Claims (6)

  1. Fenêtre, porte ou autre fermeture de baie composée de deux battants, vantaux ou autres panneaux (1 et 2) encastrés directement l'un à côté de l'autre - sans meneau de croisée fixe - dans un châssis fixe,
    - dans laquelle chaque battant, vantail ou autre panneau (1 et 2) comprend au moins sur la périphérie de feuillure des longerons voisins dans une rainure profilée étagée une armature (3 ou 6) composée d'un rail de recouvrement et d'une tringle de commande guidée de façon à pouvoir coulisser longitudinalement sous ledit rail de recouvrement,
    - dans laquelle, par l'intermédiaire de la tringle de commande d'une des armatures (3), des tourillons de fermeture mobiles (4) ou autres peuvent être positionnés au moyen de tôles de fermeture (5) en engrènement de verrouillage ou en être retirés, lesdites tôles reposant sur le rail de recouvrement (12) de l'autre armature (6),
    - les tôles de fermeture (5) pouvant être engrenées fixement au moyen de saillies matérielles arrières (15) dans des logements (13, 14) correspondants dudit rail de recouvrement (12) et être fixées contre le rail de recouvrement (12) par l'intermédiaire de vis (16) pénétrant dans des logements (17) prévus dans lesdites tôles,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    - dans le rail de recouvrement (12) de l'autre armature sont prévus les logements (13 et 14) dans des groupes disposés séparément dans la direction longitudinale sous forme de treillis,
    - chaque groupe de logement (13/14) comprend systématiquement deux formes différentes de logements (13 et 14),
    - une des formes de logement est conçue comme un trou longitudinal (14) s'étendant parallèlement à la direction longitudinale du rail de recouvrement (12),
    - l'autre forme de logement (13) est déterminée dans son contour d'après la section transversale des saillies matérielles (15) au dos des tôles de fermeture (5),
    - la longueur de la forme de logement conçue comme un trou longitudinal (14) est déterminée d'après la distance de centre à centre entre deux logements (13) successifs de l'autre forme de logement,
    - à chaque logement (14) en forme de trou longitudinal prévu dans le rail de recouvrement (12) correspond dans la tringle de commande située en-dessous une fente longitudinale dont la longueur correspond au moins au parcours de coulissement de ladite tringle de commande,
    - et en ce que chaque tôle de fermeture (5) en tant que logement comprend une fente longitudinale (17) qui est essentiellement plus longue que la longueur d'un logement (14) en forme de trou longitudinal dans le rail de recouvrement (12),
    la vis (16) servant de moyen de fixation pour la tôle de fermeture (5) traversant la fente longitudinale (17) de la tôle de fermeture (5) ainsi qu'un des logements (14) en forme de trous longitudinaux dans le rail de recouvrement (12) et la fente longitudinale correspondant audit logement (14) en forme de trou longitudinal dans la tringle de commande jusqu'à la base de la rainure profilée étagée du battant, vantail ou autre panneau (2).
  2. Fenêtre, porte ou autre fermeture de baie selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    la forme de logement (13) accueillant les saillies matérielles (15) au dos des tôles de fermeture (5) dans chaque groupe de logements (13/14) du rail de recouvrement (12) se compose de trous ronds, et en ce que plusieurs, par exemple quatre, trous ronds de ce type sont prévus entre deux trous longitudinaux (14) successifs dans le groupe de logements (13/14).
  3. Fenêtre, porte ou autre fermeture de baie selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    les zones d'extrémités de la forme de logement (14) conçue comme un trou longitudinal de chaque groupe de logement (13/14) présente un rayon qui correspond au rayon des trous ronds de l'autre forme de logement (13).

  5. Fenêtre, porte ou autre fermeture de baie selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    la longueur de la fente longitudinale (17) dans les tôles de fermeture (5) correspond à la distance entre les extrémités opposées l'une à l'autre de deux trous longitudinaux (14) se succédant dans le rail de recouvrement (12).
  6.
