Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a blind with enveloping carcass, and more particularly to a awning whose carcass of considerable length, by example of more than 5 meters, is based on first supports, distant from its ends, adapted to the shape of this carcass that they embrace externally, in part or all, and to which are related the ends of the articulated arms under rotation tension and coupled, likewise in rotation, to their other end, at a load bar, said first supports being associated with second supports with the possibility of relative displacement with respect to them and in a desired position, in order to allow adjustment of the inclination of the carcass by rotation about a horizontal axis, said second supports being, in turn, connected to the plate corresponding wall fixing.
  • a second problem relating to this type of blind lies in the difficulty of obtaining a closure perfect awning carcass by means of the bar load, in the maximum fabric winding position, because this load bar does not reach to position correctly compared to the front opening of the carcass, due to the play that occurs at the points of articulation of the arms with their supports and at the elbows of articulation, given the great length of these arms (effect which is important from lengths 2.5 m) and taking into account the movements repetitive, the weight of the arm-canvas-bar assembly load and the necessary tolerances imposed by extension and folding movements.
  • European patent application EP-A-0593389 of same holder provides guidance means for the autonomous installation of the load bar with its upper face in contact with the face upper part of the carcass in the closed position, formed by skids associated with the load bar which face each other, in a position close to the closure, at the top of the sectors of articulation of the ends of the arms with the supports of levitation serving as a guide for these skates.
  • these means cannot be applied in the case of blinds with arms not connected to parts carcass extremes because then since there is no has no guide at these extreme points, the load bar may not close properly or adopt a forced position, especially at these ends of the carcass.
  • the invention applies to solving these problems which limit, in practice, the use of carcasses of long blinds, and at this indeed, it provides for the disposal of assigned rooms at the ends of the carcass, intended to support the ends of the axis of the winding drum and means of drive or traction assigned to one of these ends, and which, moreover, have large openings that facilitate front access to everything the whole winding drum with the canvas, when the empty carcass has been previously assembled to the supports which connect it to a wall or a ceiling.
  • the invention further provides appendages in guide profile function for runners positioning assigned to the ends of the bar load, appendages which derive from a part which forms a cover which covers the ends of the carcass and is connected to the cited support parts.
  • Another object of the invention lies in the forecast of a canopy supported by wall supports timely, stretching downward from the wall up to at least one point on the front of the carcass cover, closing the space between the rear part of this carcass and the wall.
  • the invention further provides a section plate curve that extends along the entire front or opening of the carcass, on which the canvas rests maximum winding position, said plate being connected to the carcass and to support supports.
  • said carcass is open forward, and at both ends are attached two lying "U" shaped pieces, one of which branches is longer than the other, both sides of which upper and lower have dots for attach a support plate to the ends of the drum winding and at least part of the means drive in rotation, the central opening of "U” shaped pieces being such that it allows passage frontal, through it, inside the carcass, winding drum comprising the wound canvas and at least part of the drive means in rotation, once this carcass, with the first and the second supports, was assembled to the plates of cited wall mount, and, disposed through said central opening of the U-shaped part, oriented towards inside the carcass, and in front of the area occupied by the winding drum, there is at least one appendage depending on the guiding profile for positioning assigned to the ends of the bar awning load, for perfect closing of the carcass, said appendages deriving from the wall inside of a cover that mates firmly on each end of the carcass covering the corresponding "U" shaped part.
  • Figure 1 is a partial perspective view of the present store.
  • Figures 2 and 3 are two section views transverse of the blind in question, before and after the carcass closing thanks to positioning load bar suitable when the canvas is completely rolled up.
  • Figures 4, 5 and 6 each show a view partial in longitudinal section of the blind, omission made of canvas and also of the winding drum on the last two of these figures.
  • Figure 7 is a cross section of the blind with indication of carcass wall support means covering the awning, with possibility of regulation in tilt.
