Claims (12)

  1. Awning with an enveloping shell, wherein said shell, significantly long, rests on first supports, spaced from their ends, adapted to said shell shape which they externally clasp, partly or fully, and to which are joined in rotation the ends of the hinged arms, stressed and coupled, also in rotation, at their other end, to a loading bar, said first supports being associated to second supports with possibility of relative displacement with respect to them and locking at a wished position, in order to allow a shell slope adjustment by rotation around an horizontal shaft, said second supports being, in turn, linked to the related wall locking plate, characterized in that said shell (10) is open on its front and at each of its two ends a laying-U-shaped part (21) is attached, with one of its branches (21a) longer than the other, a plate (22) being attached on the higher and lower sides of the U-shaped part said plate serving as support to the ends of the shaft (37) of the winding drum (23) and at least one part of the rotating driving means (24, 25, 26), the central opening (21b) of the U-shaped parts (21) having a width such that it allows a front passageways, through it, within the shell (10) for the winding drum (23) with the canvas (28) fully wound and at least one part of the rotating driving means, once said shell (10) together with the first and second supports (11, 13) has been previously attached to the wall locking plates (14), and in that, arranged through said central opening (21b) of the U-shaped part (21) and oriented inwardly the shell (10) and on the front of the area which occupies the winding drum (23), there exists at least an appendage (27) acting as guide profile for positioning runners (29) integral at the ends of the loading bar ends, for perfectly closing the shell (10), said appendages (27) starting from the internal wall of a cover (33) which is tightly coupled to each of the shell (10) ends fully covering related U-shaped part (21).
  2. Awning, according to above claim characterized in that said cover (33) possesses a peripheral collar (34) which is superposed and fully covers the edge of related U-shaped part (21) to which said cover (33) is attached.
  3. Awning, according to the claim 1, characterized in that the appendage (27) for guiding the loading bar (30) towards a position of the shell (10) full closure, with the assistance of the positioning runner (29), starts perpendicularly from an area close to the front edge of the end cover (33), significantly centered with respect to the opening (21b) of said U-shaped part (21) and said appendage (27) extends inwardly the shell (10), parallel to the canvas (28) winding shaft (37), protruding from the U-shaped part (21) opening.
  4. Awning, according to the claim 1, characterized in that on the higher and the lower branches of the U-shaped part (21), a plate (22) is locked which has available a central hole (35), provided for housing a ring (36) where is engaged an end of the winding drum (23) shaft (37) a plate to which is locked, at the other end, a hand driven device (26), or the block of a motor (25) hand adjusted with the bar (38) the tubular body of which extends inwardly the winding drum (23).
  5. Awning, according to the claim 1, characterized in that said plate (22) fastened on the higher and lower branches of said U-shaped part (21) is screwed to it with the insertion of spacers (39) and a second plate (41) provided with a polygonal section hole (42), which was fastened to said first plate (22), the shaft (43) of a tubular motor (24) extending within the drum (23) being coupled in said hole (42).
  6. Awning, according to the claim 1, characterized in that wall supports (44) have been provided, arranged between the locking plates (14) supporting the shell (10) on the wall, to support a window roof (45) which extends in a downward slope from the wall (46) down to at least a point of the front part of the shell (10) cover.
  7. Awning, according to the claim 1, characterized in that on the end edges of the window roof (45) are provided lengthwise grooves open at the place where flexible joints (47,48) having a curved-convex profile are housed, located so that they enhance rain water drain.

Awning, according to the claim 1, characterized in that said supports (44) for the window roof (45) comprise a wall locking branch (44a), an overhanging branch (44b) and a vertical sector (44c) ending in a fork with at least one of its flexible branches and provided with an internal toothing, having a quadrangular profile, and from the bottom face of the window roof (45) are starting two appendages (49a, 49b), the first of them short and the second longer, with a pointed toothed profile, susceptible to be engaged more or less deeply within said supporting fork (44c), said short appendage (49a) remaining supported on one of the ends of said fork (44c).

Awning, according to the claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a significantly long plate (56) having a curved section which is arranged so that it closes the entrance to the shell, supported on the rear curved-convex surface of the arms supports (50) and backed on wedge-shaped parts (57), having a curved-concave rear profile, which possesses a lug (58) engaged within a laying straight C-shaped groove (61) of the shell, said lug being ended with a toothed profile appendage (59) engaged between the branches of a U-shaped groove (60) with one of its branches also toothed and resilient starting from the lower part of the plate (56), over said C-shaped groove (61) which houses said lug (58).
  11. Awning, according to the claim 1, characterized in that the first support (11a) comprises, at its central internal part, a protruding portion (69) having a T section which is located within the C-shaped housing (75) of the rear part of the enveloping shell (10b), said support (11a) extending, in its higher part, so that it locks by a front groove (73) a higher end portion (77) of the enveloping shell (10b).
  12. Awing according to the claim 1, characterized in that means have being arranged which allow to mount two portions of the enveloping shell (10a), as well as related pairs of profiles which form the loading bar (30a), and a window roof (70) of the awning, said means consisting in plates (66, 67, 68) having threaded holes, inserted by end areas to be linked in related lengthwise housings having a C section, shaped in a wall of said shell (10a), as well as in said profiles (30a), and (70) so that the two portions are linked in order to have them contacting each other, said plates (66, 67, 68) being fastened with screws (66, 67, 68).
