Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour guider le fil sur une bobine croisée sur une machine textile (8) comportant un grand nombre de postes de filages juxtaposés et une barre (1) guide-fil susceptible d'effectuer un mouvement de va-et-vient, caractérisé en ce que la barre (1) guide-fil comprend des sections en une matière à faible dilatation thermique notamment en une matière synthétique renforcée aux fibres de carbone et des sections en une matière à forte dilatation thermique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la machine textile (8) est subdivisée en sections (11 à 18) et que la barre (1) guide-fil consiste, en fonction de ces sections, alternativement en une matière à faible dilatation thermique et en une matière à forte dilatation thermique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la barre (1) guide-fil consiste dans une section sur trois (13, 16) de la machine textile (8) en une matière à forte dilatation thermique.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la matière à forte dilatation thermique est de l'aluminium.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la surface de l'aluminium est oxydée électrolytiquement dur.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la barre (1) guide-fil est appuyée par un palier lisse axial (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le palier lisse est conçu en polyamide 6 sulfure de molybdène 2.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la barre (1) guide-fil fabriquée en une matière synthétique, renforcée aux fibres de carbone, est munie d'un revêtement non-tissé en sens tangentiel.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement (3) est un non-tissé aux fibres de carbone.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la barre (1) guide-fil est creuse.
