A device according to claim 2 characterised in that the offset part (DL) attached to the plate (PL) is constituted of a profitably cylindrical stud (PO), a stud whose height is determined by the position of the lower horizontal cross-bar (T) so that the rod (B) may freely circulate under the said horizontal cross-bar (T) without revealing a space bigger than the anti-shearing and anti-gripping standards.
  5. A device according to claim 1 characterised in that the rod (B) of which the biggest horizontal part (B1) circulates under the lower horizontal cross-bar (T) includes a bent part (B2) placed in the same horizontal plane as the longitudinal part (B1), bent by moving away from the inner plane of the leaf so that it cannot reveal any space that might constitute a shearing zone with any part of the leaf whatever, especially with the cross-bar (T) and the vertical upstand on the pivoting side.
  6. A device according to claim 1 characterised in that the articulation pin (A) of the rod on the motorisation side is composed of a finger (D) approximately perpendicular to the rod (B) which drives into a cylindrical aperture of the driving nut of the screw/nut assembly, a finger machined at the end opposite to its fixation on the rod with a circular protrusion so as to obtain a contact with the inner wall facing the cylindrical aperture by permitting a wrong positioning of the said finger without its generating any holding forces of the device.
  7. A device according to any one of the previous claims characterised in that the actuator is directly built in the lower cross-bar (T), a cross-bar (T) or any hollow part, such as a profile bar machined with a lower longitudinal aperture in order to enable the installation of the actuator and its renewal, if the case arises.
  8. A device according to claim 7 characterised in that the longitudinal aperture is placed on the lower side of the cross-bar (T) or the part foreseen in order to enable the direct link with the rod (B) via the finger (D) placed vertically and dependent on the driving nut.
  9. A device according to claim 8 characterised in that the finger pin (D) is contained in the median plane (PM) of the leaf(P).
  10. A device according to any one of the previous claims 1 characterised in that the actuator is equipped with means of obturation to avoid penetration of dirt such as brushes facing each other in order to enable the longitudinal shifting of the finger (D).
