Abstract

The locking mechanism for a motorized gate operates by locking one leaf (P1) relative to the other (P2). A sliding part (OC) fixed on one leaf engages a strike plate (G) on the other leaf during closing of the first leaf. This closing drives the horizontal translation of the sliding part caused by the pressure of the operating part (OM) of the motorization (M). A movement transmission device drives a rod (T) terminated by a bolt which penetrates into the ground shoe (GS).

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif pour solidariser les deux battants d'une ouverture menuisée notamment d'un portail mu par une motorisation dont l'organe de transmission du mouvement immédiatement en contact avec le vantail du portail forme un angle aigu avec la face interne dudit vantail.
Il existe plusieurs dispositifs qui tentent de résoudre le problème de la fermeture effective des vantaux d'un portail, que l'on peut ranger en deux catégories.
La première catégorie regroupe les organes commandés électriquement comme des serrures électriques, électro-aimants, qui ont un surcoût important et sont délicats à implanter car les jeux de fonctionnements de ces produits sont souvent non adaptés aux modifications subies par les portails en fonction des écarts de température.
La deuxième catégorie regroupe des organes de blocage mécaniques comme des gâches de sol ou l'irréversibilité des motorisations. Ces réalisations sont sommaires et très dépendantes de la structure du portail. En effet, un portail léger et assez large aura une flexibilité souvent préjudiciable à sa bonne fermeture, une pesée sur un vantail pouvant le désolidariser très facilement de l'autre vantail, donnant à penser que la motorisation est mal installée.
C'est néanmoins dans cette catégorie que l'on connaít deux réalisations qui proposent des solutions intéressantes. Tout d'abord, un brevet américain US 46 25 455 A du 2 décembre 1986 qui décrit un dispositif de fermeture qui utilise un principe de coulissement permanent d'un organe horizontal qui effectivement remplit la fonction de fermeture, mais n'autorise pas une adaptation simple aux portes et portails. En effet, il utilise un double compas pour la transmission du mouvement, d'un grand encombrement et il ne s'affranchit pas d'une saillie importante lorsque le portail est ouvert. De plus son adaptation oblige à réaliser des réglages très précis.
Une autre réalisation est décrite dans le brevet français 2 8117 01 du 17/02/2000. Le système proposé utilise également le principe du coulissement permanent, une fourchette ouverte sur un coté venant s'emprisonner dans un téton fixé au sol. Cette solution au demeurant séduisante est utilisée dans le cadre de la fabrication d'un portail. Elle est exclusivement utilisable pour cette application, et ne pourrait être mise en oeuvre d'une manière simple sur des portes ou portails existants, du fait des multiples contraintes dont la principale est l'obligation de déporter l'axe de rotation du portail étant donnée la course obligatoire d'une biellette qui permet le mouvement de translation horizontal. Cette particularité interdit toute adaptation sur des portes ou portails existants.
La présente invention a pour but de remédier à ces inconvénients tout en proposant une solution simple et peu coûteuse.
Le dispositif selon l'invention est un dispositif de verrouillage pour porte ou portail motorisé à un battant au moins, du type à système de verrouillage dans une gâche, dans lequel les moyens de motorisations sont reliés à un organe coulissant OC longitudinalement et horizontalement par rapport au battant P1, pourvus de moyens de guidage sur le portail, l'extrémité libre C1 dudit organe coulissant OC assurant le verrouillage du battant P1 en position fermée par coopération avec une gâche G, un tel dispositif destiné à être autonome ou adapté aux systèmes de motorisation standard, soit à bras articulés soit vérins électro-hydraulique ou électromécaniques à vis sans fin, prenant appui sur une partie intermédiaire du battant P1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre une butée B disposée en extrémité C1 de l'organe coulissant et en vis à vis de la gâche, comportant des moyens d'escamotage commandés par des moyens de déverrouillage actionnés par le contact avec une partie fixe constituée soit par le battant opposé en position de butée battant fermé, soit par la partie du bâti opposée dans le cas du portail à un seul battant, soit d'une partie de la gâche ou d'une pièce rapportée afin d'assurer cette fonction, de sorte à permettre, après escamotage de la butée, le déplacement de l'organe coulissant OC et notamment l'extrémité C1 de l'organe coulissant dans la gâche G opposée de manière à ne permettre ainsi la sortie de l'extrémité de l'organe coulissant seulement lorsque le battant arrive en position de fermeture sans que l'organe coulissant puisse faire saillie du portail en cours de fermeture, permettant au battant P1 d'avoir un fonctionnement d'apparence normale et d'éviter tout réglage préalable de course et de positionnement, ledit déplacement horizontal de l'organe coulissant OC entraínant par des moyens de transformation de mouvement le déplacement vertical d'au moins un organe T assurant le blocage au sol du dispositif par coopération avec une gâche basse disposée à cet effet.

Suivant un exemple de réalisation et se référant à la figure 1, un dispositif conforme à l'invention comprend, disposé et fixé sur un vantail P1 d'un portail motorisé avec une motorisation dite à compas M ou du type vérin, un organe OC, coulissant longitudinalement et horizontalement par rapport au vantail P1 d'un portail. Le coulissement est assuré par au moins une équerre Eq, fixée au vantail P1du coté gonds, et pourvue d'un galet cylindrique.
