in this figure 6, when the support piece -1- is fixed on a horizontal plane or on a ceiling, a "U" piece -46- is used which surrounds this support piece -1- and the flange -14-, with one of its branches introduced into the groove -40- of said support part -1-.

In FIGS. 7 to 10b, their first guide means are described for the positioning of said load bar-spar -6- applied to guarantee perfect centering, with placement of the upper -6b- and lower -6c- faces of said spar. -6-, which delimit its concavity -6a-, immediately below the upper face or canopy -4- of the trunk -1-, and at the same level as the lower edge of the latter, respectively, and of the second means which prevent the elbows -47 - of articulation of the blind support arms from fitting into said spar -6-. These first and second means consist of parts which can be connected to the inner face of the load bar-spar -6- opposite the longitudinal opening -la- front of the trunk, and which are put in place directly. one opposite the other, when the blind is folded to the maximum, with the articulation sectors -23-, -48- from the ends of the arms -5- to the chest -10- in the first means, and with the elbows hinge -47- of each set of arms -5- for supporting the blind in the second means, respectively.

Les figures 9a et 9b montrent l'activation des premiers moyens de guidage de la barre de charge -6- par rapport aux pièces -23- d'articulation des bras -5-, et les figures 10a, et 10b illustrent l'activation des deuxièmes moyens de centrage de ladite barre -6- par rapport aux coudes -47- d'articulation des bras -5-.Figures 9a and 9b show the activation of the first means of guiding the load bar -6- relative to the parts -23- of articulation of the arms -5-, and Figures 10a, and 10b illustrate the activation of second means of centering said bar -6- relative to the bends -47- of articulation of the arms -5-.

As shown in these figures, the parts constituting the first guide means for the installation of the load-side member -6- bar, when the blind is folded, comprise a sector which is leaned near the upper edge -6b- of said spar -6-, which it extends in part, with a profile portion corresponding to that of the seat area on said spar and determining on its outer face a sliding runner -49- with at least two sectors -49a, 49b- with different inclination, and this is the initial which starts from a pointed, rounded portion, with the steepest slope and joined by an edge blunt.

The second anti-interlocking means comprise parts -50- which are fixed to the internal faces of the load bar-spar -6-, in prefixed positions, and formed by narrow profiles with development equivalent to that of the load bar -longeron -6- against the inner face of which, facing the longitudinal opening -1a- of the trunk -1- they remain leaned, covering it completely from the upper edge -6b- to the lower -6c-, and comprising two ramps -50a, 50b- of converging access, and a central section -10c- which delimits a housing with amplitude slightly greater than that of the elbow -47- of articulation of the arms -5- which must be located within it , with blunt edge assembly.

We also see in these figures that in the inner faces of the load-side member -6-, are arranged longitudinal grooves -51a-, -51b- with narrow mouth and anti-nesting profiles -50- have legs or elastic appendages -52, 53-, for insertion into these longitudinal grooves with the possibility of longitudinal sliding and positioning opposite the joints -47- of each set of arms -5-.

As shown in FIG. 8, the plates -16- serving as closure covers for the ends of the load bar-spar -6- and which are fixed by interlocking of appendages -54a -, - 54b-, at the ends said longitudinal grooves -51a-, -51b-, said spar -6-, comprising upstream a lateral extension -55- whose front face forms said guide shoe -49a-, and whose rear face is backed by the flange of the spar in an area which includes its upper edge 6b.

In the case where a third set of support arms -5- would be provided, there will be a narrow profile -56-, with development equivalent to that of the load-spar -6- bar against the inner face of which there remains attached to the widened opening of the trunk, completely covering it from the upper edge -6b- to the lower edge -6c- similar to that of anti-interlocking cited, but provided in its upper section with an extension -57- of which the front face forms said guide shoe -49a-, and the rear face of which rests against the flange of the spar -6- in an area which includes its upper edge -6b-.

In cases where the trunk has great lengths, an intermediate support of the trunk -2- of the type comprising two clamping pieces -59- provided with elongated holes adapted to the arc profile of a stirrup has been provided according to FIG. 11. 60- intermediate, which surrounds the trunk -2-, also provided with a few holes -61- passing through it. Said clamping pieces -58- have at its upper part an extension -63- on the edge which defines a groove which serves as a sliding guide relative to a rail -16- which exceeds one of the edges of a piece -1- support on the wall or on a ceiling, and said bracket -60- extends by its lower part to the front edge of the chest -2- and near its end it has a through hole -64- for fixing a support -65- with an articulation element -66- of an additional arm (not shown) which has a pierced heel -67- which is introduced into a groove in the front section of the boot and is secured to the bracket -60- with a screw -68-. The figure also shows a plate -69- with a curve-concave profile which covers said support -65- of the additional arm avoiding their contact with the awning fabric -20-.

Attached to a groove in the load bar -6- there is also a strip -70- constituting a front protective curtain.
