A movement transmission device according to the claim 1 with a lock (S1) of longitudinal transmission type and opposed to the movement of the upper and lower rods, characterised in that the elastic joint is of the cylindrical tensile spring type (R) fixed by one of its ends to the end of the rod segment (TT1) depending on a panel and by its other end to the end of a rod segment (TT2) depending on the panel immediately connected (to it), and that the spring (R) is guided over its entire length, with the exception of its central part destined to be bent, guiding so designed that the circular portion of the cylindrical tore that the spring constitutes in its central part when it is bent is crossed more or less in its centre by the articulation joint (BB') of both panels concerned by the said articulation, a position in which the spring (R), whose axis (AA') is close to the articulation axis (BB'), moves laterally very slightly as do the rod portions (TT1, TT2) connected to the said spring (R).
  3. A device according to the claims 2, characterised in that the loop forming each end of the tensile spring (R) is penetrated by a lug bent (PP1) at right angles, machined at each end of the rod segments (TT1,TT2) cooperating with the said tensile spring (R), the said spring loops being made practically tangential to the inner diameter of the spring body (fig 8) in order to increase the penetration of each of the bent lugs (PP 1) into the spring loops, a longitudinal guiding structural shape (PR1, PR2) in U covering a part of the spring length (R), a U the base of which is parallel and offset from the plane of the rod segment above which it is positioned, a base ending by two wings bent at 90° and turned to the rod segment, a U provided with guiding and fixation means on the edge of the panel it depends on above the rod segment to which it is associated so as to constitute a translational guiding of the spring (R) with the exception of its central part in order not to hinder the rotation of the panels around the horizontal articulation axis (BB').
  4. A device according to the claim 3 characterised in that the tensile spring (R) is fitted to an attaching element in translation such as a wire spring, a chain or a thin cable, an attaching element which is favourably held in the cylindrical body of the said spring (R) and provided with a protruding part or a fastening part at each end capable of preventing the lengthening of the spring (R) which would be prejudicial to the transmission of rod movement to the bolts, especially during the unlocking phase of the lock.
  5. A device according to the claim 3 characterised in that the guiding and positioning means of the structural shape for guiding laterally the spring (R) over a free portion of rod on a panel of the built-in gate is constituted on the one hand, of a cylindrical bush (DC) fixed on the edge of the panel, the said bush crossing and housing the structural guiding shape in its central part by installing a retaining circlips bearing on the base of the said structural guiding shape and on the other hand, of a lug (PT2) bent at 90° over the rod portion and protruding between the wings of the structural guiding shape beyond its central part, and that in addition, the bush (DC) is provided with a groove which enables the translation of the rod portion in an oblong aperture of the said portion foreseen for this purpose.
  6. A device according to the claim 3 characterised in that the fixation means of each longitudinal structural shape (PP1, PP2) is secured by clipsing the said structural shape (PP1,PP2) on the bush (PC), such clipsing ensured by the penetration of a cylindrical extrusion of the bush (DC) into a slot made facing the cylindrical extrusion in each of both wings perpendicular to the plane of the associated rod portion.
  7. A movement transmission device according to the claim 1 with a lock (S1) of the type of transmission of rotary movement to the upper and lower rods characterised in that the elastic joint between each panel is of the elastic wire type (J) of non circular geometrical section in order to fit in the hollow section of the rods with a shape almost identical but bigger, so that the wire can bend and freely circulate in the housing that the parts of rods form during the angular displacement of the panels each to the other, by maintaining its circular angular position with co-operation of forms and adjustment of the functioning clearances.
  8. A device according to the claim 7 characterised in that a locking washer (RF) positioned approximately in the middle part of the wire length (J) immobilises the said wire (J) in an intermediate position so that is introduced by the same length in both parts of the hollow rods of both panels united by each of the horizontal articulations
  9. A device especially for a lock of the type of transmission of rotary movement to the upper and lower rods according to the claim 7 characterised in that the transformation of the vertical longitudinal movement of the lock to the upper and lower rods in a rotary movement is performed by a cylindrical stud (TT) perpendicular to the plane of the rods and fixed to the end of the part of the rod with vertical displacement facing its connection with the housing of the mortise lock, a stud which moves in a helicoid aperture (H) machined in the part of the rod made for circular displacement, or in a part (PH) dependent on it, the vertical displacement of the stud causes a rotary pivoting of the rod portion on which is machined the helicoid aperture.
  10. A device according to the claim 7 characterised in that the rotary-fixed portions of rods are constituted of a square tube which turns in a circular aperture machined at each end of the supports of each of the rods constituting the upper and lower rod.
