Abstract

Claims (10)

  1. Outillage électrique à main, notamment meuleuse d'angle, comportant une broche d'entraînement (13) équipée d'un porte-outil et montée sur une bride de palier (15) munie d'un col de serrage (151) une calotte de protection (10) recouvrant au moins en partie l'outil et se trouvant maintenue sans pouvoir tourner sur le col de serrage (151) par un dispositif de verrouillage, dégageable à la main, constitué d'organes (29, 32) se correspondant, portés par le col (151) et la calotte (10), caractérisé en ce que la calotte de protection (10) possède un collet d'emmanchement (17) en forme de douille qui peut être glissé sur le col de serrage (151) pour venir en prise, par des saillies radiales (18), dans une rainure annulaire (19) du col (151) portant lui-même des rainures axiales (22) partant de sa face frontale libre et aboutissant à la rainure (19), ces rainures permettant de donner à la calotte de protection (10) une position d'engagement, décalée en rotation par rapport à la position de travail, dans laquelle les saillies (18) peuvent pénétrer dans les rainures (19), tandis que sur le col (151) et l'entourant à la manière d'un anneau est fixé, sans pouvoir tourner, un élément (24) élastique axialement intercalé en pression entre la bride de palier (15) et la face frontale du collet (17) opposée à la calotte de protection (10), cet élément élastique portant des organes d'arrêt (30) qui, par rotation de la calotte (10), peuvent en glissant s'engager dans ou se dégager des organes (32, 33) de la calotte (10), de sorte que celle-ci peut être bloquée par les organes de verrouillage (29, 32) dans leurs positions d'arrêt.
  2. Outillage électrique à main selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les organes (29,32)du dispositif de verrouillage (23) qui se correspondent, sont d'une part un organe de verrouillage (29) appartenant à l'élément élastique (24), et d'autre part un organe de verrouillage (32) porté par le collet d'emmanchement (17).
  3. Outillage électrique à main selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un organe de verrouillage du dispositif de verrouillage (23) est constitué par une dent de verrouillage (29) dépassant axialement de l'élément élastique (24), l'autre organe de verrouillage qui lui correspond étant constitué par au moins une encoche (32) creusée dans la face frontale (202) du collet d'emmanchement (17) en regard de l'élément élastique (24) la dent de verrouillage (29) se verrouillant dans l'encoche (32) par combinaison de formes.
  4. Outillage électrique à main selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu sur le collet d'emmanchement (17) une pluralité d'encoches (32) de préférence équidistantes, sur une partie seulement de sa périphérie.
  5. Outillage électrique à main selon les revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément élastique (24) porte une languette de manoeuvre (31) permettant, par soulèvement, de dégager la dent de verrouillage (29) de l'encoche (32).
  6. Outillage électrique à main selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la languette de manoeuvre (31) est située près de la dent de verrouillage (29) et s'écarte, parallèlement au col de serrage (151), de l'élément élastique (24).
  7. Outillage électrique à main selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'arrêt porté par l'élément élastique (24) est une dent d'arrêt (30), tandis que les éléments d'arrêt portés par le collet d'emmanchement (17) sur son extrémité (202) en regard de l'élément élastique (24) et coopérant avec la dent d'arrêt (30), sont des parties en creux (33), de préférence réparties régulièrement sur une partie seulement de la périphérie du collet (17).
  8. Outillage électrique à main selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la dent de verrouillage (29) et la dent d'arrêt (30) portées par l'élément élastique (24) sont diamétralement opposées, la disposition des encoches (32) et des creux d'arrêt (33) étant telle que, lorsqu'une dent (30) est en arrêt dans un creux (33), une des encoches (32) est alignée avec la dent de verrouillage (29).
  9. Outillage électrique à main selon l'une des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément élastique (24) comprend un anneau (26) entourant, à une certaine distance, le col de serrage (151), et fait d'un matériau élastique, par exemple du feuillard élastique en acier, comportant des pattes (27) obtenues par découpage avec l'anneau, servant à sa fixation sur la bride de palier (15), les dents de verrouillage (29) et d'arrêt (30) étant décalées axialement par rapport à la surface de l'anneau (26), les deux moitiés d'anneau (261, 262) portant respectivement les dents (29) et (30), étant écartées du plan des pattes de fixation (27) par pliage.
  10. Outillage électrique à main selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le collet d'emmanchement (17) est en une tôle dans laquelle les saillies radiales (18) sont formées par emboutissage.
