Definitions
- the invention relates to a connection for Angled hollow profile rods, especially for Door and window frames, with a connector that fits into one End face of a cavity of a first hollow profile rod used and on an outer wall of a second hollow section bar is attached between the ends, and the detachable in two interconnected sections is divided, of which the first of the sections only on the first hollow profile bar and the second of the sections only on the second hollow section bar is attached, and wherein one of the two sections is one Has connection tab that in a connection recess engages the other section, causing the two sections arranged in between the two hollow profile bars Division area positively connected are.
- a connection with the aforementioned features is off DE-A-2 420 417 is known.
- the known sections are extruded and therefore have in the extrusion direction or in the Frame level transverse to the first hollow section bar no positive Connection with each other.
- the first hollow profile rod comprises Sections of the second hollow section rod, so that in the case of interconnected sections, a displacement of the first hollow profile rod in the directions of the second hollow profile rod is no longer possible.
- the engagement lengths of the second section in the first hollow section rod however only briefly, so that the resulting stresses on the first hollow section rod are correspondingly significant.
- the invention is based on the object a connection with the characteristics mentioned above improve that the two hollow profile bars each with one Section of the connector can be assembled to afterwards to the respective frame configuration be at excessive loads on the ends of the first Hollow section bars can be avoided.
- This object is achieved in that a positive Connection of both sections in the frame plane across first hollow section rod is present.
- the sections can be assembled with the associated hollow profile bars that this assembly, but also their disassembly completely is unproblematic.
- the two-part system enables the To fix sections from a division area. At it is not necessary to fasten the second section, a central screw connection from the one opposite the section Wall of the hollow profile rod through this to make.
- the connector and thus the second hollow section bar is then also attached or offset be when the first hollow section bar is already in the building is attached.
- the attachment of the sections on the hollow profile bars on their respective design can be coordinated.
- the first section can, for example, in the cavity of the first hollow profile rod be glued firmly and tightly while the second Part of a special screw connection with the second hollow profile rod experiences that meet the strength requirements becomes.
- the connector over the projection area of the profile of the first hollow profile rod protruding fasteners must have, for example, fastening arms, on the second hollow profile rod and / or on the first Hollow section bar must be attached to the required To ensure connection strength, in particular the required pull-out strength in the direction of the first Hollow section bars.
- the attachment made of the second section on the second hollow section bar be that special training of the sealant between the second section and the second hollow section bar can be provided.
- a reliable seal in this area is necessary to prevent condensation into the sections, the hollow profile bars and up to be reinforced Steel bars can penetrate, and that condensation cannot from one side of the first hollow profile rod through the connection area of the two hollow profile bars to the other Side of the first hollow section rod and there damage can lead.
- the sections are designed so that one of the two sections has a connecting projection, which in one Interlocking recess of the other section engages. Such a formation of the connection enables its positive connection Connection.
- the two sections can do so in the area of their division be formed that the provided with the first section first hollow section bar with the second section provided second hollow section rod easily assembled can be, the intended frame configuration in is easy to manufacture.
- the sections do not need to take profiling into account to be taken out for the training of the two Hollow section bars is required and on the other hand one hinder assembly in a comparable manner would.
- Such a disability would arise, for example when a connector attached to the first hollow section bar together with its first hollow profile rod in its assembly position to be brought to the second hollow section bar and this one particularly far from the stop surface of the second hollow profile rod projecting profile edge or a particularly protruding center seal mounting rib owns.
- connection is designed so that the first hollow profile rod with its section essentially across second hollow section rod in its connecting position on the second Hollow profile rod is relatively displaceable.
- connection is particularly optimal for the case that the first hollow section bar with a second hollow section bar to be assembled, which is already part of a Frame is.
- the assembly of both hollow profile rods of the first hollow profile rod transversely to the frame level or in the frame level.
- first hollow profile rod with its section across the frame plane in one in the directions of the second hollow profile rod positive engagement is relatively displaceable with the second section. This allows on the one hand a comparatively simple constructive Formation of the form-fitting elements of the sections and on the other hand ensures the connection strength both parts in the frame level, in which there is a special Relative strength arrives to a sagging of the glazing to prevent and thus the dimensional stability of the frame to ensure.
- connection can be developed so that the two sections using the elasticity of their two Hollow profile bars snap into their connecting position are movable.
- a latching connection between the two sections is achieved in a simple manner, namely without special elastic locking means would be necessary on the sections.
- the two sections can therefore only with regard dimensioned for their connection strength and rigid be trained, which also facilitates their manufacture.
- the latching is advantageously designed such that that the one of the two sections is a flat roof-shaped projecting locking surface and the other of the two sections has a flat trough-shaped recessed locking surface, and that the locking surfaces slide relative to each other when moving latch.
- connection tab is strip-like and the connection recess is groove-like and projecting or have the recessed locking surface.
- strip-like / groove-like design of the connecting elements enables simple and compact training at the same time the rest areas with regard to their displacement in their rest position.
- connection is designed so that across the connecting projection of the first section and at least one the connection recess of the second section adjacent Lateral projection a connecting part in aligned holes is arranged.
- the holes and the connecting part on the Connection strength can be coordinated.
- a particularly small one Sizing is possible if there is a connection protrusion or return of the first section on two sides of connection recesses or connection projections is adjacent, which is a form fit in both directions guarantee.
- connection is formed so that the two sections in the relative displacement serving their locking interlocking coupling agents as pull-out protection exhibit.
- These coupling agents are for example designed groove-like and strip-like and prevent accordingly their dimensioning that the first section from second section can be lifted off.
- connection is designed so that the two sections at their adjacent to the rest areas Surfaces are sealed.
- the result is a waterproof one Connection in the area of their division level. This too becomes watertight inside the parts and the hollow profile bars and guaranteed on both sides of the first hollow section bar.
- a prerequisite for absolute water resistance is further that the contact surface adjacent to the second hollow profile rod of the second section with a continuous seal is provided.
- Such training is sufficient on the interfaces between the hollow profile bars and the sections when the first section is waterproof with the first profile bar assigned to it and with the second Part is connected, for example by gluing. Otherwise must also between the first section and the first hollow section bar special sealing must be provided.
- the seal between the second section and the second hollow section rod can be achieved in a reliable manner be that the contact surface has a sealing channel has, with a filling hole opening on the parting plane side is provided for elastic sealant.
- the elastic Sealant completely fills the sealing channel and can also be in, for example, tolerance-related column between the second section and the second hollow section bar penetration.
- connection is designed so that the edge of one of the two sections with a integrated seal is provided.
- the device is so trained that between the second hollow profile rod and the second section a sealing cushion is present, the one Has a sealing lip that seals against the second section Rod wall is pressed.
- the Tightness in the corner area is improved without a high To have to exert pressure on the sealing cushion.
- the deflection of the sealing lip in the Corner area ensures high assembly reliability.
- the sealing pad will covered by the profiles and is therefore not visible. Therefore, recycled material can be used, which not affected by the weather due to its coverage becomes.
- the first section 14 shown in Figure 1 has the rod side a steel slide 36, that is one in the direction of the rod protrusion extending into the interior of a steel profile can intervene with which the first, not shown in Fig.1 Hollow section rod 10 can be reinforced.
