Claims (9)
- Kombination aus einem Schließblech (1), einer Betätigungsstange (22) und einem Schnäpper (24) als Schließeinrichtung zur Anbringung im Falzbereich eines unteren horizontalen Blendrahmenholms von Fenstern oder Türen, wobei an der in jeweils eine von mehreren Positionen (A,B,C) gegenüber dem Schließblech (1) längsverschiebbaren Betätigungsstange (22) der senkrecht vorspringende und elastisch zurückdrückbare Schnäpper (24) angeordnet ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(a) welcher Schnäpper (24) mit dem Schließblech (1) in einer ersten und einer zweiten Schnäpper-Position (A,B), die im eingebauten Zustand an einem Flügel (21) einer Flügelschließ- bzw. Flügelkippstellung entspricht, in einer seine seitliche Bewegung senkrecht zur Erstreckung der Betätigungsstange (22) verhindernden Weise zusammenwirkt bzw. aus der Lage seitlich neben dem Schließblech (1) schnappartig in dem Schließblech (1) einzurasten vermag, welche seitliche Lage im eingebauten Zustand der Parallel-Abstellung des Flügels entspricht;(b) das Schließblech (1), das in eine Profilnut (26) des unteren Blendrahmenholms einsetzbar ist, eine sich über die erste Position (A) und die zweite Position (B) erstreckende Eingriffsvertiefung (5) für den Schnäpper (24) aufweist, an welche Vertiefung (5) sich in ihrer Längsrichtung eine schräg aufwärts zur Oberfläche (9) des Schließblechs (1) aufsteigende Auflauframpe (8) für den Schnäpper (24) anschließt, die zu einer dritten Schnäpper-Position (C) führt, von der aus der Schnäpper (24) seitlich vom Schließblech (1) abzugleiten vermag.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließblech (1) im Bereich der ersten Schnäpper-Position (A) einen - im eingebauten Zustand - in Richtung von der Profilnut (26) des Blendrahmens (20) weg in den Falzbereich hinein vorspringenden Sperrsteg (6) für ein ebenso gerichtetes Schnäppergehäuse (23) aufweist, das den Schnäpper (24) beweglich aufnimmt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließblech (1) anschließend an die Auflauframpe (8) eine, die Profilnut (26) des Blendrahmens (20) abdeckende Gleitfläche (9) für den Schnäpper (24) aufweist, die im Bereich der dritten Position (C) angeordnet ist, aus der der Schnäpper (24) und die Betätigungsstange (22) seitlich neben das Schließblech (1) bewegbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließblech (1) mit dem Flügel (21) in der ersten oder zweiten Position (A,B) sichernd zusammenwirkende Sperrabschnitte (10,11) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Sperrabschnitte sich von den Enden des Schließbleches (1) in Richtung der Betätigungsstange (22) erstreckende und - im montierten Zustand - im Abstand von einer Außenebene (25) der Profilnut (26) des Blendrahmens (20) liegende Riegelvorsprünge (10, 11) vorgesehen sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Eingriffsvertiefung (35) im Schließblech (32) nur über einen Bewegungsbereich des Schnäppers (24) erstreckt, welcher der zweiten Position (B) entspricht.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließblech (32) bezüglich der quer zur Längsrichtung des Schließblechs verlaufenden Mittelebene (34) der Eingriffsvertiefung (35) im wesentlichen symmetrisch ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die im eingebauten Zustand zwischen dem Blendrahmen (20) und dem Flügel (21) so umschrieben wird, daß(a) das Schließblech (1,32) in die Profilnut (26) des Profils des unteren Blendrahmenholms versenkt ist, um im Spalt zwischen Flügel und Blendrahmen (20, 21) nur einen geringen Raum zu beanspruchen;(b) die Eingriffsvertiefung (5,35) bis unter die Außenfläche des Profils der Profilnut (26) reicht.
- Fenster oder Tür mit einem kippbaren oder parallel abstellbaren und in der Ebene des Fenster oder der Tür verschiebbaren Flügel (21), einem Blendrahmen (20) und einer daran angeordneten Schließeinrichtung nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei der Schnäpper (24) mit der Betätigungsstange (22) am Flügel und das Schließblech (1) am Blendrahmen angeordnet sind.
