Claims (9)

  1. Combinaison consistant en une gâche (1), une tringle d'actionnement (22) et un pêne demi-tour (24) en tant que dispositif de fermeture prévu pour un montage dans la zone de feuillure d'une traverse dormante horizontale inférieure de fenêtres ou de portes, dans laquelle le pêne demi-tour (24), faisant saillie verticalement et à rappel élastique, est disposé au niveau de la tringle d'actionnement (22), propre à se déplacer longitudinalement vers chaque fois l'une de plusieurs positions (A, B, C) par rapport à la gâche (1),
    (a) lequel pêne demi-tour (24) peut coopérer avec la gâche (1), dans une première et une deuxième position de pêne demi-tour (A, B) qui, à l'état installé au niveau d'un vantail (21), correspondent respectivement à une position de fermeture de vantail et à une position basculée de vantail, cette coopération s'effectuant d'une manière empêchant le mouvement latéral du pêne perpendiculairement à l'étendue de la tringle d'actionnement (22), le pêne pouvant aussi, à partir de la position latéralement à côté de la gâche (1), s'enclencher par encliquetage dans la gâche (1), cette position latérale correspondant, à l'état installé, à l'arrêt parallèle du vantail ;
    caractérisée en ce que
    (b) la gâche (1), qui peut être logée dans une rainure profilée (26) de la traverse dormante inférieure, présente un évidement d'engagement (5) prévu pour le pêne demi-tour (24) et s'étendant pour englober la première position (A) et la deuxième position (B), tandis que se raccorde, à cet évidement (5), dans son sens longitudinal, une rampe de guidage (8) pour le pêne demi-tour (24), la rampe montant obliquement vers le haut jusqu'à la surface (9) de la gâche (1), ce qui donne lieu à une troisième position de pêne demi-tour (C), à partir de laquelle le pêne demi-tour (24) peut glisser latéralement par rapport à la gâche (1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la gâche (1) présente, dans la zone de la première position de pêne demi-tour (A), une barrette de blocage (6) qui, à l'état installé, fait saillie vers l'intérieur dans la zone de feuillure, dans la direction s'éloignant de la rainure profilée (26) du bâti dormant (20), cette barrette étant prévue pour un logement de pêne demi-tour (23) de même orientation, qui reçoit le pêne demi-tour (24) de manière mobile.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la gâche (1) présente une surface de glissement (9) pour le pêne demi-tour (24), qui se raccorde à la rampe de guidage (8) et qui recouvre la rainure profilée (26) du bâti dormant (20), cette surface étant située dans la zone de la troisième position (C), à partir de laquelle le pêne demi-tour (24) et la tringle d'actionnement (22) peuvent être déplacés latéralement à côté de la gâche (1).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la gâche (1) présente des parties de blocage (10, 11) qui coopèrent avec le vantail (21), pour immobiliser celui-ci, dans la première ou dans la deuxième position (A, B).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que, en tant que parties de blocage, on prévoit des protubérances de verrouillage (10, 11) qui s'étendent à partir des extrémités de la gâche (1) en direction de la tringle d'actionnement (22) et qui, à l'état monté, sont situées à distance d'un niveau extérieur (25) de la rainure profilée (26) du bâti dormant (20).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou les revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement d'engagement (35) ne s'étend, dans la gâche (32), que sur une zone de mouvement du pêne demi-tour (24), qui correspond à la deuxième position (B).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la gâche (32) est réalisée de manière sensiblement symétrique par rapport au plan médian (34) de l'évidement d'engagement (35), ce plan s'étendant transversalement au sens longitudinal de la gâche.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, qui, à l'état installé, est circonscrit entre le bâti dormant (20) et le vantail (21) de telle manière que
    (a) la gâche (1, 32) soit encastrée dans la rainure profilée (26) du profilé de la traverse dormante inférieure, afin de ne nécessiter que très peu de place dans l'interstice entre vantail et bâti dormant (20, 21) ;
    (b) l'évidement d'engagement (5, 35) s'étende jusqu'au-dessous de la surface extérieure du profilé comportant la rainure profilée (26).
  9. Fenêtre ou porte comportant un vantail (21) mobile par basculement ou par translation et blocable, ainsi que déplaçable dans le plan de la fenêtre ou de la porte, un bâti dormant (20) et un dispositif de fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes, qui est placé au niveau de ce bâti, le pêne demi-tour (24) étant disposé avec la tringle d'actionnement contre le vantail (22) et la gâche (1) étant disposée au niveau du bâti dormant.
