Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Abstreifen von Tabakpartikeln von einem Strangförderer (3) einer Zigarettenstrangmaschine bei der Übergabe eines Tabakstrangs vom Strangförderer (3) in eine Formateinrichtung (4) mit einem Grundkörper (19) zum Einsetzen in die Strangmaschine im Strangeinlaufbereich der Formateinrichtung (4) und einer in eine Abstreifstellung zum Strangförderer (3) positionierbaren Abstreifkante (26), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifkante (26) wenigstens in ihrem beim Abstreifen der Tabakpartikel mit dem Strangförderer (3) zusammenwirkenden Bereich eine durch Einbettung wenigstens einer Schicht (27) eines feinkörnigen, abriebfesten Materials gebildete Oberfläche (27) großer Härte aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifkante (26) mit polykristallinem Diamant bestückt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifkante (26) aus Hartmetall besteht und mit polykristallinem Diamant beschichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifkante (26) aus einem harten keramischen Material besteht, in dessen Oberfläche polykristalliner Diamant eingebettet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Oberfläche der Abstreifkante (26) polykristalline Diamantteilchen aufgesintert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (19) eine Strangführungsfläche (21) aufweist, die in der Formateinrichtung (4) in Stranglaufrichtung (11) mit einer Strangführungsfläche (23) eines Einlauffingers (7) fluchtet und zusammen mit wenigstens einer weiteren gegenüber verlaufenden Strangführungsfläche (12) der Formateinrichtung (4,6) einen Längenabschnitt eines Strangkanals (22) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Strangführungsfläche (21) wenigstens eine Schicht aus polykristallinem Diamant eingebettet ist.
