Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif d'enduction pour appliquer une couleur d'enduction sur une bande de papier comprenant :
    - un organe d'enduction notamment sous la forme d'un cylindre enducteur (1) ou d'une buse (8),
    - un contrecylindre (4) entouré par la bande de papier (5) et qui forme une zone d'enduction avec un organe d'enduction (1, 8),
    caractérisé par
    - une installation de mesure pour mesurer l'épaisseur ou le poids ou les caractéristiques de surface de l'enduction à plusieurs endroits de la largeur de la bande de papier et,
    - sur le chemin d'écoulement de l'arrivée de la couleur d'enduction (21, 23) vers la zone d'enduction, à une certaine distance avant la zone d'enduction, il y a des moyens (27 ; 24, 25 ; 70, 71, 72, 73) pour réguler par zones la température ou la consistance de la couleur d'enduction pour un profil d'enduction régulier sur la largeur de la bande.
  2. Dispositif d'enduction selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'organe d'enduction est un cylindre enducteur (1) qui tourne dans un réservoir de couleur d'enduction (2),
    - une goulotte (3) contient le réservoir (2) et,
    - la goulotte (3) présente une alimentation en couleur d'enduction et une paroi de guidage prévue dans la zone montante du cylindre d'enduction (1), cette paroi de guidage ayant une première arête de débordement (26) à laquelle est reliée une goulotte de débordement (7) pour un premier flux de débordement.
  3. Dispositif d'enduction selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'organe enducteur est à la fois un cylindre enducteur (1) et une buse d'enduction (8).
  4. Dispositif d'enduction selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le cylindre enducteur (1) est en amont de la buse d'enduction (8).
  5. Dispositif d'enduction selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens en amont de la zone d'enduction se composent d'un grand nombre d'organes chauffants (27 ; 70, 71, 72,73) répartis sur la largeur de la machine.
  6. Dispositif d'enduction selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens en amont de la zone d'enduction se composent d'un grand nombre de conduites d'alimentation (24) réglables pour l'alimentation des milieux, qui influencent la consistance, la viscosité, la température ou la composition de la couleur d'enduction sur sa largeur.
